These guys are great . They came out and diagnosed our problem . They were very professional and worked all day to make sure everything was functioning before we went to bed . I felt they were very honest and very reasonably priced . I would highly recommend them .

Our home warranty company provided us with this company when our water heater quit working. Mike called within 24 hours of our request which was great. We scheduled an appointment for the very next day between the hours of 8am and noon. Mike and his crew NEVER showed up and didn't answer any of our SEVEN phone calls!! We called our home warranty company to let them know they should reconsider providing business to this company. She apologized and contacted Mike. He of course answered her call and said the technician was running behind and that he'd call us. Well, he never did. We called our home warranty company again and requested a new company which they happily did. Sadly, because of Mike and his poor business practices, we are now without any hot water until next week. Just what Thanksgiving company wants to deal with....cold showers.

Our home warranty sent this company out to work on our water heater. They said they'd call Rheem and get back to us to see if they would replace it. They never called back and I called them three times and left messages for them to call me back. Never got a return call from him. Don't use them if you want good customer service.

HORRIBLE. Techs left RAW SEWAGE in my shower, left gloves scattered all of my yard, and ripped covers to my foundation. When I called them to notify them what the techs left, I was told ""It's not my problem it came from YOUR line, I'll send them back but I'll charge YOU $350 not your warranty."" Would never recommend in my lifetime.

I want to complement EPP on a great job. This was a home warranty service call for one of my HVAC units that failed. Usually these things take days to get an appointment then who knows how long to get a repair and that's if you can trust the service provider. In this case I got an appointment in 24 hours and several hours before the scheduled time Anthony called me and wanted to know if he could come early. With the temps over 100 degrees I said absolutely. He and Eusebio got right to work and in 10 minutes determined that the run capacitor was bad. Anthony had gotten one earlier and after a quick installation the unit is back up and running.

Our deepest thanks for getting us back up and running so quickly. Your efficiency, quality of service and attitude are very much appreciated.

These folks were assigned my Home Warranty service call for a broken AC. Great experience beginning to end. I received phone calls and updates that were timely and faster than expected. They knew my service call when I called them and always had an answer or got right back to me. I had a bad compressor and it was replaced in a day and a half. Not bad! Home warranty processes can drag but these guys worked with me and mine quite efficiently and it's so appreciated. It's the hottest day of the year so far, and you know they were slammed. The serviceman was on time, professional, fast and submitted for authorization right away. I'm impressed and would be happy if my home warranty send these guys out again if we ever needed the help. Can't find a thing to complain about. Fantastic job guys!

Finally got a plumber that will respond Steven at the office when I called very polite I've had a bad time these last four days plumbers not knowing what the heck they were doing or being rude when you called them haven't got my guy here yet but so far I'm happy thank you economic Plumbing now that my work's been finished I just want to thank you all again Bart was wonderful you guys got to call 2 hours ago and already unclog my drain that took other companies three days to even respond so again thank you and definitely will be using you again when needed

I emailed the home warranty company about a faucet leak over the weekend. EPP called first thing Monday morning and were here by 10 am. They gave me a 30 minute heads up on their way, were prompt, clean cut, polite and did the job quickly and efficiently.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called Old Republic Home Warranty because our heater went out and they give us EP. I called EP the same day and multiple days after days to set an appointment but I always got their voicemail. Out of the 4+ messages they never returned my call. Then Old Republic ungraded our request to priority....still never got a call from EP. Very disappointed.

He gave me an hour notice before arriving at my home. Diagnosed the problem in seconds, and was done with the repair in under an hour. Extremely professional and courteous, thank you!
