Our toilet was backed up due to our putting non-disposable wipes in the toilet.

I called Econosewer and they responded immediately to my problem. A plumber came and analyzed the problem, explained what he was doing and then quickly and competently
corrected the problem.

He also explained how to avoid the same problem in the future.

I would definitely use them again.

We've had a chronic problem with our sewer line out to the street, both in recent heavy rains and just sometimes when the washing machine drains. Another sewer service came and did a really cursory job of snaking and then hydrojetting and a quick camera inspection, from which they would not give me a video. (Always stipulate up front you want a video of the inspection.) When the problem recurred I wanted to try someone new, and my regular plumber suggested Econo Sewer. I'm so glad he did. Ed and Daniel turned up next day as agreed (a Sunday) and worked the problem until it was really solved - jetting, inspection, jetting, inspection, etc., using different jet heads to address specific problems. Ed sent me the video showing final condition right away and even called me up later to describe what he's seeing in it on further study. Really trying to solve our problem. AND - charging about half what the other guys charged. I am super impressed with these guys.

Had a block in my upstairs sink in the bathroom. Econo Sewer was on time, actually called an half earlier to ask if they could come, and I said yes.
Thomas took care of the job in a neat and orderly fashion. Very professional. I've used Econo Sewer in the past, but only with my outside sewers. Now I know they are just as good with the inside sewers. Like with anything else, once you get someone that does the job right, you use them for life. BTW very good prices, even gave me a ten percent discount.

Our toilet (we only have one) suddenly became clogged and overflowed, an emergency situation for obvious reasons; we contacted our regular plumber, Robert Sessa, but he was working in Staten Island all day today and couldn't make it. However, he immediately recommended Econo and gave us their phone number -- which turned out to be an excellent recommendation. We called Econo, explained our situation, and they showed up here in less than two hours, just as they stated on the phone. Ed and his assistant Larry were friendly, courteous, and professional, wearing masks and showing badges indicating they were fully vaccinated against Covid-19. They fixed the clog quickly and efficiently, and gave us some helpful advice about how to avoid such clogs in the future. Total charge, including tax, was less than $100 -- amazing for such top-notch emergency service. Now we're glad to have two go-to plumbing services, Econo and Sessa -- both great, both highly recommended!

Could not recommend more. The owner Ed is professional and a great guy. I Recently had heart operation and have been told to be very careful with Covid. Ed talked me through how to clean my main line via FaceTime since no one could enter the house. He would not accept payment. Please reward and use this company.

Eddie spent 10 minutes on the phone explaining to me why the water can't be carried away during a high tide and then I really didn't need to have my backyard drain treated at the present time. He suggested that I put a hose in myself and and let it run for 20 minutes. I was ever so grateful for his explanation. I will be sure to call himIf I need service because he is especially familiar with the problems in Marine Park and knows the systems there intimately since the last 45 years of work.

We called at 2:30pm on a Monday and Ed got a plumber to us by 5:30pm that day. The plumber, Daniel, was kind and informative when explaining to us what was going on in our pipes after the video exam, and worked diligently to clear them with the water jet cleaning. We can't recommend Econo Sewer enough, especially Daniel for his expert service.

We used Econo Sewer to clear a bad clog in our bathtub and sink. First of all, they were available on a Sunday, with no extra charge!

Orlando came and spent almost an hour clearing what was a very bad clog between the tub and sink. There were a few, what looked like scratch marks, left on the tub surface from strenuous effort he made to get to the clog.

I called Ed that same day and he asked me to send photos, which I did. He assured me they weren't really scratches and could be taken up with the proper compound.The very next day he showed up to fix the surface of the tub and did restore it to pristine condition.

Customer service like that is hard to come by-he could have so easily brushed me off, he had his money and it wasn't a big job. But he stood behind his work and fixed the problem within a day. Very impressed by his professionalism and integrity.
