We used Econo Sewer to clear a bad clog in our bathtub and sink. First of all, they were available on a Sunday, with no extra charge!

Orlando came and spent almost an hour clearing what was a very bad clog between the tub and sink. There were a few, what looked like scratch marks, left on the tub surface from strenuous effort he made to get to the clog.

I called Ed that same day and he asked me to send photos, which I did. He assured me they weren't really scratches and could be taken up with the proper compound.The very next day he showed up to fix the surface of the tub and did restore it to pristine condition.

Customer service like that is hard to come by-he could have so easily brushed me off, he had his money and it wasn't a big job. But he stood behind his work and fixed the problem within a day. Very impressed by his professionalism and integrity.

Sunday morning woke up to a kitchen sink that wouldn't drain. ""Ed"" was referred to me by a friend. Called him up and within 30 minutes his guy was here and snaking out the drain. Pleasant, neat, respectful, and good at what he does.

Beware of this company. My Bathtub wasn't going down due to buildup of hair over the years. These 2 rookies that came in had no business doing plumbing work. They broke my pipes and water was gushing everywhere. They claim the pipes were old. They used this big snake and forced it. Before they do a job they make you sign this paper that they are not responsible of any damage. So I had to sign the paper in order to get the tub working. Scam artists to the max. Avoid.

Econo sewer wasn't the first company I called for my clogged bathtub drain, but they will definitely be the next. I first called the RR giant and had a miserable experience. After giving me an appointment time, they twice called to push it back, never showed an hour and a half after they said the technician was on the way, and gave me a song and dance about if and when he would show up. Down the drain with them I cancelled.
Next day, I called Econo Sewer, got an appointment for that afternoon, and the technician showed up when they said he would. The serviceman, Levi, was pleasant to work with, understood our concerns, promptly fixed the drain, and cleaned up when he finished. Perfect.
I highly recommend Econo Sewer.

Service was respectful, straightforward and I trusted the evaluation. I was surprised at the cost which was $1400 for a video camera exploration of an internal drainage pipe and the sewer pipe and flushing the sewer line to clean it. I don't know if this is just what it costs these days for this type of service.
