Sam came out on a Saturday to clear a blockage in my main line to the street. He got the line open and charged me less than I'd agreed to on the phone because the job had turned out not to be difficult. He was a pleasure to work with, and he's the one I'll call for any similar problem in the future.

My Laundry room and Kitchen drains got clogged. I called Sm on Sunday and set the appointment on Monday. He showed up on time. He quickly fixed the drains for the laundry room. The ran into the problem to fix the kitchen. It took him around 2 hours. He explained to me that he has to leave for another appointment. However, he will not charge me for half fixing. He recommends me to get another contractor or set an appointment with him again. After he left, eventually I figured out the problem.
Sam is very nice, honest. If you have a drain problem, give him try!!

Sam came out on a Sunday (extra charge) and cleared our clogged drain and explained the mechanical reason why the second sink was draining so slowly. He was efficient, neat, and pleasant to work with. I would definitely call Econo Rooter again.

Toilet was badly plugged around 9:00 AM, naturally on a Sunday. Tried augur, which didn't work. Called Econo Rooter around 9:30. Service completed by 10:30, and toilet works once more. We are more than satisfied. I was in fact shocked at how quickly we were able to get service. Definitely recommend highly.

I finally called Econo Rooter about two clogged drains that I had ignored for a few weeks. Sam came right out and cleared them on the spot. Very reasonably priced, why did I wait?

We woke to find out kitchen sink clogged and after calling around to a few places, Econo Rooter was able to make a same day appointment for 30% less than the others, which was awesome. Unfortunately, the subsequent experience was sub-par.

The technician was supposed to arrive at 2:30pm, but called around that time to tell me he'd be late and he wasn't sure what time he could get to my house. When I texted close to 5:30pm to see if he could provide an ETA, he was actually less than five minutes away (but hadn't provided an update in between).

He was able to snake our drain clear pretty quickly, but when he left telling me everything was all set, he did not remove the clamps we'd put on the dishwasher vent when we tried to plunge the sink (this is really basic plumbing, the likes of remembering to turn off a running engine), which resulted in our kitchen flooding when we ran the dishwasher overnight.

When we waded through our kitchen the next morning, we found the clamps still in place, as well as only hand-tight pipes, which we had to tighten with our own tools.

I wanted to be thrilled with this experience, but we would not hire Econo Rooter again.

I called Sam last night for a backed up sink and I opted to have him come out the next morning. He was right on time, got to work and had our plumbing working in no time. And he charged a fair price.

Sam did a great job and is a very nice man. I definitely recommend calling him for your plumbing needs.
