This past weekend, I was notified that a drain on our property was clogged and needed immediate repair. Being that it was a holiday weekend, the service I generally use was closed...so I went to Yelp in search of another provider. I left a message at Econo Rooter, but feared that they would be closed as well. I was immediately called by 'Sam' at Econo. I explained the problem, and within an hour, they were on the property and repaired the damage. While there, they also checked other lines to ensure that they were not clogged as well. Sam went ""above and beyond"" in my opinion. His price was fair and he was a pleasure to deal with!!! I cannot recommend him higher for any drain-related needs you may have.

I'm really appreciative to Sam who came out on a Saturday to help fix our toilet. He was nice on the phone, came out on time and did his very best to make sure that we were satisfied with his work. The toilet still has problems, but that's not Sam's fault. The issue was not with the plumber. He is great and a real 10. I highly recommend his work and him.

Great service. Sam was really amazing. Quick response and diagnosis of the problem. He could not fix the issue that same day, but came back first thing in the morning and took care of the problem quickly. Sam is an incredibly nice man, and he charges very reasonable rates.

We had an emergency back up at 5:00 - an hour before the busiest time of week at our establishment. Sam arrived in 30 minutes and was quickly able to get his truck near the clean out. The drain to the sewer lateral was long, but Sam was able to snake it, find the blockage (a bunch of paper towels) and get the job done quickly. I highly recommend.

We called Econo Rooter this morning to help us with our toilet and bathtub back up. He came out in about 20 minutes and was able to clear the drain. It isn't until you have this kind of back up that you truly appreciate how essential drains are! Sam took care of us and now we are back in working order.

I called him for a shower that wasn't draining well. He came out within hours and when his first 2 approaches didn't work, he came up with a plan that finally worked. 1 hr later, problem solved!

Last night our kitchen sink clogged and I called Econo Rooter. He offered to come out right away, or in the AM. I elected the AM, but it was great to have the option.

Sam showed up right on time this AM. After assessing the situation and thinking of different ways of unclogging the sink, he recommended we go through the vent on the roof vs from under the sink, which turned out to be a great idea. No mess in the house, didn't have to remove (or reinstall) any plumbing and we had the drain unclogged in 10 minutes.

Sam was great. Would definitely recommend him!

Sam responded to my call within an hour.Came to my house and snaked a clogged sewer line.He needed a couple of different blades to get though the sludge and roots. He was neat and efficient.The price was fair and reasonable.Thanks Sam.
