Great service. Sam was really amazing. Quick response and diagnosis of the problem. He could not fix the issue that same day, but came back first thing in the morning and took care of the problem quickly. Sam is an incredibly nice man, and he charges very reasonable rates.

We had an emergency back up at 5:00 - an hour before the busiest time of week at our establishment. Sam arrived in 30 minutes and was quickly able to get his truck near the clean out. The drain to the sewer lateral was long, but Sam was able to snake it, find the blockage (a bunch of paper towels) and get the job done quickly. I highly recommend.

We called Econo Rooter this morning to help us with our toilet and bathtub back up. He came out in about 20 minutes and was able to clear the drain. It isn't until you have this kind of back up that you truly appreciate how essential drains are! Sam took care of us and now we are back in working order.

I called him for a shower that wasn't draining well. He came out within hours and when his first 2 approaches didn't work, he came up with a plan that finally worked. 1 hr later, problem solved!

Last night our kitchen sink clogged and I called Econo Rooter. He offered to come out right away, or in the AM. I elected the AM, but it was great to have the option.

Sam showed up right on time this AM. After assessing the situation and thinking of different ways of unclogging the sink, he recommended we go through the vent on the roof vs from under the sink, which turned out to be a great idea. No mess in the house, didn't have to remove (or reinstall) any plumbing and we had the drain unclogged in 10 minutes.

Sam was great. Would definitely recommend him!

Sam responded to my call within an hour.Came to my house and snaked a clogged sewer line.He needed a couple of different blades to get though the sludge and roots. He was neat and efficient.The price was fair and reasonable.Thanks Sam.

Sam is a plumber who specializes in drain lines (snaking). I just used his services for the second time, and again he did a great job. He was able to help me on the same day I called. When he got here at the agreed time, he was courteous and efficient. His flat fee for a house call has gone up a little, but I think he is still very reasonable. I hope I don't need Sam again soon, but if I do, I won't shop around.

Called Sam, he was able to come out within two hours for a blocked drain. He was able to clear the drain however........
When he reconnected the plumbing under the sink, he cross threaded the slip nut and the P trap. Therefore the plumbing was leaking. I called him back to fix the problem. He did come back immediately, then called me and told me that he tightened everything and the leak was fixed.
A few minutes later, the tenant called to tell me that the pipe was still leaking.
I went to to my rental and found that the plumbing had not been put back together properly. Therefore I had to reconnect the plumbing correctly.

Obviously I am not satisfied with the service of ECONO Rooter.

Even though our problem turned out to be larger than what Econo Rooter could work with, we had an excellent experience. Sam was available, on time and very pleasant. When he couldn't fix the problem he said no charge and gave me suggestions of who to call. I would recommend Econo Rooter for any basic plumbing needs.

Since Dan's plumbing didn't return my call, Econo rooter actually answered the phone and was available to come and solve my clogged drain issue the same day. With my plumbing problem solved I was able to continue my day instead of waiting for Dan's plumbing to call me back. BTW, as I write this review I still haven't received a call from Dan's plumbing. Just call Econo rooter if you need someone immediately.
