Sam is an example of the very best kind of service provider -- he answered the phone when I called, said he could come out later that morning and showed up EARLY for the job. Our kitchen sink started to back up the previous night, and after 2 hours of troubleshooting it ourselves, we knew we had to call in a pro. Sam spent 5 hours trying to unclog our kitchen sink, including a run to three different stores in an attempt to find a special tool to open our clean out. He persevered and got the job done, after most people would have called it quits. He also charged me for the job, not the hours he spent trying to unclog my sink. I would give him 10 stars if I could!! We highly recommend Sam and will call him if we have future drain issues.

This company was very helpful. they were able to get a plumber out to me 2 houtrs after I called. the plumber was helpful...he figured out the problem and took care of it. He also cleaned the areas up when he was finished, which not every plumber would do.

You get five stars on Yelp when you're a rooter service that comes out last minute on a Sunday and when the homeowner has guests in town and toilets and drains that stop working as a result. I can't say any of us were smiling throughout the process but again, fast service, quality work and the savior factor conspire to make this a Yelp-worthy event. Would definitely call again.

This really is as good as it gets. Sam came on time, did a fantastic job of clearing out the very deep clog from the kitchen sink drain line, left the place totally clean and charged even less than he probably should have because he had to take the drain pipes apart to avoid having to go up on the roof which would have slowed things down considerably. Not only that, he's a really nice guy and I would recommend him without any hesitation to anyone who has a drainage problem. He's definitely the best deal in town and I wouldn't even think of calling anyone else if we have any future problems.

Sam just came over to look at the backwash from the washer drain. This has been a continual problem and the backwash at the washer worsened with the kitchen faucet running. Since there is no clean out, he decided to run the snake through the opening at the roof above the kitchen. We have to deal this same problem over our 20+ years at this older house, he is the first to clear from the top of the kitchen. Previous plumbers/rooters cleared from the roof above the garage where the washer is and the solution had always be short-lived.

The first try in snaking created backwash of dark smelly water in the garage. The second try with a new brace at the snake did the work. Sam was thorough and checked drainage at the kitchen sink and the washer before he left. Hopefully, it would be a while before we have to clear the drain again.

All done in 1.5 hour and his charge was very reasonable. He also suggested getting a plumber to put a clean out at the kitchen so it does not have to be so messy and back up to the garage in the future. Thank you, Sam.

I have a regular ""Hair Tax"" that I have to pay from time to time. Some of you ladies know what I'm talking about. I'm not allowed to have ""normal"" sink and tub drains.... they must be replaced with finer screens because I have the thick, shedding locks of a Saint Bernard. Or a Maine Coon.

In any case, once every couple of years, I get a bigger clog. And I just have to call a Rooter. Of course, as was the case the other day, this will happen at the most inconvenient of times. This last time, I had my ""clean up day"" planned for a week, so having clogged drains was NOT part of the plan.

My usual rooter was booked solid for weeks, so on down the list I go. Econorooter picked up the phone, and came out within a couple of hours. Did the job, talked me through it, had a reasonable price, and was friendly and super professional.

Sam, the owner, came out within the hour to help with my emergency on his day off (washing machine flooding into the garage due to clogged line). Not only was Sam THE ONLY ONE who had the time to come out (yes, everyone else was too busy to help and I went down the yelp line to frantically find someone), but he fixed the problem in no time at all. Excellent in customer and technical service. Don't even bother calling the others- call Econo Rooter (Sam) first. Oh and BTW- this is why he has 5 stars !

I called Econo Rooter and spoke to Samson, who I think might be the owner. He was really friendly. On a Sunday it's hard to get somebody to come out to your house. I needed it done by about 10 AM and he was at my house by 9:45. He took care of a clogged toilet and was very pleasant about the whole thing. His price was cheaper than the competition and he was most accommodating. Two thumbs up.
