I've used Econo Air for over 14 years since they first installed our system and have always been pleased with the level of service and customer care provided. Brandon was our technician today and he was excellent: polite, courteous, knowledgeable and willing to explain the issues with the a/c problem in detail. He offered me three different options on repair depending on what my finances were today and managed to get the system running for what I think is a reasonable price. He has backed up the work and I know they will come out again should it not continue working. Just in time for the summer heat! We are now at 72 and cool inside.

We have been very happy with Econo Air, which we found with the Costco heating and air program, which we trust with their service and products. We discovered that our heater was very unsafe (original from the 1980s) and we had our system changed out, and were very impressed with the install crew to the call center to the service techs that have been out to maintain our system. The power and gas bills has gone down dramatically since installing the newer system versus the 30 year old from the home builders. We would highly recommend the company and their services to anyone. Technicians are authentic and NOT salesman.

Econo Air was the highest estimate we got. After they came out and charged us for the evaluation they made recommendations for a quick fix and to replace the entire system. Quoted prices for both recommendations were much higher than the other two companies we called. Econo Air showed us a laminated quote for the work they were recommending, I asked for a hard copy or email copy of the quote. NEVER GOT IT!!! The person on the phone we spoke to lacked customer service skills. Over all......I suggest calling another company. The work we got done from another company was excellent, excellent service, very prompt response, got the work done in one day, the next day and over $2000.00 LESS. Shop around!

I called and talked to a very friendly lady I believe her name was Monique I explained to her my impossible shift work is so hard to get a repair appointment. She literally jumped through hoops and got a repairman to our house in less than two hours that's incredible service in my opinion. A technician named Robert showed up happy and friendly diagnosed the problem fixed it and with a hand shake he was gone no charge covered under warranty !
I am so happy to find a A/C repair company I can trust. I thank you Monique and Robert for your fast friendly service with integrity.

I've been a customer of Econo Air since Feb of 2008. I purchased and installed a brand new HVAC system and spend over $14K with them. The technicians from Econo Air are always on time and very courteous and helpful and do go out of their way to ensure you are satisfied with the service you received. I've been a bit disappointed that since I purchased the system I have been told that I need to purchase an additional component for my unit that will help keep mold out of the unit. The problem is, they won't give it to me at the new install price and it costs $2500 to have it installed. I am disappointed because I purchased such an expensive system that is missing what every technician tells me is something that all systems need and I am even more annoyed that the company won't work with me on the price because I've been a customer so long and have my unit serviced every 6 months as they recommend.

Another issue with this company is that when they are calling you to schedule and appointment they never leave a message. They call my home number and when I don't answer, they call my cell phone number immediately after and do not leave a message on either phone. I work from home so this becomes quite annoying especially when I am talking to clients and the phones keep ringing.

Also, don't purchase filters from this company. They are almost double the price of what you can get at your local hardware store or amazon.

The only reason I am still a customer is because I've never had an issue with their technicians.
