We had flooding in our condominium where we needed new drywall, paint and floorings and they did an amazing job! They got everything done extremely fast and with excellent quality. Shay was very responsive and always got back to me for all of my questions, scheduling and over all assurance of the project. They also did some other general repairs for our home which was fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs work done for their home!

Eco-Pro Builders did a restoration on our water damaged downstairs masterbedroom. The owner Shay is very good about communicating and was very helpful designing a walk-in closet and adding recessed lighting. The job progressed smoothly on time, on budget and the work was good. There were some challenges dealing with the insurance company, but in the end we are very happy with our new and upgraded masterbedroom.

Both the water remediation company and Eco-Pro said "" Don't talk to the insurance company"". You may say something to the insurance company that jeopardizes them paying for all the work. In hindsight it is a difficult balancing act not jepordizing the claim payout and knowing what is going to happen during the claims process. All and all we are happy with the way the masterbedroom came out.

Communication was great, however, we did not move forward hiring Shay and his team due to Shay's pressure in decision making. After Shay provided an overall number for us, he told us we had to make a decision within 1 Hour without providing a written up estimate/quote. Shay told us that due to the fact that they work on their estimate with insurance and our insurance denied our claim it cost Shay more money to create a new estimate for us and could not make another one. He said he could not spend more time and money creating a revised estimate for us without getting a confirmation we were going to use his services. For me, just finding out that our insurance was not going to cover our claim, it is important to me that we don't make a QUICK FINANCIAL decision without getting clear information that we can review. I think that when you tell potential clients you aren't going to take the time to ensure they know the right information and that they only have a couple hours to make a large financial decision you are telling people you don't care and you are just trying to make a quick buck. We decided not to move forward with Shay and his team.

Shay and his team at Eco Pro Builders exceeded all of our expectations during an unexpected remodel of our downstairs flooring and kitchen. Shay and his team were highly professional, great at communicating with us and our insurance company, and timely. Shay's attention to detail and design really helped us make our vision for the remodel a reality and we are so happy with the work that was done. We plan on using Eco Pro Builders for future projects and would highly recommend them to others!

I would strongly recommend Eco Pro Builders. I contracted with them to repair damage from a broken water pipe. The entire process was stressful, and I'm so grateful I found Shay Oren. Shay is extremely responsive (answers calls within minutes), will help you minimize costs without sacrificing quality, and is extremely detail- oriented. He did multiple walk-throughs with me with subcontractors to make sure I was fully satisfied with the work. I'm a grateful customer!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - this company, as represented by Shay, deserves a negative rating. From Day One Shay came into our home and started bullying us with pressure tactics and yelling at us - outright yelling at us in our own home. Such rude behavior is intolerable. We understand that for him time is money and the faster he can complete our job, he can move onto another. However, this is our home with our family and where we work - Shay showed no respect for our household.

Shay came to our door because the water restoration company told him there was work to be done (we did not reach out to him). It was a stressful time with our house in the state it was because of the water damage and we did not do our due diligence in checking the company out before signing anything. Terms of the contract were not explained to us - that we were agreeing to use them for the reconstruction work - not just to complete an estimate of work to be done for submission to the insurance company. Eco Pro did work with the insurance company to get the claim proceeds to a more realistic number but when it came time to start reconstruction, things went downhill fast.

Shay never provided a detailed scope of work with firm pricing although requested on multiple occasions. Pricing for additional work was given over the phone and changed from day to day (""oh, I forgot this"", ""that number I gave you did not include that"") so we never knew what to expect. We were ""difficult to work with"" because we did not drop what we were doing to answer his calls because ""he is our contractor"". He does not need to leave messages for us - we should just see that he has called and immediately call him back - emphasis on immediately.

Shay terminated the contract and is charging us 20% of our insurance proceeds for partial work on drywalling that we will need to bring another contractor in to complete.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY. RUN AWAY - STAY AWAY - DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING WITH THEM UNLESS YOU FULLY UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE GETTING YOURSELF INTO.

Shea Oren did a superb job on my kitchen remodel and house reflooring , and in record time. He brought his wonderful design talents and knowledge to the project. His work crew was great too - no complaints. I would use this company again and will refer friends and family!
