WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - this company, as represented by Shay, deserves a negative rating. From Day One Shay came into our home and started bullying us with pressure tactics and yelling at us - outright yelling at us in our own home. Such rude behavior is intolerable. We understand that for him time is money and the faster he can complete our job, he can move onto another. However, this is our home with our family and where we work - Shay showed no respect for our household.

Shay came to our door because the water restoration company told him there was work to be done (we did not reach out to him). It was a stressful time with our house in the state it was because of the water damage and we did not do our due diligence in checking the company out before signing anything. Terms of the contract were not explained to us - that we were agreeing to use them for the reconstruction work - not just to complete an estimate of work to be done for submission to the insurance company. Eco Pro did work with the insurance company to get the claim proceeds to a more realistic number but when it came time to start reconstruction, things went downhill fast.

Shay never provided a detailed scope of work with firm pricing although requested on multiple occasions. Pricing for additional work was given over the phone and changed from day to day (""oh, I forgot this"", ""that number I gave you did not include that"") so we never knew what to expect. We were ""difficult to work with"" because we did not drop what we were doing to answer his calls because ""he is our contractor"". He does not need to leave messages for us - we should just see that he has called and immediately call him back - emphasis on immediately.

Shay terminated the contract and is charging us 20% of our insurance proceeds for partial work on drywalling that we will need to bring another contractor in to complete.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY. RUN AWAY - STAY AWAY - DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING WITH THEM UNLESS YOU FULLY UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE GETTING YOURSELF INTO.

Shea Oren did a superb job on my kitchen remodel and house reflooring , and in record time. He brought his wonderful design talents and knowledge to the project. His work crew was great too - no complaints. I would use this company again and will refer friends and family!

We had a water leak in my family room and needed reconstruction to my whole downstairs. SHAY is so very professional and his employees are top notch, very hard workers. I was in a time crunch as I was putting home on market and they had all of it done in 2 weeks! New floors, painted all downstairs of home, installed a new bar with wine fridge, and reconstruction of bathroom, hung all new lights. There was nothing they couldn't do that I asked, above what was planned. I trusted all of his style techniques and I couldn't be happier!! I highly recommend this company for any job you need done.

Thank you for great work! We cannot begin to say how happy we are with our experience with Eco Pro Builders. The workers were prompt, polite and professional. Project manager was amazing and very easy to work with. He went out of his way to assist us through the remodeling process of our kitchen and kept us updated and informed about every aspect of the project. We never felt forced or pressured into making decisions, but were encouraged to make decisions about our kitchen that we would enjoy.
We are very happy with the results and highly recommend Eco Pro Builders for any home improvement

I highly recommend shay at Eco Pro Builders! They just renovated my bay window in the front and it looks gorgeous! It has given my living room a beautiful fresh new modern look. Shay gave me the best price of three estimates and the invaluable reassurance that he would personally guarantee I was perfectly happy at the end of the project - and I was!

Shay offers customer service that is rare these days. He was not pushy, was always available to answer questions and even worked on my behalf to get an additional discount on my added grids. Even after I requested it after my order was placed.! The windows were delivered and installed on the date promised and he kept me informed along the way. He even came during installation to make sure I was happy at the end (i'm pretty picky).

Shay has given me some good ideas for future large n small projects and offers help within his expertise.

The icing on the cake!.... my dog Coco loved Shay n actually put her arms around him n licked his face before he left. Now if that is not a thumbs up... what is?

First let me say I have been living a nightmare for the past two weeks in the townhouse I've been renting the past four years. I discovered mold on the wall and ceiling and a huge water stain in my entry closet. I also noticed the adjoining bathroom ceiling was cracked. I also had wet marks on the ceiling in my basement, I assumed everything was coming from my shower drain. I have been working with my landlord and had the areas remediated. I've had people in my place non stop with estimates etc for the homeowner. Shay was recommended to us from one of the people who took away the mold. He was very nice and seemed honest when he came out to assess the problem in the basement. The concrete wall has bubbles all over the lower part, and he told me this was another type of mold called mushroom mold and it wasn't safe to be down there breathing it at all. It would be several thousands to fix the problem. I was freaked the F out and immediately called my landlord! The original guy who took care of the mold came yesterday and said it's calcium deposits due to the planter attached to the building and it is indeed not mold! It won't hurt me or my pets. It does need to be scraped off but it's no health hazard like Shay had told me. Many people are out to take advantage and sadly enough he was not honest. I'm thankful that I got the other opinion and it can be addressed without further stressing me out.

I recently contracted Eco Pro Builders to bring my vision of the picture perfect kitchen to life, keep in in mind I am very hard person to please, but, I can happily say that Shay and his crew did not disappoint, they did an amazing job, I am beyond happy!! They built my brand new kitchen just as I had imagined. Thank you!!!
