We appreciate and recommend Eco Plumbing. Ben was efficient and thorough. Even though it was after hour rates (9 pm and he just finished), the rates were reasonable. He cleared out a clogged line, tested it and made sure it was staying clear. This is the second time we have used Eco Plumbing and we can't say enough good things about this company.

Contacted the company and scheduled for the service. Brian showed up right on time. He is professional and efficient! Managed to fix the problems with two toilets and a show temperature control unit within an hour. Meanwhile, he helped to check the possibility of installing an exterior hose under the house and gave some good suggestions. Great to work with and highly recommend their service!

I should have written this review for Eco Plumbing awhile ago. This plumbing outfit is just amazing. We had a situation with a toilet...it was resolved promptly by the very friendly Brandon. He told us if anything happens to call him back and he would return. Unfortunately, something else did happen to that very same toilet. He returned so quickly and, again, with the utmost customer service and a big smile. I would like to add that their rates/charges are extremely reasonable. We have had a plumber or two before Eco and will never go back. Thank you, Eco and an extra special thank you to Brandon!

As a commercial property manager I frequently have the need to call a plumber. Eco Plumbing has always been extremely responsive and all their technicians are friendly and very professional. If it's necessary to leave a message, which isn't often because it's unusual if they don't answer the phone, the call is returned right away. I can't say enough about these guys and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Eco Plumbing to anyone in need of a plumber.

On New Years weekend, Brandon came out to my condo in Napa when no one else responded or was available to help and in less than an hour, he was able to identify and fix the problem. Brandon communicated very clearly with me and helped me out in a time that is busy for everyone, and I'm very thankful for the work he did and I highly reccomend him and Geiler plumbing for their punctuality and good work.

Geiler plumbing is one of the more affordable plumbing outfits around. In the Lake Berryessa Area specifically, these guys are one of the most affordable. I had a clogged kitchen sink and it took him about 2 hours to clear it. All I paid was $200, which as most people around Berryessa know, is cheap.

I've used Geiler Plumbing several times and each time they arrived quickly and did the job professionally and in a timely manner. They replaced a toilet for us today in Napa, and I could not be happier with their work. Great guys, great service, highly recommend!

Awful experience! My water heater was acting up. I let the serviceman know when he got here that it actually started working again. He then decided to take a look at it anyway, was not able to fix it and charged me despite the fact he was unable to fix it.

I supplied him an error code as I had taken a photo of it and he did not do any research or try to fix it based on the code. I finally called the manufacturer myself who told me that the burner likely needs to be cleaned. I called Eco plumbing again (since they had already charged me)and they told me to call a Takagi contractor. Unbelievable! Owner was really unprofessional. Will never use them again.

Amazing. They are Diamond Certified and I see why. I asked Corey to disconnect my water softener. Instead he had me text photos and told me how to do to myself. Who does that nowadays? What a great guy.
