We have used Eco Plumbing multiple times. They provide fast and efficient services for our commercial and residential properties. We have properties on both slab and raised foundations that have been serviced including clogged toilets, dishwasher connection/removal and setup, garbage disposal reconnection and other services. Eco Plumbing is professional while putting us and our tenants at ease. I plan to use Eco plumbing for years to come.

We had a mainline clog that caused all our toilets and showers to back flow with water on a Saturday afternoon. I called 3 plumbers and Eco Plumbing was the first to return my call, not 15 minutes after I left them a voicemail. Brandon was friendly, quick, immediately diagnosed our problem and had someone at our house within an hour and a half. Eco Plumbing resolved our problem efficiently and for half the price a friend paid for the same service. Cannot recommend them enough and will definitely continue using them when future problems arise!

They provided prompt service and good plumbing, so before 2020 I would have given them 5 stars. But the plumber showed up at our door without a mask. He did not ask us if we would like him to wear one. I then made the foolish mistake in assuming that meant he was vaccinated ... he could see we were obviously senior citizens.

After he was finished we were chatting and it came out that he wasn't vaccinated, didn't intend on getting vaccinated because he was fit, and getting the vaccination was more dangerous than getting the disease, etc. A full Covid denier who also, obviously, did not have any feeling of responsibility to keep from spreading the virus.

He said he would have put on a mask if we had asked, and I acknowledged that I abrogated my responsibility to do so to protect my own health.

My point, though, is that during a pandemic, I find this somewhat of a failure of customer service. I've talked with the owner, and he doesn't feel it's his place to mandate health care requirements for his employees or customers (and the plumbers can also be at risk entering homes where people aren't wearing masks) so just be aware yourself that's it's caveat emptor. They are good plumbers, but it is, as always, YOUR responsibility to ask people entering your home if they have been vaccinated, tested, etc., and make your informed decision on whether or not to let them in without a mask.

I had a leak in my backyard that nobody could figure out - I had 3 other companies look at my leak and all give me minimal answers with big price tags. Once eco plumbing showed up I had answers, a temporary fix, and a game plan for my future fix. I cannot say how thankful I am Eco was able to squeeze in a visit to my house on such short notice.
