They provided prompt service and good plumbing, so before 2020 I would have given them 5 stars. But the plumber showed up at our door without a mask. He did not ask us if we would like him to wear one. I then made the foolish mistake in assuming that meant he was vaccinated ... he could see we were obviously senior citizens.

After he was finished we were chatting and it came out that he wasn't vaccinated, didn't intend on getting vaccinated because he was fit, and getting the vaccination was more dangerous than getting the disease, etc. A full Covid denier who also, obviously, did not have any feeling of responsibility to keep from spreading the virus.

He said he would have put on a mask if we had asked, and I acknowledged that I abrogated my responsibility to do so to protect my own health.

My point, though, is that during a pandemic, I find this somewhat of a failure of customer service. I've talked with the owner, and he doesn't feel it's his place to mandate health care requirements for his employees or customers (and the plumbers can also be at risk entering homes where people aren't wearing masks) so just be aware yourself that's it's caveat emptor. They are good plumbers, but it is, as always, YOUR responsibility to ask people entering your home if they have been vaccinated, tested, etc., and make your informed decision on whether or not to let them in without a mask.

This company is amazing! Brandon and his crew were so professional and personable. I felt like I was dealing with someone I'd known for a long time. I had a leak in my backyard that nobody could figure out - I had 3 other companies look at my leak and all give me minimal answers with big price tags. Once eco plumbing showed up I had answers, a temporary fix, and a game plan for my future fix. I cannot say how thankful I am Eco was able to squeeze in a visit to my house on such short notice. CALL THEM FIRST. learn from my mistake. You won't regret it!

Highly recommend Brandon! We hired him to install a faucet on a custom-made sink. He noticed that the drain I ordered wasn't the right piece (had an overflow) so we thankfully avoided issues with that. When the correct parts arrived, he came back to install everything and was very efficient and did the job well. He also fixed another sink that was clogged and cleared the drain in no time. Brandon is always very professional and considerate, and really makes an effort to do the job correctly and promptly.

I manage 101 unit hotel in Napa Valley and the problems I've experienced at the hotel is beyond our in-house maintenance skills. After contacting several plumbers in the area for a water heater replacement project, Eco Plumbing was very competitive with pricing and with the great reviews online I decided to award this project to them.

This was no easy task as I needed to replace five commercial water heaters all together, but Brandon and his crew were on time and seemed very efficient during the install. They knew that our guests are our top priority so they ensure that the job will get done right away.

After the install was completed, the crew left the area clean and spotless as if the water no one was even working in the room. Brandon and I had a quick meeting and went over the new heater install and some basic functions.

Overall, I was impressed of how efficient their crew was and I would recommend Eco Plumbing to anyone looking to getting their plumbing needs done.

I've also asked Eco Plumbing to help me out with other issues I've experienced and Brandon was always quick to respond and even made last minute emergencies work on the same day which was a huge help for me and the hotel!

Brandon was recommended to us by a friend and I can certainly see why.
We had a problem where our new (less than a year old) shower suddenly stopped working. Not urgent as we have another shower but very annoying.
I called on Tuesday and between our schedule and his, Friday was the next available slot.
He rang the bell exactly at the arranged time and there he was, masked up and ready to help.
He did a little investigating and we, well he, managed to identify that part of the valve had not been correctly positioned when it was installed. He reset that part and put the valve back together and replaced the trim.
All in he was with us for just under 30 minutes and my shower is now working even better than originally.
I'll certainly be calling him for any plumbing needs we have going forward.

I had a main line stoppage and Brandon was quick to come fix the situation! He was clean, wore a mask, was respectful about covid and cleared the line in record time. I will always use eco plumbing for all my plumbing nightmares! Fingers crossed I won't have any more any time soon!
