Very positive experience with Eco-Flow! Was on my way out the door on a Friday afternoon to leave for vacation, realized that my toilet was leaking. Called 6-7 other plumbers with no one available. Tracy at Eco-Flow somehow squeezed me in, the crew came at the end of their work day, fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes, charged a fair price, and were super nice to boot. Will definitely call them in the future.

Lupe and Andreas came today to pull a softball sized clump of our 13 year old daughter's hair out of the drains in our hall bathroom. On it's own it was a successful and pleasant plumbing experience, but as we were chatting about the plumbing, I was struck by the fact that it had been years since we had to call Scott at Eco-Flow for help.
Between 2004, when we bought our house and 2014, when we started using Eco-Flow, we were plumbing regulars. Every 6 months, drains would start to back up and we would need not just a drain cleared, but a major effort with power snakes at all of the clean out locations. We had been told that the solution was to replace all of our drain pipe, so that it actually sloped down hill. The quotes were all expensive and we were a young family struggling with the cost of home ownership in Santa Cruz, so we put it off and continued our close relationship with our plumber.
In 2014 our plumber went on vacation and while desperately trying to find someone to come right away (probably on the weekend) to fix our regularly clogged drains, we stumbled upon Eco-Flow plumbing. Scott was awesome, he fixed the drain and added his voice in favor of redoing the entire drain system under the house. Downhill slope is apparently a key plumbing principal, and our poorly sloped drains were not sitting well with Scott. The idea of clearing our drains every 6 months forever was unappealing enough to him that he gave us a very good quote for redoing the pipes and pushed us heavily to get it done.
Since Eco-Flow drain pipes were replaced in August of 2014, they have been out once for a minor clogged kitchen sink and today. Scott not only saved us money by pushing us to fix the drains, but has saved us the stress and missed work that having to repeatedly address clogged drains involves.
Scott's team is awesome. Lupe is incredibly competent with a huge amount of experience. He has been with Eco-Plumbing for years and was part of the team that fixed our upward sloping pipes. Andreas is new to the team with less than a month on the job, but a great addition to the team, very professional and friendly.

I had an inconvenient clogging issue in my sink and toilet right before a bunch of friends came over for holiday brunch. I called about 10 plumbers (it was Sunday morning). The only people who called back were Eco-flow. They called back within an hour in fact. I decided to have them come on Monday morning. Tracey who set up the appointment was super friendly and set it up within a few minutes.

Andreas and Lupe came by the house at their scheduled time. They quickly diagnosed the situation and corrected it. While giving me the cause for my issue (damn eggshells in the garbage disposal).

Super thankful for courteous, friendly and knowledgeable service in town.

Eco-Flow Plumbing has come to my rescue three times in the last couple of years. I originally found them through three other plumbers who were too busy and kept referring me until I found them and they came out right away. Each time it was for water leaks and they found the problems and fixed them immediately. They are extremely courteous, professional and meticulous in their work. I felt grateful each time. I think their prices are fair.

These guys are amazing. Initially, I used them to re-plumb the old galvanized lines in my house and run a new line from the street to the house. It was a BIG job. Being new to the area, I bid out the job to a bunch of plumbers and was impressed by Scott's responsiveness throughout the bidding process. Eco-flow was also super detailed and recommended some solutions that no one else thought of. I got on-demand water heater and motion sensing water pumps throughout the house. We also got a really great water filtration system. The water tastes great.

Since then, I have come to count on Eco-flow for all my plumbing needs and beyond. For instance, I had a problem with my clothes dryer duct and talked to a bunch of heating/cooling companies about solution - each company that came out suggested really over-complicated and expensive solutions (and my wife was NOT happy being without a dryer). So, I had Eco-flow take a look and they implemented a solution same day.

Eco-flow has great service, and is super responsive. Thumbs way up.

I rarely review local businesses on Yelp but feel quite inclined to drop my two-cents here about Eco-Flow. We recently replaced our sewer line which was both an expensive and daunting task! After careful consideration, we chose Eco-Flow. They were both professional and affordable. They gave me a time line and explained thoroughly what they would be doing. They delivered without any issues and made the process easy. It was a large job and I was very satisfied with the service I received. Recently, I had a few ""smaller"" jobs and called to see if they could help. They did and once again, they were quick, easy to work with and affordable. I really appreciated working with them on a large job... and really appreciated the ""no job too small"" service I received. I would wholeheartedly recommend Eco-Service. They are trustworthy, easy to work with and great at what they do!

I cannot say enough good things about ECOFLOW - - the teams that serviced our home are professional, friendly and take the time to thoroughly address and solve the problem at hand.

We have used ECOFLOW multiple times this year; to clear a backed up drain, replace a water heater and finally to address the source of water damage in the ceiling of our garage.

On each occasion the team responded quickly and efficiently resolved the situation. Finally they took the time to explain the problem AND the solution and this makes all the difference in EXPERIENCING BEST IN CLASS service.

These guys rock! I live in a rental unit with tricky plumbing and they have to come out about once a year to clear the kitchen line. Lupe came in, got out the big machine and snaked the pipe all the way through to the front house. This is the fastest and cleanest the kitchen drain has been in the 4 years we've been here. Highly recommend, super professional and well educated group of plumbers. Plus my son loved to watch Lupe and he was great with a 5 year old taking notes:)
