I had a great experience with Eco-flow plumbing. I had them re-pipe my whole house. I really appreciate their communication and clarity. They completed the job on time and within the budget. They also surprised me by having another person come and repair the drywall that needed repair! That was a huge surprise. Much thanks to Scott and his crew.

Still ""As good as it gets"" AND SO helpful to the customer. I have previously met Jose, today Dave came by for a minor issue ... all I can say is wow..I can't believe how knowledgeable and straitforward things are with the guys at Ecoflow. Dave fixed the minor issue, and, 'no charge'..who does that these days? Almost no one! Absolutely in keeping with my prior experiences in terms of work well done..today a little 'over the top' in terms of customer service. This only happens with a solid company and satisfied employees. Thank you Scott and crew for everything you do to keep things flowing smoothly.

Recently, the house across the street sold. When I first saw the no parking signs which meant we had to move our cars off of the street I groaned, BUT, the crew from Eco-Flow was wonderful! They explained that City code requires a sewer clean out be installed upon sale of a home. The crew was uniformly polite, explained the work, and kept us updated on their progress. The nightmare I had anticipated never developed. They were professional, friendly, worked hard, and finished early.

Eco-Flow will definitely get our future plumbing business!!!

NOT 24-7!! They open at 7 am. I asked about this they said oh we take messages 24/7! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!! Why would you advertise that it's 24/7 but clearly not!!!

My daughter recently moved to Santa Cruz, and we needed a plumber. I am glad I called Eco-Flow. I spoke with Scott, who was very polite. He sent us Jose and Jesus, an impressive team that did a fantastic job. They were professional, polite, and came prepared to take care of our plumbing needs. Before they left, they double-checked their work and ensured everything was done safely and correctly. By far the most professional and polite plumbing team I've ever done business with. Thank you again, Jose and Jesus. If I could give Eco-Flow 100 stars, I would. It goes without saying that we will always use Eco-Flow.

Ma fille a récemment déménagé à Santa Cruz et nous avions besoin d'un plombier. On est très content d'avoir appelé Eco-Flow. J'ai parlé avec Scott, qui était très poli. Il nous a envoyé José et Jésus, une équipe impressionnante qui a fait un travail fantastique. Ils étaient très professionnels et ils ont arrêter la fuite et installer un système (garbage disposal) au niveau de la cuisine. Avant de partir, ils ont revérifié leur travail et se sont assurés que tout était fait correctement et en toute sécurité. De loin l'équipe de plomberie la plus professionnelle et la plus polie avec laquelle j'ai fait affaire. Merci encore, José et Jésus. Si je pouvais donner 100 étoiles à Eco-Flow, je le ferais. Il va sans dire que nous utiliserons toujours Eco-Flow.

Had our main water line replaced, sewage trap and main sewage line replaced because it was old and a matter of time before it would break,new water heater replaced ,Toto toilet replaced with all new parts, and a new water faucet.The entire crew was professional and very polite and clean. My wife is happy with everything they have done all in about a little over a week. Highly recommended.

Kevin is very fluent and efficient fixing our clogged drain. He is also very knowledgeable and polite to tell us the reasons and tips of how to keep out of drainage trouble. We are very happy with his job. I highly recommend them.

Very responsive, whether it is commercial or residential plumbing. Do not hesitate to call them, they are straight up great plumbers, they work hard and stay on schedule. Scott is the owner, and he makes it easy! Very reasonable in the charges too!

Discovered a leak on my main water line from the meter to the house. Called several companies, no one was able to come out. I called Eco-Flow and they sent someone out within an hour and a half. Kevin and Josh were able to find the problem quickly and get it taken care of within a couple of hours. Will definitely be using this company in the future if any additional plumbing needs come up.
