We had a leaky gas line somewhere in our home that was discovered after termite tenting, we started with another company and when they were a no call/no show I was referred to Scott @ Eco Flow. Within an hour he came to my home to assess and sent one of his plumbers over shortly after to begin work. Scott was up front, thorough, easy to communicate with, and gave a detailed estimate.

His crew that came to our home were clean, helpful, polite, and did a great job. I will definitely use them again.

I had used another plumber for some other issues, but that plumber was on vacation and referred me here. He showed up very promptly and gave me the facts about my burst sprinkler line which had ruptured in a less than an ideal location.
I was happy with the service and will keep Scott's details handy for the hopefully less urgent plumbing situation i may have in the future.

I experienced a clogged kitchen sink and called Eco-Flow first thing in the morning (7:30 am). Within 4 hours Scott had returned my called, arrived and had my sink drain working again!!!! And best of all at what I felt was a very reasonable rate... I highly recommond Scott.. I will be calling on him soon as I am planning on some kitchen and bathroom remodeling

I'm actually a little concerned something happened to this business. I called to schedule an appointment. Nobody showed up or called. I called after they were 30 minutes late. But nobody answered. I left 2 messages. I sent an email message via Yelp and called again. But nobody has ever responded. They had several 5 star ratings so I had high hopes... it pains me to give a 1-star rating, but, since they never showed or responded, I guess I have to.

We had a little plumbing emergency yesterday and these guys were ready to go. They came quickly and were able to replace all our bathroom piping for a very reasonable price. Everything is spick and span now and flowing wonderfully.

Both the guys were very nice and competent workers. This seems like a very genuine company, which can be rare with plumbers.

Scott was quick, professional and friendly. He knows what he is doing. He was upfront about cost, what the work would entail, and about how long it would take.

We had what we thought to be a clogged toilet. Turns out after snaking the toilet and testing it, there is need for a new toilet. He even went so far as to explain this to our landlord. Very lucky to have found such a friendly local plumber!

Scott is AWESOME. He responded at 6:30pm within 10 minutes and was at our house in 30 minutes. We had a major toilet clog that we literally plunged for hours, we augured our toilet, and we even tried pumping it from the clean out. Nothing. He came with all the tools, had it fixed within 45 minutes (it was a bad clog far down the line) and was EXTREMELY patient with our 5 year daughter who asked no fewer than 100 questions while he fixed our problem and rubbed it in that she was having pizza and he wasn't. There are also NO HIDDEN FEES here. Scott charges by the hour and there are no ""show up fees"". Excellent service, highly recommend!

Scott was a pro....he came out within 2 hours of my initial call regarding a stopped up sewer line and besides pulling the toilet and snaking the line he snaked the line from the septic tank up and advised me on how best to deal with the septic tank with enzymes etc.....I would call him back for any plumbing issues.....JS Soquel
