Installer guys were nice and worked with care on my washer/dryer water & gas attachments. Appliance was already upstairs so luckily they didn't have to carry it. Sean, the owner, was nice and personally resolved a prior issue.

I hate posting negative reviews, but this just didn't sit well with me. We were referred Eclipse to move our built-in fridge/freezer out of it's place while we repiped our home. The guys came out and did a great job, were on time, and totally professional. They told us to contact them when the repipe was over and they'd come back to get the fridge/freezer back in it's place so we can use it again. So we called 2 days later, spoke to someone who said they would get back to us later that day. They never called back. We then called them 5 consecutive days. Voicemails were full. No response. I even called the technician on his cell and never heard back from anyone. So after over a week of not being able to get everything back, we had to go elsewhere and pay more to get it done. Just a disappointing conclusion to what I thought was going to be an excellent experience.

I bought a new cooktop from Home Depot, and Eclipse Appliance Installation was scheduled to put it in two days after it was delivered to my house. Eclipse was very efficient, calling me several days before the delivery to set up the best time they could come. The day before the scheduled day, I received a text from them confirming the time. The morning of the installation day, Jim the installer called me to let me know he was on his way. Everything was so efficient and professional. Jim made sure to attach an extra elbow to the gas line so that it didn't block my drawers from closing (since the stove had an awkward layout), and he took extra time to check everything precisely. He worked quickly and was friendly, even putting my barking chihuahua at ease! I am very happy with my working appliance, and definitely recommend Eclipse Installation for all appliance needs. They really know what they are doing.

Great service all the way around. Stephanie scheduling and Caesar and Ray installing. Seamless and easy process. Bought dishwasher at Lowe's. Showed up on time during exact window promised. Kind. Professional. Installers even adjusted air gap which had previously been installed a bit off kilter. Yes would recommend.

They went above and beyond ,can't thank them enough! Installed my new dishwasher and had a few obstacles that they were able to work around. I'm so happy and lucky to have them be the ones to install because they were ready with any part they might need to retro fit existing plumbing. I highly recommend them!!!

Today my husband and I got our dishwasher installed with three shelves and the technician who name was Doug, was on time, courteous and what I liked most he knew exactly what he was doing. Didn't take long for him to remove the old and install the new. He also made sure everything was working properly before leaving. We truly recommend installation from this company. Quality work
