I bought a dishwasher from Lowe's and they contracted through Eclipse Appliances for installation. Jim called 10 minutes before he would be here which was great! He was professional, kind and provided excellent customer service. The cost of the installation was very reasonable. Jim was great thank you for doing such a great job and for being so helpful!

I can't say enough about this company! I had tried contacting several companies to help me get my refrigerator into my house. It was a little too wide to fit inside the doorway and sat in my garage for months after getting it out of storage. After several months of looking, I came across ""Eclipse Appliance Installation"" on Yelp. After reading their reviews I decided to reach out to them for assistance. I was expecting another let down of ""we only do installation of new appliances"", but was very surprised to hear back from Sean (Owner) saying ""Yes"" we can help you! It was like music to my ears! I scheduled an install date with Stepanie who was super helpful. Doug and Kevin where the installers that showed up right on time! They were simply AMAZING! They came in got straight to work; told me all the doors were gonna have to come off the frig to get it in the doorway. I was a little freaked out as I watched them take my frig apart, but Doug knew exactly what he was doing! He was on it! Both he and Keving had parts everywhere, brought the frig inside the house (I never thought it would happen) and had it all put back together within less than an hour. It was amazing to watch them at work! They were fast and efficient. I almost cried to see my frig again, it had been two years and still looked brand new! They set it up for me and were done! I was truly impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, and teamwork. I would highly recommend this company for any appliance installation this team is fabulous! Thanks again Sean!!!

Eclipse is contracted by Home Depot and performed the template appointment and installation of our microwave oven with trim kit and range hood. Cesar was assigned to both appointments. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. He was thorough and timely with the installation. I highly recommend Eclipse for any appliance installation.

Installers communicated to me up until they arrived. They showed up exactly when they said they would.

Both men were friendly and respectful. They did the installation quickly, causing no damage or disruption.

Verbal directions were provided along with manuals.

All in all, a pleasant and painless experience.

Bunch of liars. They scheduled my installation with me and when I followed up the morning of, they claimed they never talked to me and never scheduled it, blaming me. Then I showed them their own text messages to me that had the scheduling information and they all of a sudden got apologetic. However, they're are doing nothing to fix their error and are further delaying the installation of my dishwasher that is desperately for my household of 5 with a couple of toddlers who go through dishes like no other. They refuse to try to go out of their way to make up for their error and claim they're legally not allowed to work on the weekend. All a bunch of complete BS. I'm not going to stop until Lowe's cancels their contract.

This company was called in by Home Depot. The team came in to reset 2 of our larger appliances that were improperly done by another company. The lead could identify the issues immediately and within 30 minutes both the refrigerator and the dishwasher were ready for use.

Excellent! Needed to have the broken fridge moved out of the kitchen, and a working fridge we had in the garage moved into the kitchen. These guys showed up within the time window, did the job fast and with care and attention. Very pleased with the how they swapped the refrigerators. Would definitely call again and highly recommend!

Our experience with Eclipse Appliance Installation was simply stellar. Their communication was clear and friendly. The cost was extremely reasonable for the service provided. We got a new dishwasher and the installer was superb. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and obviously experienced. We are beyond happy with the whole process from beginning to end. Kudos to this excellent company!
