Seriously, the owner Sean scheduled me in faster than anyone else could. He was super flexible with two time slots available right away even though I gave him very short notice. He didn't make it challenging at all, he simply provided a solution.

Even though Lowe's went past the two hour delivery window and was an additional 30 minutes late delivering my dishwasher, Kyle from Eclipse called me 3 hours PRIOR to our appointment saying he could arrive within a few mounts if I wanted. WOW!!! I don't know about you, but I have dealt with a ton of companies and every one of them typically runs late and keeps me waiting. I hate that!

Kyle arrived with a smile, tools in hand, removed his shoes and went to work with a great, positive attitude. Within what felt like a matter of minutes, he had removed my old dishwasher, installed my new one and went over all of the settings/functions with me!

One small thing that I really loved was that they are paperless so payment and invoice were handled on an iPad and text/emailed directly to me. No need to file away paperwork!

Top notch, high quality service that I have not found from any other companies in any industry.

Home Depot and Tramco screwed me over with an appliance installation, at the last minute on a friday afternoon Sean stepped in and got me fixed up.
I could not ask for more, having just moved in to a new house with a baby due at any moment, Sean and John came through when the big box store (and its terrible installation service) dropped the ball. Thanks guys - much appreciated.

I have had many contractors / handymen do various jobs in my home and NOT one has come close to what this company provides as a service. The professionalism, the knowledge, the ability to go beyond the scope of what they do, is absolutely amazing and refreshing, as many in his field could not come close to helping me out with what Sean did. I've used them now for various jobs and have never once been disappointed. In fact, I was amazed at the things they fixed that others couldn't /wouldn't. Thank you Sean for you and your company. It wasn't only the belt. The handles were not tightened to the arms on the treadmill. I almost fell off. No. I wasn't charged by Amazon, because as you so rudely told me to do, I called them.

I rarely, barely write any review on Yelp but I have to do this one because I am so much impressed.

I really wanted to give this service a 10 starts if there is a scale 1-10. Sean and Kyle are best of the best. I purchased a dishwasher on Lowe's. It was delivered at last Friday. And Lowe's will not install it until Wednesday. I was desperate because I have a lot of dishes piled up.

I started to scribe installation companies anywhere close by to get anyone come in today. I passed across Eclipse but did not call it because of several bad reviews. Then I called several other services and all ended up disappointed. Out of panic, I finally called Eclipse. First they said they can only install it at Wednesday. However, Sean and Kyle tightened up their schedule and got it installed today, just when I am writing this review. Was not impressive enough?

I will highly recommend this service. There are very kind, extremely professional. And Kyle is absolutely a polite, very professional young gentleman. capable at what he is doing. You will never be disappointed. Highly, highly recommend them to all of you!!!

A breath of fresh air, I was getting very frustrated with other installers not showing and rescheduling me. Don't waste your time with anyone else! Honest and did a excellent job installing my fridge.

Called eclipse appliance installation and spoke with Sean about my kitchen remodel. He came out and made sure my appliance choices would fit, if not then what would have been needed. Reliable and efficient!! I emailed on the weekend to set up an install appointment for the coming week. Sean, the owner emailed me back within minutes. We set up the appointment for later in the week but my dishwasher arrived way earlier than expected. I called Sean to see if we could move up appointment. He sent Kyle out the same day as delivery which made it really convenient for my schedule. Thank you Sean!

Kyle called when he was on his way. He showed up with everything he needed( water hose kit and extra long extension cord ). My angle stop was severely corroded and Kyle was able to a replace old one with a better quality part. Kyle cleaned all the dirt where old dishwasher was removed and took away old dishwasher.

My new dishwasher works perfectly!! I love the service I received from this install company. I am glad that I chose them over what the appliance store offered me. Thank you for all your hard work!
