We had one bath tub stopped up not draining, and the other bathroom shower smelling bad. I found Echo on Yelp and decided to give them a try. I really appreciated that I was able to schedule the appointment with a live person on the phone. Chris came to the house on time and introduced himself. For each bathroom Chris explained what he thought needed to be done and showed us each step of the way what he was doing. He was able to clean out both drains and at our request attempted to install a new shower head which ultimately was defective. He showed us the problem and returned the original shower head suggesting another brand to buy. The work was done swiftly and efficiently and to my great relief cost less than I had expected. I would recommend Echo Plumbing to anyone looking for plumbing services.

Chris came out on time and got right to work assessing the situation. Quoted me a great price, And got right to work on the repair. Was successful and not only finding a solution for the leak but also created a support needed for the drain. Then after a lot of work, persevered and cleared the clog as well.

We had a fantastic experience with Echo Plumbing and Rooter. They were able to address all of our issues (5 faucets), making repairs and/or installations as needed. They were/are very knowledgeable, professional, neat and very quickly repaired/replaced our ailing faucets.

We needed to get an estimate to replace two (2) kitchen faucets with faucets we recently purchased and then repair, as needed, three (3) other faucets: a 57 yr. old Two-Handle Laundry Faucet with Straddle Legs and 6"" Tube Spout, and two (2) Garden Hose Faucets.

We called Echo Plumbing around 9:00 a.m. for an appointment. An appointment was scheduled for arrival between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m. The Plumber/Technician, Chris C., arrived on time, assessed each faucet and explained what was needed. Besides the Kitchen sink replacements, we needed to replace the Laundry Faucet, and both Garden Hose faucets. He had all the materials with him except for the Laundry Faucet. He contacted a co-worker, Juan, and sent him a photo and specs required. Juan purchased the correct replacement faucet and brought it to the house and installed it. All work was completed in less than four hours.

In addition, their price for all the work was not only very reasonable, but it was less than one half of another contractor's price who could only do 3 of the 5 repairs needed.

They saved our house! The main sewer pipe from our home detached and a toilet in our home erupted like a volcano. Luckily, only water overflowed from it. We scramble to find a plumber, and Echo was recommended by a prior contractor. The Echo team arrived within 90 minutes. They spent the next six hours searching for the issue, which they diagnosed quickly, fixing the broken pipe, scoping the system for any blockages, and resealing the toilet. What a disaster this could have been. Wow! Thank you!!

Our shower drain had a leak for the second time in 5 years. We didn't want to use the same plumber, given that the first repair didn't last.

After reading the great reviews of Echo, I called them. Miguel came the same day and provided an estimate. At first, I thought the price was high, but after checking with a couple other plumbers, it seems it's just gotten more expensive to have work done these days.

I called Miguel again, and he was able to do the work the next day. It would have taken a week with the other plumbers I called. Miguel came on time, worked fast, and kept everything clean, even when removing drywall. He also explained why the last repair likely failed and what he did differently. Hopefully this is the last time I need this repair done.
