I had my sewer lateral replaced yesterday by Echo. Nobody wants to have this done, obviously. But there was no avoiding it. Echo responded to my request very promptly. Juan came out to my home (exactly on time). He did an in depth inspection and estimate for me (didn't charge for the inspection, as a lot of companies do). Here's the part that sealed the deal for me: he looked me in the eye and walked me through every step of the inspection. He answered my questions. He provided me with two options: one to repair the sewer lateral to buy me some more time and one to replace. Within a couple hours of his leaving, he had emailed me the scope of work and the estimate for both of the options. Never once did he ask to speak to a husband or a man of the house (women who own homes, you know how rare this is!). I had several companies come out to do estimates. None of the other companies treated me this way or were this thorough or professional. Juan made the choice easy.

The permits were pulled and processed quickly and he kept me updated on each step. Day of the work he kept me informed. The whole team was efficient, professional, and respectful. He took photos of all the work so he could show me once everything was covered up again. They finished quickly and my front sidewalk and driveway are cleaner than they were before the work.

I hope I don't have to use them again, but if I need services they offer I will absolutely use them.

Miguel and his team arrived the same day I called and were here exactly when they said they would be. They diagnosed the issue with the water heater, provided an accurate estimate, and completed the work quickly. We had one heck of a day the day we requested help from Echo. We were referred to them, and I am extremely happy that they were. Long story short, we ended up stuck with the water to our house cut off. The water valve broke after the dishwasher installer cut it off. Not his fault. However, it was going to be days before we would be able to have someone come out to repair it. They came the same day, gave a fair quote, friendly service, and overall saved the day. This company would not charge me until they looked at the issue. The price they gave me was extremely reasonable and even offered me $25 off for being a first time customer. They were quick, efficient and very professional. I would recommend this company over any others.

Had a plumbing problem with our kitchen sink and disposal. The crew came out on the same morning I called which was phenomenal. They worked tirelessly to correct the problems we were having with our drain and disposal and went above and beyond to be sure everything was back to normal working order. I cannot thank them enough for the promptness, the professionalism, and the fantastic work ethic this crew possessed. Echo Plumbing receptionist, Maria, pleasantly scheduled a same day assessment of both toilets backing up. . Repairmen Juan and Chris asked me pertinent questions about the problem when they arrived and ran some tests inside and outside the house. They explained their findings, made recommendations for a solution and provided an itemized estimate. I chose to have one very old toilet replaced. Two days later, Chris texted me several toilet model choices available at the store. Later the same day, the guys returned to install the new toilet. The repair itself took about an hour. They removed the old toilet and took it to recycle.
Juan and Chris did everything promised, on time and within the dollar estimate set. The guys were covid compliant, pleasant and easy to work with.

Maria, Juan and Chris were great to work with, very professional! . The Echo Plumbing Company is licensed, insured and has a clean record with great reviews.
I'd call them back for any plumbing needs!

Here's my experience

1. Used Yelp request a quote and Luis responded within the hour. Very easy to talk to and we moved over to text messages. He provided good advise and walked me through the job and provided estimation. Got everything scheduled, pretty easy

2. Luis showed up on time and finished the job to our expectations. It's been a few weeks now and no problems

Even though I'm giving a 5 star review and the outcome was satisfactory, communication over text kinda fell off towards the end. It was unclear if Luis would show up as scheduled a few days prior. Something for them to work on and not a reason to knock off a star

Would engage Luis again for something else and hopefully the communication improves next time around

I had toilet problems and was leaving to go out of the country the next day...called Echo expecting to get an appointment for when I returned but was pleasantly surprised when Juan said they would respond within 30 minutes. They were there about 20 minutes later, identified the problem immediately and had it fixed within the hour. I believe it was Juan or Luis that came out. He and Chris were knowledgeable and professional and friendly. I highly recommend and will use Echo for any plumbing issues I ever have in the future.

My elderly moms Water Heater was leaking...
Better to fix it sooner than when it all busts loose.
I sent an email/text out to another plumber on yelp who did not do water heaters and I got a call from echo plumbing within 30 minutes. They were able to come out while I could be there.

They sent Chris and Luis. such fine professional young men. Very considerate and careful of the property. Worked and finished the job so my mom could have hot water immediately.
