Needed a bathroom faucet replaced and I provided the hardware

Here's my experience

1. Used Yelp request a quote and Luis responded within the hour. Very easy to talk to and we moved over to text messages. He provided good advise and walked me through the job and provided estimation. Got everything scheduled, pretty easy

2. Luis showed up on time and finished the job to our expectations. It's been a few weeks now and no problems

Even though I'm giving a 5 star review and the outcome was satisfactory, communication over text kinda fell off towards the end. It was unclear if Luis would show up as scheduled a few days prior. Something for them to work on and not a reason to knock off a star

Would engage Luis again for something else and hopefully the communication improves next time around

I had toilet problems and was leaving to go out of the country the next day...called Echo expecting to get an appointment for when I returned but was pleasantly surprised when Juan said they would respond within 30 minutes. They were there about 20 minutes later, identified the problem immediately and had it fixed within the hour. I believe it was Juan or Luis that came out. He and Chris were knowledgeable and professional and friendly. I highly recommend and will use Echo for any plumbing issues I ever have in the future.

My elderly moms Water Heater was leaking...
Better to fix it sooner than when it all busts loose.
I sent an email/text out to another plumber on yelp who did not do water heaters and I got a call from echo plumbing within 30 minutes. They were able to come out while I could be there.

They sent Chris and Luis. such fine professional young men. Very considerate and careful of the property. Worked and finished the job so my mom could have hot water immediately.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND...If anyone needs a pipe repair or plumbing done, this is the place to call. Juan came out within an hour of calling. Assessed the situation with a free estimate. Replaced damaged pipe above ceiling and was fast and efficient. In and out in a half hour. Mind you, it was a HOLIDAY and they didn't charge for that. They charge by the job, NOT the hour. RECEIVED $25 OFF for being a new customer too. Definitely 5 out 5 stars!

Had a minor problem with my garbage disposal, called them in the morning, they scheduled a visit later in the afternoon. Miguel came on time, looked for the problem and fixed it right away. Charged me with a affordable and negotiable price. Definitely my go to plumber. Thank you.

Juan did an excellent job replacing a garbage disposal, a kitchen sink faucet and cleaning and reconnecting the dryer. He also shared photos of the work before and after. Luis has provided all receipts and required forms the same day. I am very impressed with the service and professionalism of the team. I highly recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.

10 STARS! After contacting two other plumbing companies to fix a pin hole in my copper piping, and after two totally insane estimates, Echo was my last resort before I tackled it myself. Chris and Miguel were very professional and as I predicted, fixed my issue in 15 minutes. Pricing was much easier to swallow plus it kept me from filling up my SWEAR jar so early in 2022. I had water backing up in the sink and garage near my washer. He immediately assessed the problem, found the right access point, and cleaned the drain. He also gave me advice regarding my washer possibly needing a filter clean-up. He was quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. I am definitely calling Echo Plumbing again next time.

I had an emergency situation where the faucet of my bathroom sink mysteriously started leaking water right as I was heading off to work one Monday morning. I desperately called all of the major plumbing companies and they all replied that the earliest that they could schedule me was on Wednesday, 2 days later. Not good enough! So, I called Echo Plumbing and they came out within 2 hours and repaired the leak. No frills, catchy mottos, nor fancy commercials! Just quality work and workers and that's exactly the way I like it!
