Our business is dedicated to taking away the concerns about backflow device compliance. I realize you’re managing many responsibilities - the status of your backflow device shouldn't be one of them. If you’re already a customer, we keep your information on file and will reach out at the start of the month when your inspection is due. Our services include inspecting, repairing if necessary, and submitting results to the city. Your documentation will be left at your doorstep for your convenience when it suits you. It’s just that easy!

Hello, I’m the owner, Mark Ficocelli, the operator of Ebb & Flows Backflow Testing serving Leesburg, Florida.

I became a certified backflow inspector in 2011, testing backflow devices during my time in maintenance at Highland Lakes community. Initially, it was a small side business with a few hundred clients eventually expanded into a thriving business with a growing customer base. In 2019, I met Lynn Heizer, who owned Ebb and Flows. After the unexpected passing of her husband, Wayne, I offered my assistance as a temporary solution. Before long, Lynn asked if I would like to take over the business, and that’s how I became the owner. I feel honored to uphold Wayne's legacy and maintaining his standards of quality and service is something I value deeply in my work.

I perform device inspections throughout neighborhoods in Leesburg alongside the Highway 441/27 corridor, and surrounding areas the 441 highway.

The aspect I value most about being a small business owner and providing backflow device inspections is the opportunity to provide outstanding service. I am dedicated to service, and I strive for quickly responding to inquiries and providing thorough service. It is my goal is to provide a satisfactory experience for my customers by being courteous and professional, and ensuring their devices are inspected and the findings reported to the city without delay.
