Greetings, my name is Mark Ficocelli, the founder of Ebb & Flows Backflow Testing serving Leesburg, Florida.

I began my career as a certified backflow inspector in 2011, evaluating backflow devices as I worked in maintenance at Highland Lakes community. It started as a hobby with a few hundred clients eventually expanded into a thriving business with several thousand clients. In the year 2019, I had the pleasure of meeting Lynn Heizer, the owner of Ebb and Flows. Following the sudden loss of her husband, Wayne, I provided my support as a temporary solution. Not long after, Lynn asked if I would like to take over the business, and that’s how I became the owner. Continuing Wayne's legacy and to carry forward his dedication to craftsmanship is something I take great pride in in my work.

I provide inspections across communities in Leesburg along the Highway 441/27 corridor, and surrounding areas the 441 highway.

What I enjoy the most about being a small business owner and providing backflow device inspections is the opportunity to offer great customer care. I genuinely care about service, and I take pride in quickly responding to inquiries and providing thorough service. It is my goal is to provide a satisfactory experience for my customers by being courteous and professional, and getting their devices inspected and the results sent to the city in a timely manner.
