Our business focuses on eliminating the concerns about backflow device compliance. I understand you have many responsibilities - the compliance of your backflow device shouldn't be one of them. For those who have worked with us before, we keep your information on file and will reach out early in the month when it’s time for your inspection. We conduct inspections, perform repairs if needed, and send the results to the city. Your documentation is delivered to your door for you to handle payment when it suits you. It’s just that easy!

Greetings, my name is Mark Ficocelli, the operator of Ebb & Flows Backflow Testing located in Leesburg, Florida.

I began my career as a certified backflow inspector in 2011, inspecting backflow devices during my time in maintenance at Highland Lakes community. It started as a small side business with a few hundred clients transformed into a thriving business with several thousand clients. In the year 2019, I was introduced to Lynn Heizer, the owner of Ebb and Flows. Following the sudden loss of her husband, Wayne, I stepped in to help as a temporary solution. Not long after, Lynn asked if I would like to take over the business, and that’s how my journey began. It has been a privilege to carry on Wayne's legacy and maintaining his standards of quality and service is something I value deeply in my work.

I perform device inspections in various communities in Leesburg throughout the Highway 441/27 corridor, including Highway 441.

What I enjoy the most about being a small business owner and providing backflow device inspections is that it allows me to offer great customer care. I have a passion for service, and I strive for quickly responding to inquiries and exceeding expectations. It is my goal is to provide a satisfactory experience for my customers by being professional and polite, and ensuring their devices are inspected and the findings reported to the city in a timely manner.
