Ebb and Flows Backflow Testing is dedicated to eliminating the concerns about backflow device compliance. I realize you’re juggling numerous tasks - the status of your backflow device doesn't have to be a worry. For our returning clients, we keep your information on file and will reach out at the beginning of the month when it’s time for your device check. We conduct inspections, perform repairs if needed, and send the results to the city. The paperwork will be provided at your location for you to pay at your leisure. It’s really that straightforward!

Greetings, my name is Mark Ficocelli, the founder of Ebb & Flows Backflow Testing serving Leesburg, Florida.

I became a certified backflow inspector in 2011, inspecting backflow devices during my time in maintenance at Highland Lakes community. It started as a small side business with a few hundred clients eventually expanded into a flourishing business with several thousand clients. In 2019, I was introduced to Lynn Heizer, who owned Ebb and Flows. After the unexpected passing of her husband, Wayne, I stepped in to help as a temporary solution. Before long, Lynn asked if I would like to take over the business, and the rest is history. Continuing Wayne's legacy and to continue his commitment to quality and service is something I value deeply in my work.

I conduct inspections throughout neighborhoods in Leesburg along the Highway 441/27 corridor, including the 441 highway.

What I appreciate most about being a small business owner while delivering backflow device inspections is the chance to offer great customer care. I am dedicated to service, and I strive for promptly returning calls and going the extra mile. I aim is to ensure a positive experience for my customers by being professional and polite, and making sure their devices are checked and the results sent to the city without delay.
