Hi, my name is Mark Ficocelli, the founder of Ebb & Flows Backflow Testing serving Leesburg, Florida.

I became a certified backflow inspector in 2011, testing backflow devices as I worked in maintenance at Highland Lakes community. What began as a part-time venture with a few hundred clients eventually expanded into a flourishing business with thousands of customers. That year, I met, I met Lynn Heizer, who was running Ebb and Flows. Following the sudden loss of her husband, Wayne, I provided my support as a temporary solution. Soon after, Lynn asked if I would like to take over the business, and that’s how I became the owner. Continuing Wayne's legacy and to continue his commitment to quality and service is something I am very proud of in my work.

I conduct inspections throughout neighborhoods in Leesburg throughout the Highway 441/27 corridor, and surrounding areas the 441 highway.

The aspect I value most about being a small business owner and providing backflow device inspections is the chance to provide outstanding service. I have a passion for service, and I take pride in answering calls in a timely manner and going the extra mile. I aim is to ensure a positive experience for my customers by being professional and polite, and making sure their devices are checked and the findings reported to the city in a timely manner.
