Our water heater sprung a leak. Eli told me he was in the middle of a project he could not leave, but gave me a timeframe when I could expect him to come replace my water heater. He was prompt and efficient in draining the old heater and replacing it with a new comparable one. He was trying to pack to go on vacation, but when it seemed the new heater was not staying lit properly, he purchased another one and came and swapped it out so we would be comfortable and not have to deal with finding another plumber in his absence. Turned out not to be a faulty heater, but he was very patient and considerate in helping us resolve our heater issues after installing #2 even though he needed to be at home packing for his scheduled trip.

I would definitely have him come to work on our plumbing issues in the future.

I woke up to our second floor tub empting into our first floor. What a mess. My wife looked on Yelp (a great idea) and she found Eli, he was able to come by in about an hour. Had to snake the drain to clear a clog. Problem solved quickly and inexpensively.

My main sewer drain pipe in our house backed up on Saturday so a friend of mine suggested I call E.B. Plumbing and agreed to come out on Sunday PM. I did and Eli, from EB Plumbing, showed up ahead of schedule on Sunday AM!

Eli is a very pleasant man with a great calm disposition. He listed to my description of the problem and immediately went to work.

Eli in a short period of time had done his work and cleared out the blockage in our main sewer drain pipe!

I am very grateful to Eli for coming out to our house on a Sunday!

Last night both of our toilets were clogged and water from the toilets was flowing up to both of our showers. We tried using a plunger and a 5' foot snake, which either of them didn't work. We needed a plumber to come out ASAP. I called EB Plumbing and explained the situation, and Eli came out in less than 20 minutes. He said he will see what he can do since it was night and hard to do any plumbing work in the dark. Eli was able to unclog both toilets and the water from showers drained down. When Eli left, we noticed that our master bedroom shower wasn't draining at all. It was too late to call Eli back so waited until the next morning. I called Eli and he came out right away and fixed the problem. It's hard to find good people like Eli. I would highly recommend EB Plumbing!!!

My downstairs toilet started bubbling the other day so I consulted the internet for clues. Ghosts? Snake found its way into the pipes and is looking for an ass to bite? Nope. Drain problem...who would have thought? Anyway, my adorable, professional oh-too-popular, reasonably priced plumber had been sick and so has a backlog of customers waiting until, oh who knows, Juvember 2015? So, I called EB Plumbing based on the Yelp reviews---reviews I trust with a huge grain of salt sometimes. Spoke on the phone to Eli who said he'd be over in about an hour, which I found surprising since the rainy season began yesterday and plumbers are busy with customers wading in rainwater and sh... well, let's stop there. So, Eli shows up in a about an hour and within minutes it seems removed roots from my drain. I asked if he would also unclog my sluggish upstairs bath drain, which he very quickly did. Eli seemed pleasant, professional, did not leave a mess and his fee was very reasonable. I'd call him again in a heartbeat.

Eli came out in 1 hour, as promised. This was on a Sunday. Complicated problem, he called in a ""camera technician"" and figured out the problem. Has was very respectful of my tenants needs. Great guy, I recommend him for sure.

The gardener had caused a pipe burst when uprooting an old dead tree, then turned off the mains and left. When I came home from work there was no water, anywhere. On a Fri evening at 5.30pm. :-(

By the time I called around and got a number of ""sorry""s it was 6.15 or so. Although he closes at 6 and it was a Fri evening Eli came over in 20 mins, fixed the problem in another 20 mins, and the charge was entirely reasonable for an after hours emergency job. Thanks much, Eli!!
I will use his services again and again.

Eli was fast, courteous and efficient. He's a good communicator, not only fixing my immediate repairs but letting me know what should be attended to when I have the time and money for upgrades. I will definitely call on him again at that time.

Eli has provided service two times for my rental. On both occasions he communicated well and was professional in his conduct. He cleared the sewer drain and got to the bottom of what was getting it backed up. He also did inspections for me on the 2nd service call.
