A huge chunk of the filter media broke loose and clogged pipes, preventing several outdoor spigots and our washing machine from getting any water. Chuck, our technician, was dispatched to our home, isolated the problem area and had it repaired within only a couple of hours (not including his trip to the plumbing supply store for the right parts to fix it). Chuck was courteous, extremely personable, respectful to my wife's wishes about wearing shoe covers in the house, and our dogs wanted to go home with him (for them, this is high praise!). After all was said and done, the price was far less than I expected. This is not the first time we have had Easy Rooter come out to our home to fix an issue and it will not be the last. They show up and get the job done.

Take him out quickly on an emergency call. Of course you pay extra for that and I didn't realize you don't with Roto-Rooter but I was desperate. They were nice and everything in sight end up they lied to me about times that they came out which made my warranty company not reimburse me. They basically got me into a fight with the city swearing that it was the city but it wasn't. Anyhow it's whatever not thrilled but just dropping some info here

Found out there was a leak behind the wall underneath the kitchen sink. Called Easy Rooter plumbing and they respond pretty quick. Within an hour or so they were able to send someone to the house. Sam was very professional and very friendly. Showed him the problem and did a great job. Very satisfied. Thank you Sam and Easy Rooter plumbing.

Not the company to call if you're having septic tank problems. Charged us $500. to diagnose that the septic tank was overflowing; hand-dug two 3' holes in the general direction of the tank and then left. Repeated calls to the company produced nothing. They just were not going to come back and finish the job.

Called a smaller company. They responded first thing the next morning, identified to problem, dug down to the tank with a small excavator, emptied and cleaned the tank, repaired the broken line, put stackers on the tank to make it easier to reach next time and cleaned the whole area.

Easy Rooter was our go-to company for years, but bigger is not better.

Had an appointment today between 8-12, finally called them at 2:30 and they said they were ""running late"" and they could come later today (Friday) or schedule it for Monday.... I told her I needed it done today, and she said they would be here no later than 6 PM. Well it's 9:30 PM now and no call and no show from these unprofessional clowns. I guess if you spend too much time around feces, your company will eventually become it. Two disabled people will now be without a working toilet until I can find a company that wants my business and is professional. 0/10

After calling a few places to fix our bathtub faucet (and not getting return calls) and having another company come out and look at problem then not get back to us Easy Rooter was a great surprise. They promptly scheduled the initial visit and the problem was fixed within a couple of days. They were very professional and reliable-highly recommend!

Have done business with Easy Rooter for years--consistently high quality and professional work and just nice people to deal with. Karl did the repair and clean out this go round and is very competent and professional and cleaned the areas thoroughly afterward which is for me a real plus when the plumber comes. Scheduling these days usually involves some wait time but I just find something to do while waiting--the house is very clean.

We have a rental property in Reno that we were remodeling. Bruce was able to schedule Karl in a matter of days to complete some extensive plumbing projects: removing and replacing toilets, installing new kitchen and bathroom fixtures, garbage disposal, all under-sink supply lines. We took the option of providing our own materials which saved us considerable money. Karl was easy to work with and gave us ideas which we incorporated. We would use them again.

I called early this morning and made an appointment with Easy Rooter Plumbing for today between 3-5pm. I was home at 2:30pm and waited until 4:30 to call to verify the appointment. Was told I was still on. At 5:30 still no call no show so I called again. Was told I was still on. I told the girl to just forget it as clearly they were just too busy but they should have told me that instead of having me waste most of my afternoon waiting on a plumber that had no intention of showing up! Puss poor communication and empty promises. Will never call Easy Rooter again and will be sure to tell everyone I know what my experience was!
