I can not express how frustrated and furious I am with this company!! All they want is more freaking money!! I had a main water leak and had one of there techs come out and quoted me 1200.I asked how much would it be if I dug the whole myself. I was quoted around 500. Fast forward to day of service the guy came out around 0830ish and was done WITH him snaking out my sewer line. All that was done within an hour. Needless to say my sewer line is worse than what it was before they ""cleared the line"". The tech didn't bother to ensure my sewer line was indeed good to go by having me run water or flush toilets to check his work. He just gathered his equipment and provided me with my invoice of 600 including the sewer drain.Mind you their invoice does not list a break down of HOW they came up with the price. I can not say enough how F'KING pissed I am with their service!!! The next day I showered while my roomate was washing dishes and surprise water is backing up both showers!! I called the company today and spoke with Bruce and was told that they would need to snake it again and do a camera view of my lines. 195 for the camera and they will charge another 100 for another freaking snaking!!! WTF!!! I was pretty much told since the tech wrote on my invoice ""no warranty"" for snaking due to roots I am shit outta luck!! I am looking to spend another 300 if I chose to go through this again!!! Nothing but another greedy freaking company out for your money!!! I will be filing a complaint on this matter!!

Basement drain backup on Saturday morning. Based on Yelp reviews I called Easy Rooter. They came out quickly and cleared the clog. No muss no fuss. Fast and friendly and the price was reasonable. Not cheap, but fair and the service was very good.

Disappointed

I called a week ahead to make a Friday appointment between 8-10am. At 10 I called to see where the serviceman was, I was told it would be another 30-45 minutes. I lost an entire morning for a 30 minute call.

My long hair mixed with roommates was making the bathroom sink and tub drains very slow and I thought another gallon of drano wasn't good for the plumbing. Raul had both drains throughly cleaned and put back together in a half hour with no floor mess.

Total bill $120, seems high.

One problem after another. Didn't show for our Friday 3-5 appointment, rescheduled us for Saturday morning, but the auger broke mid-job and instead of coming back immediately with a working one, the technician went to his next job and left us worse off for 3 more hours. When finally the sink was cleared, they tried to charge overtime rates for working on a Saturday! Think again! Marge the scheduler is awesome, but the whole experience was frustrating and we wouldn't use them again.

The Technician was rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. I hate to discount the entire company as a whole, but this one experience with one of their employees is enough for me to never use their service.

Taking a moment for a review here. Used yelp to choose Easy Rooter...it went well so I feel the mind control of Yelp commanding fair compensation! I will be including a picture too. Michael T ,the Yelp guru, contacted me quite a while ago. He thought I had potential but needed to step up my game, mentioning that my writing could be better and that I should include photos. Ok, fine...here goes!

Let's talk about the Easy Rooter logo first. A Viking riding a snake! I get the pipe snake reference...nice choice for a company specializing in drain clog relief. I think they are mixing mythology though...it's Odin the Norse god of war riding Quetzalcoatl the Aztec snake god of intelligence and wind. Either way...with Easy Rooter the universe will conspire to fix your drain or toilet! Shazam!!!!

Upon further reflection I think they are making a symbolic reference to Easy Rider! There is the Viking dude (Peter Fonda/Wyatt/Captain America) riding his powerful snake (Harley Davidson). Riding along side Billy (Dennis Hopper), the pair strive conquer their troubled existence (Sink/shower/toilet clog) to seek truth (working sink/shower/toilet). See...makes sense!

Oh, sorry! I haven't really mentioned too much about my experience with this company yet. They were great...the dispatcher kept in touch, the plumber (James) was professional fast and clean, they matched competitors coupons! Bam! Easy Rooter = Easy Choice!

Still very pleased with this company! I TRIED to send some business to a neighbor who runs a plumbing business, but never got a call back (second time this has happened). After waiting WEEKS to have my kitchen garbage disposal swapped out, and not being able to get other plumbers to call back, I gave Easy Rooter a call. I wasn't expecting someone right away, and it was my wedding anniversary, so I was shocked when they said they could send someone in the next few hours. I ended up having to defer to the next day.

Once again, the person they sent out was friendly, loved my goofy, overly-friendly dog, on time & even tried to show me how I could do things myself in the future (yeah...we had a good laugh about that). He even offered to try & fix the old disposal to save me some money, but I asked him to install the new one anyway. $98 for the labor, on a Saturday, but it was worth it.

Hands down the best plumber in Reno! Seriously.

We recently purchased a reverse osmosis water filter and called about 12-15 plumbers in Reno to get a quote on money and time. We also saw that Amazon offered a flat fee for the installation service, which was right on par with the rest of the quotes I received.

Luckily, I found Easy Rooter Plumbing. They had the best price in town (almost by $100), and did it in a fraction of the time that I was quoted from the other companies. (We worked with Mike, who was efficient and friendly.)

Then the other day our toilet broke, and again, Mike was able to come out within a few hours. We had a working toilet installed the next day, and within 24 hours.

Highly recommended! 5/5 stars.

These guys are awesome! I share a sewer line with my neighbor and it broke near the main line. We couldn't use anything or it would back up in our tubs and elsewhere...gross! My neighbor called another company who wanted to break up the road to replace the whole line.....quote, $10,000!!!! My boyfriend told me about the trenchless re-pipe process and I called Easy Rooter. So glad I did! I talked to Matt who went to my house to assess the situation within the hour. He called me back and quoted $3,100 to replace the broken section and told me they would only need to dig a 2'x5' hole about 8 feet deep......in the yard across the street where the main is located. Matt even dealt with the grumpy, neighbor who's yard the hole would be dug in, explaining with patience, he would not damage her property and would put everything back the way it was. He even said he could do the job the next day. Due to money issues, we scheduled the job for Friday to give myself and my neighbor time to get the money needed. Matt and his great crew showed up on time and got to work. They are thorough and definitely experts at what they do. The job was complete in 5 hours, just like they said it would be. Our system works great, the neighbors yard looks like nothing ever happened and he even gave us some tips on how to keep the line clear in the future.

I will call these guys every single time I need their services. Hands down the best experience with plumbers I've ever had!!
