I contacted Easy Rooter Plumbing after another plumbing company told me that they couldn't clear a clog that was causing water to back up between my kitchen and bathtub. The ""other"" plumbing company told me that I would need to have the pipes hydrojetted. Ryan Frankovich from Easy Rooter brought the hydrojet to my house but did his due diligence by running a cable first. Apparently, he used a slightly wider cable and well...that did the trick. Ryan cleared the clog and also cleared the clog in my bathroom sink. He even addressed the crazy angling and curving of pipes under the kitchen sink, to make water flow easier. I will always use Easy Rooter Plumbing. I'm thankful for Ryan's experience, ingenuity, initiative and skill! Also, my son, who was home during the repairs, said ""he was the coolest dude ever."" Hey Easy Rooter, give this guy a raise! He deserves it!

We had a clogged sewer sump (1st level) level on Christmas Eve. Called Easy Rooter. They had a technician out within 3 hours. Mikey was awesome. Fixed the blockage within a couple of hours. Saved Christmas! didn't have to deal with sewage smell in the house and our guest were able to use the showers and bathrooms. Given it was Christmas Eve, the emergency charge was beyond reasonable. Easy Rooter Plumbing will be our go to Plumbing Co forever. Big thank you to Mikey and Easy Rooter. Merry Christmas and Happy New Years!

Update: I read other reviews on Easy Rooter, other plumbing companies and other service providers in Reno (electrical, landscaping, appliance repairs, etc.). For the most part, they are all really good and provide great service. Most all are experienced, knowledge and have seen about everything. The best way to get repairs completed at a reasonable price is to explain the issue(s), take pictures and send the best available information in advance, if possible. With social media, Yelp and other Review platforms, everyone is really trying their best to earn and retain our business. A little grace and understanding on our end goes along way and nothing more than what we would hope to have in our own businesses.

Our leach line collapsed and we had to have a new one dug. We called Easy Rooter because we have used them before to pump our septic tank. Matt and his crew came out as promised at 7:00 AM on Monday and were gone by 2:00 PM the SAME day!!!! The leach line was completed and they saved our pine trees and everything!!! The left over dirt and rock were put where we wanted it and smoothed out wonderfully! They were true to their word about the price quote, it was not a penny more!!! I highly recommend them!!

Mitch Hamlin handled everything well. He knows what he's doing and he took the time and the effort to figure out what was going on with our plumbing (as we share plumbing with a neighbor) the neighbor was extremely impressed with his services as it was last minute. I definitely recommend Mitch for any plumbing issues you may have. He is very respectful and responsible and also willing to put everything into your needs. 10/10. Best plumber I've had by far.

My kitchen sink was clogged and we couldn't get it cleared. Mikey came over and ran his rotor machine through it and after about 1/2 hour, all clear.

I had a leaking faucet in my bathroom and was told the only way to guarantee it to stop leaking would be for them to have a brand new drain and install it themselves. they charged me for a full hour and I still had the leaking faucet. Called another plumber they were able to fix my issue no problem

We had Ryan F. out to our house tonight. He was so nice and explained everything so we would understand. He was quick and efficient gave us some great tips. He was here in about an hour and did everything to make the service more affordable and went out of his way to make sure everything was fixed and we were set for the night. We will absolutely use this company again and hope we get Ryan or someone equally as amazing as him. 5 stars all the way.

A few years back our sewer line in South Lake was in need of repair. Finally had it done last week! Easy Rooter was the only company willing or able to do a trenchless sewer line up here. Installed a new clean out & repaired over 40 feet of sewer line in a day. The staff were responsive and communicated in a timely manner.

Thank you, Easy Rooter and Harry. Harry had been out a day earlier than scheduled to check on a possible busted water valve for the irragtion on my mother's property. We misunderstood what he had done that day and I asked them to come back out. Harry came by quickly and checked this and that and showed me what I missed about his earlier visit. Yes, he came by a day earlier!
Fortunately, no added work needed to be done at this time, and he helped me understand my father's installation.

My water heater was not working. Called Easy Rooter Plumbing. James came and saw did not give a quote or estimate. The burner was off. He just lit the burner and charged $125.00. Before checking he should have explained me of the fee.
