Richey and Jose were awesome!! They were on time and exceeded my expectations. Richey gave us a courtesy call so we could have our dogs confined just as was requested. He was able to unclog our shower drain and even ran a camera to let us know of any other issues we may have with the main sewage line. Richey and Jose located a possible crack in the main line and gave us some options to fix the line as well. They were both very knowledgeable and honest about what needed to be done and what could be done in the future to prevent costly repairs. And a big thank you to Crystal for scheduling the appointment with such short notice and also remembering our request when we called back to give more info. This whole company is great! We will be using them for all of our plumbing needs. Highly recommended!!!

We were very impressed with the service we received. What started out as a call to have a yard drain cleared turned into a much more difficult and time consuming job, because our drain line was hopelessly blocked by roots that could not be removed and the line required excavation and replacement. Jr. and crew arrived on time and worked extremely hard to complete the job in a timely and quality manner for a reasonable price.

Called Easy Rooter last minute to see if they can hydrojet my clogged outdoor drainage, and were able to send someone out same day! JOSE C was the technician who was sent out to do the work and man, this guy busted his tail off in the cold, calm and collected. Was able to clear up the blockage and even pointed out signs there was a broken pipe below. Their promos and pricing were fair and I would highly recommend this company in need of service. Called them out to replace a pressure regulator on my water line coming into my home. Researched on line for two hours before arrival and it stated should run between 250.00 to 350.00 max. They get to my house and after testing it which took 20 seconds, he quotes me between 750.00 to 800.00 to change a pressure regulator that I had already priced the part at 106.00 so he was going to charge me more then six hundred for labor to swap out the regulator which I ended up doing my self in about three minutes after buying the part for 106.00. Before he left he had finally quoted me 250.00 and had me sign. When I called the office to find out what time they were going to do the work, I was notified it would be 250.00 if I went and bought the part myself or otherwise it was 385.00. I told the receptionist before he left we had agreed at 250.00 and nothing about the part, she said that there was a misunderstanding, I told her to forget it and hung up. There initial price was triple the national average. The replacement took loosing a brass one inch nut above the regulator and one below it, removing the old one, sliding in the new one and tightening the nuts back up, and they wanted to charge me initially over six hundred dollars for less then five minutes work.
