My hot water heater Runn Oft. (If you haven't seen the movie Oh Brother Where Art Thou, you should miss supper and go find it.) We showered with hot water from the stove (read: we heated it in a big pot), but washing dishes was a problem; cold water just won't get everything clean.

Enrique came on a holiday weekend and worked his butt off to help my family. He is a craftsman and an engineer. The Easy Rooter team really supported him through the whole process. They trained him good too. Customer service that good comes from the owner and the company culture. Hope it's a while before I am compelled to enjoy those qualities again, but I'll call Easy when the time comes. I'll buy the Yelp special again, too.

Very quick in responses, bit of a miscommunication at one point, but they were on it quickly and took care of my leaking sink quickly. It was a bit expensive, but all repairs seem expensive these days. Would not have a problem using them again. Thanks guys :)

He couldn't fix my drain problem. First said it was $220 then after his drain cleaner only 100 foot long couldn't do it said I owe him $60 for trying. I don't recommend. He should have more heavy duty equipment to get to customers needs. Forget this place. I got the same equipment as they do from China .

Requested quotes xmas evening for main line stoppage that was a semi emergency as sewage water was leaking out of the toilet and onto the floor. They were one of the first to respond back and was able to schedule an appointment the very next morning. The technician was able to snake the cleanout in a matter of minutes and fixed the problem. One minus star for the price $270 which was competitive compared to the big guys for the day after xmas, but high compared to the mom and pop guys ($85-$125), but they were not available in the stat manner than I needed. Paid for convenience and accessibility needed in an emergency.

Very happy with the service we received from Easy Rooter and Mitch. Upon calling to report a blocked sink, They were there within a half hour. The problem ended up being larger than a simple clog (apparently when building the house someone dropped a tub of chalking down the pipe, blocking proper draining!) but Mitch was able to fix it with minimal damage to our drywall. The entire process took less than 3 hours and Mitch also cleared out all our other drains. The price was reasonable, service fast, and I will definitely use them again should the need arise (and hopefully it won't be anytime soon!)

I was checking for quotes for service and within minutes the owner called me up and had someone come out to look at our plumbing issues. It was truly fast and amazing service. I think from the time that I was inquiring about service to the time the plumber came out and fixed the issue it was around 3 hours. The price was reasonable too.
