Unfortunately I had a clogged kitchen drain so I contacted my home warranty, they gave me the option to contact my own technician. I live in a mobile home park I see Easy Rooter in here now & again. Jose came out within 48 hours and spent 2 1/2 hours in my home working on the drain all the while being conscious of my belongings and walking me through what was needed, what he was doing and what needs to be done for any future issues. He was polite and knowledgeable. He made a bad experience tolerable and it was very much appreciated.

We had a leaky hot water faucet in our guest bathroom and the water shutoff under the sink would not shut it off! Easy Rooter was the first company to respond to our service request and had a technician at our front door an hour later. He quickly assessed the problem, gave us a very fair estimate, made the repairs and provided suggestions for a longer range solution to our chronic leaky faucet problem. Very professional, clean, and friendly! They are definitely on our ""short list"" if we have other plumbing repairs that need to be done!

Same day they came to quote me, is the same day they did the job. I had hired another guy(handyman) to install water line to a sink I was putting into a rental about a year ago. He never put in any kind of draining. These guys did the job AND fixed up the first horrible mistakes.
I should of just paid the real deal in the first place when it came to plumping. But glad it's all ready to go .

We have been throwing money away for over 2 years having different companies come out and do quick fixes on our poor drain system.

All of the hydro jetting, cutting roots, and unclogging would only work for days to months before the issues would start again. We looked for more long term solutions that wouldn't break the bank and had multiple plumbers give us the run around.

When Jonathan reached out, his professionalism and readiness to have his team out here at a reasonable price really struck us. His team arrived on site a half hour early and ready to work. Their camera equipment was high tech and the problems within the pipes were visible. They worked carefully not to damage any existing drains while getting to the root of the problem (the roots).

In just a few hours they were able to remove damaged pipe without entering the house, and clean/clear out the pipes through the house while installing a new clean out.
We enjoyed learning the route of the pipes in the house and more about the existing damage/repairs needed to make the house functional.
The price was fair and Jonathan set realistic expectations for the upkeep. We look forward to working with this team in the future on non-emergency projects.
