I have never had such a wonderful experience with any company! I have to say that George, the technician who came out, was prompt in arrival, he made sure to treat my home as if it were his own home with respect and courtesy, and fixed not just the initial issues I had very professionally, swiftly and cleanly, but helped with additional problems that cropped up with ease and a big smile. I very much appreciated his services, he gave me a very economical price and gave me discounts on top of that. Payment was easy and a receipt was sent to my email. He did give me some much-needed advice on optional upgrades that I could use in the future if I'm looking to sell my home and I am so thankful to him for introducing me to the HERO program to make my home more green and a better sell in the future! I will definitely call George in the future for any job. Jorge, thank you so much for all your help!! =)

I'm not going to be that rough on Easy Rooter because part of this is my fault for not getting a copy of the contract before the work was started. They use a iPad like most companies are using nowadays and I'm supposed to be send a copy via email, didn't get one till the work was done, my bad. So with that said I can't argue about what was done because it was all in a verbal sales pitch not in writing. The work the did do was good so that is why I gave them 3 stars.

However I was told two things in the sales pitch that wasn't done. One thing is when I was being explained all the things he was gonna do, I was told about Flow-tech home, this was not a add on thing with an extra charge, it was with everything he was explaining would have to be replace to bring everything up to code. I don't even know what the thing was till he explained it to me what it did. I thought the price was kind of high but with all the things he said he was going to do it seemed reasonable. I looked online to see what the average cost of putting in a water heater and this was $400 more than average. So with that not getting the $150 Flow-tech is upsetting.

The second thing is probably a misunderstanding on my part but the platform my old water-heater was on had water damage I thought he was going to fix it but he put the new one on top of it. It's my fault for not asking questions to make that clear. However he was a nice guy and did do a good job. I would suggest to them not including the Flow-tech in sales pitch it's misleading, give price first then and the cost of the Flow-tech after separate from sales pitch.

wow, theses guys are great. true customer service. Used home advisor for a bathroom sink job and unlike the other companies who gave phone quotes, they responded right away and sent a technician to our home within a couple of hours for a personalized quote. They were very competitively priced and they really make an effort to gain your business. ""Juan"" the guy they sent was great , very informative, very sociable and finished the work in a clean, and very timely manner. Can't recommend enough.

Found them on Home advisor on a Sunday, received a call back within 15 minutes & George was at my house within the hour. George did an awesome job replacing pipes & installing risers on our septic tank yesterday (July 20th, 2017) Super nice guy & definitely knows what he's doing! Ben was great since he helped discover that we were on septic and not sewer like we were told by the city. Awesome guys working for this company! So glad we found them & definitely would recommend them 100%!!

Calling Easy Rooter was a good decision. George arrived right at the scheduled time to fix my leaking toilet. After he assessed the situation he recommended that I should replace it. I asked him if he could also look at my shower even though that was more work than I had scheduled, he was completely fine with that. He also talked to me about government programs that would assist in replacing all of my fixtures by spreading the costs to my property tax. He also told me how I could correct the water quality of my house with a Halo 5 water filter. All in all, he replaced my toilet, shower cartridge and shower control plate in four hours (I had a lot of hard water build up and cartridge he needed to shop for) for $700. I will keep researching water filters the Halo is a bit out of my league. It was a good experience and I am glad that I called.

Guillermo came down on a hot Saturday morning and fixed my leaky yard faucet for a very affordable price. I also had a leaky sprinkler backflow valve - he checked it and adjusted it for free. He easily could have charged me for that or pushed unnecessary parts & service. Other businesses on Yelp were going to charge me $45 just for coming over. Easy Rooter's initial visit and estimate were totally free. Now that's amazing customer service! I don't often give five-star reviews but Easy Rooter gets an easy five-stars!

I'm having water heater issues. My pilot keeps going out. 5 times in the past 2 days. Plus my pressure relief valve keeps gushing water out of it. I called my home warranty people and the assigned me with Easy Rooter Plumbing & drain cleaner. When I got of the phone with the warranty people I called Easy Rooter Plumbing right away. I spoke with Jonathan told him the problem and he did some moving around and was able to squeeze me in for tomorrow @ 1pm. Which is GREAT! Because nothing is worse than trying to do things without hot water. ESPECIALLY A SHOWER. He also said if he had a cancellation he would try and get me in sooner. So far I'm happy with Easy Rooter. Jonathan was friendly and took the time to listen to me especially explaining the problems I'm having. By then he got the paperwork from warranty people and had all my info. I'll update my review once the plumber comes out to do the work. But so far I'm happy. : )

I called them this morning to schedule an appointment, they showed up on time and took care of my plumbing issue. George was the technician, he was super friendly and very professional. He was able to pinpoint the problem after a quick inpsection and was clean about his work. He wore booties inside my home and layed out rags so as not to make a mess. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of professional and clean work. Thanks again George
