We were referred to this company by Old Republic.
They had set an appt for early in the day, unfortunately they were running behind schedule, but I was extremely grateful that they still managed to make it late that day. Jose C. was really helpful and professional. He explained everything he was doing along the way, and even though it was late, he asked if anything else needed to be looked at. We were able to add the bathroom drain to the same service order. Will definitely keep them in mind for future service needs and would recommend.

Richie from Easy Rooter Plumbing and Drain cleaning came this morning to clear my clogged bathroom sink. He was courteous, professional & wore a mask, cleared my sink within 15 minutes. He brought in a rug to put in front of my sink so he didnt get anything on my carpet.He was very thorough, I would definitely use them again.

Easy Rooter is the best!! I had a leak under my sink and I needed service to my home right away. So, i called my home warranty and they referred Easy Rooter but, when I called I spoke with Crystal who informed me that they were booked until Monday. I then told her that I would be out of town on business and because of how serious the leak was, i really could not wait that long. She then said that she will do her best to find a window where someone would be able to come to my home either Today or Tomorrow (Saturday). Then, about an hour later, i received a text message letting me know that someone from Easy Rooter would be at my home today!! When the serviceman arrived (Jose C.), he went right to the problem and not only did he fix my leak and another issue in my bathroom. Jose C. really put me at ease and educated me on how to prevent the leak i had from happening again and he introduced me to a purifier solution that his company provides that will make my life easier for my family!! I am scheduled to meet with his representatives in the coming week to get more details in this solution and possibly purchase it for my home. It is very rare to find true professionals like Crystal and Jose C.. nowadays.....I am truly satisfied and would highly recommend Easy Rooter for your plumbing needs!! Great job!!

Jose was able to come out right away for an emergency and he did a fantastic job, going above and beyond what was necessary to get my bathroom back to normal. He and JR had to come back the next day for more in depth work and I am very pleased with the job they did. No one ever plans to have a plumbing emergency, but I sure know who to call if I need something fixed. I highly recommend them!

In January, we started having problems with our washing machine drain backfilling water after the wash cycle and during rinsing. I looked up plumbers here on Yelp in my area and decided to set up an appointment by sending a message to Easy Rooter here on the platform. I saw that the reviews were very positive. I received a text message response very quickly to arrange an appointment. One of their plumbers came out and quoted us a decent price, giving us insight into how our pipes should've been installed to include a trap that we can put a snake through to unclog in the future. Fast forward to May, because it took convincing my boyfriend that we should get the work done for the quoted price, they came back out on Memorial Day. I was surprised that they were working, but Ricardo came out and got right to work, cutting the pipe, using the snake to remove some black, sticky, greasy, material from the pipe. We ended up getting the Hydro-jetting, to spray high-pressure water through the entire pipeline because the snake couldn't reach everything. He then put hot water down the pipe and a plumber-authorized solution, to cut any additional buildup. It took him about three hours because our pipe was backed up from years of usage. By the end, our pipe was fixed and ready for our new washer and dryer the next day. We haven't had anymore problems so far, but if we do, I will be calling Easy Rooter again. By the way, before they came out, I cut open the wall to expose the pipe and used a Drain King to blow out the pipe, but the blockage was obviously too deep in the pipe to reach. They negotiated with us on the price and gave us a reasonable price. Their hotline assistant was also professional as well, giving us the next best time they had available. Ricardo and his boss, JR, were dressed professionally and very personable, knowledgeable on plumbing.

Thanks to Jonathan and crew for efficiently fixing issues with our water heater, pipes, etc due to hard water and calcium build up. The hard water out here poses lots of problems. Jonathan and his crew came out and installed a new water heater for us, and when some additional issues perished, Jonathan came out the next day to address promptly. Would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a professional plumbing crew in the area.

Very respectful and honest crew. They worked on a decades old backed up septic system and got us back up and running. They always used the least invasive and cheapest way to do the project and always kept me informed. I've used them twice already. They are professional and friendly.
