We had problems with our sewer back water valve. George showed up and fixed our initial drain problem. Recommended they use a camera and determine the stoppage. Jonathon, the owner came the next morning and determined our problem area. We agreed to the the repair work. Their crew, George and Enrique, were timely and professional at all times. With the replacement valve in place, Jonathon, returned and checked the work and and scoped the drain to the street. If you want honest, fair, professional, knowledgable plumbers these are the people to call. If you want results and timely help with your problems this is the shop to call. They return calls, arrived when scheduled and we would call them first if we ever have another plumbing problem. They have old fashion values and believe in fair treatment and up to date equipment.

They did it again!!!!!!! Antonio and Dilen came out and worked there hardest on getting my master tub, shower, and toilet working again. No one looks forward to having plumbers come into there homes much less paying the high bank breaking prices but i look forward to Easy Plumbing coming over. When I call they are here next day. Their customer service/dispatch is kind and works with my schedule. They are always on time. No matter who they send i can except the same clean curteous customer service driven plumbers. I have had the pleasure of meeting 4 of then including Jonathan. Jonathon is very hands on with his company by making sure each of his customers are satisfied and works with his customers with pricing. Thank you again Jonathan for your help.Christams can go on. We just bought a house didn't know what to expect but first thing that happened is our plumbing was out thank goodness easy Rooter was there they help us with payments and took care of the problem with such clean and courteous Service won't call anyone else

Excellent service! Called the number and got Johnathan the owner, very polite and informative. Had someone out within an hour. Juan showed up assessed my situation gave me the pros and cons and quite a few options to take care of my situation. George showed up to assist Juan. I called these guys panicked and with no working toilets! The house stunk from sewage coming up our drains and I didn't know what to do! Fortunately they answered their phone and Johnathan quickly put my mind at ease! A gentlemen made a trip out to my house and took plenty of time to really inspect the problem. They ended up coming back the same day to fix our mess so he could bring someone to assist. They had the problem fixed within an hour and I could not have been happier! They took wonderful care of me!!! AND they were very affordable! Thank you!!!!

Easy Rooter is the perfect example of superior service. The technician Juan fixed my issue efficiently and at a price that I could afford. Juan and Jonathan took their time to explain the issue to me and gave me recommendations on how to prevent other issues in my home as well. They were honest and helpful.

I was unhappy about the estimate. If I would have followed through with Gabriel's price quote, I would have paid $245 more for unnecessary work. You should at least get three bids from companies to be sure work will be necessary. In my case with Easy Rooter, I'm glad I checked with other companies. It saved me on the cost of unnecessary work.

We had them out for water coming from our 2nd floor ceiling. They assessed the situation and didn't try to upsell us on unnecessary items. Since they were there already we had them check out why our water pressure sucks. They communicated everything well with what is causing the problem and solutions to correct. We had our pressure regulator replaced and upstairs bathroom water issues corrected which were causing the water issue to the downstairs ceiling. We would use them again. Both techs Jonathan who wrote our invoice and Juan who did the work were pleasant and efficient and got the job done. We can run the dishwasher now and still take a shower without having no water pressure. Bonus the light fixture was ruined by the water from upstairs which I hated anyway so it was an excuse to buy a new one which is so beautiful

Unfortunately I did not have the same pleasant experience as everyone who has written a review. I have used Easy Rooter on 2 different occasions through my home warranty company. Both times I had to call and ask them to come back out to redo the work. Maybe its because I was using a home warranty company. I found the owner Johnathan to be condescending and rude. I had to put in another service call today because the water heater they just installed in February is now leaking through the pressure relief valve. I was contacted by easy rooter and scheduled for an appt tomorrow between 11am and 1pm. I was just contacted by Johnathan who said they were severing all ties with AHS and that he had contacted AHS already to have someone else come out. When I contacted AHS they told me that Easy Rooter had declined the job because of a previous issue with the customer. I'm NOT a plumber but I know when something isn't done right and I will expect a business to own it and make it right. Not only do they not stand behind their work but now he has been dishonest with me. If he didn't want to take the job he should have just said exactly that. BE HONEST and STAND BY YOUR WORK.

I called this morning because we were having an awful sewer smell in our guest bathroom and bedroom. This bathroom is rarely used so it caused the sewer to product an awful oder upstairs. Juan quickly accessed the problem and treated the drains with a solution that we will use as a follow up treatment monthly. It was extremely reasonable in cost which was a pleasant surprise. I thought I would have to wait until Monday because it was already Friday at 9:30, but they sent someone out within 2 hours. Very impressed!!!

New to town, but went with Easy Rooter based on excellent Yelp reviews and feedback without hesitation--and was very pleased with the results; we had an emergency main line blockage since every drain in the house backed up at the same time, and I knew immediately my bottle of Draino would be useless (and wasted), and my plunger would be an exercise in futility; phone went to voicemail and I thought ""uh oh"", but Crystal called me back within 15 minutes, said Guillermo would be here within the hour; he showed up in 30 minutes; he checked the clean out, confirmed my diagnosis, wrote a bid, snaked it clear, and was everything expected--professional, clean, polite, courteous, helpful, no smell, no crack, no bull! Thanks Guillermo!
