Cesar was my technician, he was reliable in providing notification when he would arrive. He took his time to examine the issue and explain the different solutions. I called with a sewage vent issue late on a Friday and was told I would have a call back within an hour. I in fact did get a call back in under an hour and Jonathan was clear, concise and transparent. Next business day he arrived within the time he gave the business day before. The whole process was communicated clearly, but more importantly they met all timelines given with quality service. Not very common to have this experience anymore! 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the area!

There's only one time a plumber is called - to fix a problem. Easy Rooter responded to my outreach immediately. Jonathan was able to have Cesar come to review the issue; suggest best and worse case solutions and resolve the problem the same day for a reasonable cost. I trust Easy Rooter and I believe you can too.

I never had septic tank serviced with hydrojet, so I didn't know what to expect, but I tell you what, Jonathan and Cesar were very professional, knowledgeable and just simply nice. They knew I was in a tight spot and didn't try to take advantage at all, even offered extra services at no charge. They took the worst situation (for me) and left me confident that they would handle it. I wasn't even home and they sent me pictures and kept me updated, I'm happy to say we are good now! They turned the worst mess into a functioning system. I am grateful AND they moved things around to perform this emergency service for me. I won't hesitate to seek them again if needed, but they told it'll probably be a long while before I will because of the quality work they did. I'll take that!

I called about my garbage disposal not working due to glass accidentally being put down the sink. Cesar was at my house within 45 minutes of me calling. Unfortunately, I had to have my entire disposal replaced, but Cesar had new garbage disposals on hand and replaced mine within 25 minutes! Great customer service and I'm glad I have a new disposal. Highly recommend.

David was such a wonderful, compassionate person. He did work fully an hour to unplug a drain in my sink he went above and beyond running the snake at least four times to make sure I might not have to call them again next year as this has been an every year issue for the past three and exactly at the same time of year which is really weird anyway, a big shout out to this company.
