wow, theses guys are great. true customer service. Used home advisor for a bathroom sink job and unlike the other companies who gave phone quotes, they responded right away and sent a technician to our home within a couple of hours for a personalized quote. They were very competitively priced and they really make an effort to gain your business. ""Juan"" the guy they sent was great , very informative, very sociable and finished the work in a clean, and very timely manner. Can't recommend enough.

Found them on Home advisor on a Sunday, received a call back within 15 minutes & George was at my house within the hour. George did an awesome job replacing pipes & installing risers on our septic tank yesterday (July 20th, 2017) Super nice guy & definitely knows what he's doing! Ben was great since he helped discover that we were on septic and not sewer like we were told by the city. Awesome guys working for this company! So glad we found them & definitely would recommend them 100%!!

Calling Easy Rooter was a good decision. George arrived right at the scheduled time to fix my leaking toilet. After he assessed the situation he recommended that I should replace it. I asked him if he could also look at my shower even though that was more work than I had scheduled, he was completely fine with that. He also talked to me about government programs that would assist in replacing all of my fixtures by spreading the costs to my property tax. He also told me how I could correct the water quality of my house with a Halo 5 water filter. All in all, he replaced my toilet, shower cartridge and shower control plate in four hours (I had a lot of hard water build up and cartridge he needed to shop for) for $700. I will keep researching water filters the Halo is a bit out of my league. It was a good experience and I am glad that I called.

Guillermo came down on a hot Saturday morning and fixed my leaky yard faucet for a very affordable price. I also had a leaky sprinkler backflow valve - he checked it and adjusted it for free. He easily could have charged me for that or pushed unnecessary parts & service. Other businesses on Yelp were going to charge me $45 just for coming over. Easy Rooter's initial visit and estimate were totally free. Now that's amazing customer service! I don't often give five-star reviews but Easy Rooter gets an easy five-stars!

I'm having water heater issues. My pilot keeps going out. 5 times in the past 2 days. Plus my pressure relief valve keeps gushing water out of it. I called my home warranty people and the assigned me with Easy Rooter Plumbing & drain cleaner. When I got of the phone with the warranty people I called Easy Rooter Plumbing right away. I spoke with Jonathan told him the problem and he did some moving around and was able to squeeze me in for tomorrow @ 1pm. Which is GREAT! Because nothing is worse than trying to do things without hot water. ESPECIALLY A SHOWER. He also said if he had a cancellation he would try and get me in sooner. So far I'm happy with Easy Rooter. Jonathan was friendly and took the time to listen to me especially explaining the problems I'm having. By then he got the paperwork from warranty people and had all my info. I'll update my review once the plumber comes out to do the work. But so far I'm happy. : )

I called them this morning to schedule an appointment, they showed up on time and took care of my plumbing issue. George was the technician, he was super friendly and very professional. He was able to pinpoint the problem after a quick inpsection and was clean about his work. He wore booties inside my home and layed out rags so as not to make a mess. Found Easy Rooter's number through the home advisor app. I have to say they are quick! Jonathan responded within minutes of putting in my request. He was quite pleasant to talk to on the phone and was able to schedule me in asap.

My faucets were leaking, dishwasher not working cause of some draining issue, and my toilets were making some type of sound after flushing. The struggle had been real with the water bill for months. So Enrique came to the rescue. That Monday he came to assess the problem and figure out the budget. He was very knowledgeable in his work and recommended some high quality faucets. Tuesday he brought his equipment and co worker and by afternoon they were done.

Very well done, I was pleased with their professionalism and the respect they showed for my house. They walked in the house with shoe covers so that I wouldn't have to re-mop the entire house. Compared to the guy who was fixing my alarm, Enrique was superb! Definitely recommend:-)
