From the beginning to the end of our project, Cesar has gone the extra mile every step of the way. He always made himself available and worked with me to pick out the best possible solution for us. There were so many times my wife and I said to each other, ""Wow, he is doing way more than what we expected."" Not only that but Easy flow was the lowest quote out of 5 other places we got quotes from. I did the math and it was about 20% lower! When it came time to pay, Brooke worked with us and offered multiple options on paying for our invoice. She was super friendly. You could definitely tell the whole team loves working with people and honestly cared about helping us out rather than just getting our money. If I could give 6 starts I would! Thank you Ceasar for taking care of us! I'm definitely recommending Easy flow to anyone with plumber anything!

Garth Widdows, project manager for Easy Flow was great. They were recently contracted by the City of San Diego to do sewer line repair work in our neighborhood and in the process, some of the boards on the fence that lines our front yard were damaged. Garth, who was managing the project, personally came to our house and replaced, repaired and repainted every piece of board and even painted another one that my son had broken which I'd repaired but not yet repainted. Says a lot when a guy will do something like that. Would definitely recommend these guys!!

Just want to give a shout out to Easy Flow Plumbers. Many of us have older homes that have the original old sewer pipe. Getting my sewer line re-lined has been on my to do list for several years, I knew I wanted to get it done before I had serious problem, like a collapse.

I finally found a company I felt confident about hiring to re-line about 75 feet of sewer pipe. Bill Clark with Easy Flow answered all my questions (I had done my research so had many to ask). Their quote was less than the others, but I felt the most confident with them after reading a lot of reviews and after our meeting.

The project was completed this afternoon. We expected the project to be completed in one day, but they were not happy with the way some of my (non sewer line) pipes had a 90 degree angle setup, so they replaced the pipes with a 45 degree angle design.

I am writing this review because they not only went above and beyond in repairing all the plumbing in the area around the sewer line, but were precise and amazing about putting my yard back the way it had been before the work was started. I have never had another company be concerned with such detail. When the job was completed, it was complete... clean and it looked like they had never been there. I am amazed and so very very happy I chose to work with Bill and Cesar at Easy Flow Plumbing.

Had a blockage in a 1950s bathroom sink which I could not get unclogged myself after trying multiple ways. Waylon from easy Flow drain got it unclogged in a couple of minutes. He was also very knowledgeable on how to prevent such a blockage in the future. Definitely recommend!

We recently had issues with our 1929 cast iron sewer line, and needed to have it replaced. Because of where our sewer line is, under house and bricks in front yard, I got smart on the different technologies that could be used on our system. I met with three different plumbing contractors and realized that while they are all reputable, most only have two techniques that they are used to using. Trenching and something else. That is what sets Easy Flow apart from all of the contractors I met with. They have MANY different technologies available to them. They specialize in sewer lines, whilst still very capable and fantastic plumbers. Bill came to my house and was able to explain what exactly they could do to fix our system. Bill mentioned that the job would require 3 days to do, but on the first day they brought a cavalry! By they way, they started the very next day I met with Bill and gave him the go ahead. They were able to fix our system and replace all the cast iron pipes under our house in a little over one day! I was never out of service and the yard looks like they were never here. Honestly, I could not be happier with Bill and his guys. They are truly the A team! If you need your sewer line replaced, do not look any further. You need to hire Easy Flow!

We had to change out 3 toilets and unclog a couple slow drains. From the very first phone call, Brooke was very professional and friendly. Setting up the appointment was so easy and smooth. The quote they have was much more reasonable than what we were quoted from some bigger companies.

On the day of the job, Alex and team did a great job, working efficiently and safely.

Our kitchen drain was completely clogged. I first called a plumber from a different company we'd worked with in the past, but he wasn't available, so I called Easy Flow, which was able to help the same day. I scheduled with Brooke, who was amazing. Alex, the technician, arrived within the expected time window. He used a drain snake and thoroughly fixed the problem within a half-hour. I also appreciated how courteous he was to my family, and how he offered helpful advice for preventing the issue in the future. Our drain is running more smoothly than ever! I would definitely call Easy Flow for future plumbing needs.

We were in dire need of help to get 3 apartment units back in service. I almost never write reviews, but this company is AWESOME and I want everyone to know what a great job they do and what great employees they have. I had the worst catastrophe in 30 years of property management. All of a sudden I had a building of 3 units that couldn't use their water, flush toilets, shower etc. because the sewer mainline started to back flow into the downstairs apartment. Turned out the neighboring property had made a repair that closed off our main line sewer pipe access to the city sewer. They completely sealed it shut! The first two plumbing companies to come out were unsuccessful in pin pointing the problem and/or being able to make the repair. Ultimately when Easy Flow discovered the source of the problem, the city street needed to be dug up which required a Class A license. Tom and his team did a fantastic job. Tom provided an ingenious workaround that restored plumbing service to the units while working to obtain an emergency city permit to allow him to make the repair. The work-a-round restoration of service was a huge stress relief as residents were growing very agitated with the inability of each prior company to solve the problem. Easy Flow employees worked their A$$es off to complete the repair in record time. I was so impressed, I had the confidence to have them pipe burst a new 100 foot replacement main line which a second team did the next day. Employees were extremely hard workers, competent at their jobs, knew how to work independently and together to operate machinery and to perform work in a safe manner. They were polite, helpful, always willing to answer questions and volunteer information, kept an extremely clean job site and went above and beyond. A+++ Easy Flow.
