Chris B. came to our house to inspect our driveway drain. He was extremely thorough and patient, and spent over two hours trying to find and fix the site of the clogged drain. While he was unable to fully clear the drain with his standard equipment, he gave us recommendations for further action (hydrojet). Even after all that effort, he did NOT charge us at all for any of his time. I want to highly recommend Chris for his effort, knowledge, and honesty.

I have hired Easy Flow for two major jobs now and they are the absolute best. Chris is a super knowledgeable manager and his crew is extremely efficient. They dug out old cast iron in the slab of my rental unit and replaced all the connections with ABS, then descaled and put an epoxy liner in the remaining cast iron, and added cleanouts. They have the best liner technology for any job. Then they did the same at my dad's house. We were having backup issues on both systems before and thankfully those are now a thing of the past! Plus they do work for City of San Diego and large casinos in the area so they know their stuff. Thank you Chris and Easy Flow!

Wow, couldn't be more thrilled from start to finish. Bennett was very clear as to what needed to be done for the cast iron pipes. He spent a ton of time with me at the initial appointment showing me exactly what the problems were through a high tech camera which was able to reach all the way to the lateral. He then reviewed what was to be done the morning of the work. His employees were knowledgeable, respectful and no messing around. I stayed on property throughout the day and was shown the progress along the way when asked. It's really hard to find a company these days that will live up to their promises and actually finish a job to the costumer's satisfaction. Finally a company that got the job done and did it right the first time! And at a reasonable price to boot. Chris at Easy Flow is a lifesaver. He's extremely knowledgeable, patient, and honest. I cannot recommend him and this company enough. We had a shower drain that was clogged and two plumbers weren't able to get it working again.

We will only be using Easy Flow from now on. We have a major bathroom remodel in the future and they will be our first call to replace our old cast iron pipes.

I have a very unique situation in that my main drain line goes down away from my property out to the street below me at 150+ feet. I've had numerous back ups in the past couple of years due to roots, and various other factors. Affordable Drain Service, a sister company, and EasyFlow have been the two go to companies I have and will work with in the future. Easy flow identified a new location for a second two way clean out that now enables affordable drain to come in and jet my line much easier than before. Affordable has been the only company out of five drain cleaning companies that has the know how and experience to deal with difficult situations like mine.
