We had to change out 3 toilets and unclog a couple slow drains. From the very first phone call, Brooke was very professional and friendly. Setting up the appointment was so easy and smooth. The quote they have was much more reasonable than what we were quoted from some bigger companies.

On the day of the job, Alex and team did a great job, working efficiently and safely.

Will definitely consider using Easy Flow again for any future plumbing issues.

Our kitchen drain was completely clogged. I first called a plumber from a different company we'd worked with in the past, but he wasn't available, so I called Easy Flow, which was able to help the same day. I scheduled with Brooke, who was amazing. Alex, the technician, arrived within the expected time window. He used a drain snake and thoroughly fixed the problem within a half-hour. I also appreciated how courteous he was to my family, and how he offered helpful advice for preventing the issue in the future. Our drain is running more smoothly than ever! We were in dire need of help to get 3 apartment units back in service. I almost never write reviews, but this company is AWESOME and I want everyone to know what a great job they do and what great employees they have. I had the worst catastrophe in 30 years of property management. All of a sudden I had a building of 3 units that couldn't use their water, flush toilets, shower etc. because the sewer mainline started to back flow into the downstairs apartment. Turned out the neighboring property had made a repair that closed off our main line sewer pipe access to the city sewer. They completely sealed it shut! The first two plumbing companies to come out were unsuccessful in pin pointing the problem and/or being able to make the repair. Ultimately when Easy Flow discovered the source of the problem, the city street needed to be dug up which required a Class A license. Tom and his team did a fantastic job. Tom provided an ingenious workaround that restored plumbing service to the units while working to obtain an emergency city permit to allow him to make the repair. The work-a-round restoration of service was a huge stress relief as residents were growing very agitated with the inability of each prior company to solve the problem. Easy Flow employees worked their A$$es off to complete the repair in record time. I was so impressed, I had the confidence to have them pipe burst a new 100 foot replacement main line which a second team did the next day. Employees were extremely hard workers, competent at their jobs, knew how to work independently and together to operate machinery and to perform work in a safe manner. They were polite, helpful, always willing to answer questions and volunteer information, kept an extremely clean job site and went above and beyond. A+++ Easy Flow.

We called Easy Flow for a second estimate to line our sewer lateral with epoxy. Their quote was less than half of the first one we received, and they did a great job all around. Afterwards we had another backup caused by a sewer line under the street. Initially the city of San Diego said it was our responsibility but Bill, the Easy Flow person we worked with, explained that it was the city's responsibility and he advocated on our behalf (eventually the city fixed the problem at no cost to us).

On a Friday night, I noticed water coming out of a pipe out the side of our house. What in the world? I called so many plumbers, and my husband called this one. They came out on a Friday night, the time they said they would and got the job done. I had a knowledgeable and friendly technician. We found roots in the sewer line and we will be going with them to do the work. I highly recommend.

I called five different plumbers in our area about getting our main sewer pipe cleaned and lined.
Bill was the ONLY one who responded.
He was here the SAME DAY and gave us an estimate ON THE SPOT.
His crew was here on time the day we were ready for them.
They lined the path from our front door to the back bathroom with a sturdy covering, cleaned the entire sewer pipe, lined it from the septic to the front bath cleanout, poured the concrete and smoothed it nice and level, then cleaned everything up with a broom and a vacuum, leaving my house as clean as it was when they walked in.
I would recommend Bill and his crew for any job.

I am so blown away by the levelmof customer service we experienced with Easy Flow. I am someone who tends to be loyal to companies I have used in the past and I thought I already had a reliable plumbing company. Well it turns out that Tom and his team at Easy Flow are above and beyond amazing when it comes to meeting customers where they are at. We have a mid century modern home that comes with midcentury old plumbing. We were pretty sure the pipes were shot but I was completely bothered by the ridiculous quotes and proposals other companies had.

Tom's quote was the best value out of the two of other quotes we obtained. Tom's quote was tied to a proposal that would compare to pinpoint toe surgery vs. other companies were offering total limb amputation. Not sure about everyone else, but I'm all about accuracy and doing only what's necessary. We had another plumbing issue that I needed him to check out on top of the busted pipe and his crew came ASAP to address the bubbling toilets. Like I said... Old ass pipes... Tom scoped the pipes with his camera to make sure the old obstruction causing the bubbling toilets was long gone. Communication with him was so easy - super quick responses to emails and when I got too busy with work, the flawless communication also happened when my hubby took over.

The crew was super pleasant and clean - and went above and beyond to avoid jackhammering any more of our floors. I swear, I cannot rave enough about our experience.

Tom, if you guys need to put a yard sign on our front yard to advertise, go ahead. We are so happy with the work.

We had some major plumbing issues and learned that our mainline was completely dissolved and needed a significant repair/replacement.

This was a tough process since it was suggested to have to break through our newly renovated interior floor and that was terrifying! Essentially, Easy Flow assessed the situation and were able to break through the front yard vs inside. Although this was a hefty check to write, this should keep our plumbing secure for a guaranteed 50-60 years! Yay! A well worth investment!

I also want to mention that the crew of Easy Flow were so polite and professional! They wore their masks, foot booties in the house, very happy group of guys, and left our yard and home better than they found it! You would have no idea that they were shoulder deep in a huge hole!

The city of San Diego decided to do some much needed sewer line updating to the houses in our San Carlos neighborhood. When I left for work everything was quiet. When I returned there was a large yellow landscaping cover in my yard covering a very large and deep hole! I located a worker and was informed about the work being done in the area and the amount of time it would take. Easy Flow was the contractor doing the work. The work was done on time and the workers maintained the area during the length of the project. Easy Flow took the time to make certain all the neighbors impacted by their project were satisfied before moving onto their next work site. I would definitely use Easy Flow for personal projects as they were friendly, courteous, timely and professional.

Called Easy Flow and spoke with Bill to schedule an appointment to clear a root blockage in the main. Technician Bernardo showed up on time, courteous and professional, and promptly cleared the blockage with his equipment. He ran a scope down the main to show that the root blockage was completely gone! I highly recommend Easy Flow for any plumbing issues. Will definitly call them again for any future plumbing issues!
