Tom is a rock star, knows his stuff, looks beyond the symptoms to find the core issue. He is reasonable and tries his best to deploy the right team in a timely fashion. 

I had been fighting plumbing issues for years on a century old home and a 60yr old duplex. The explanations I'd recv over the years just didn't add up. I did my own investigating, 50' snake etc.  It was a combination of issues Ptrap, multiple lines hitchhiking on our main to the street, ceramic (100yr old)  & cast iron lines. So it was different pieces and diagnosis's recv. over the years and feedback until they all fit into place like a puzzle it was time to spend the money, fix it right once and 4 all and Tom & Easy Drain was the firm to do the job. 

I'm in Real Estate and Tom would be my 1st call for any future jobs.   Thanks Again Tom & Team !

Called at 7:15 a.m. and they said they would be there in a half hour. When he hadn't shown up by 8:15, he said they would be there in 45 minutes. At 10:00, when they still hadn't shown up, I called again and he said they would be there at 1:00. They finally showed up at 2:00 and at 3:30 left saying they had partially cleared the blockage. In fact, they had not cleared the blockage at all. So now we are calling another plumber for tomorrow.

These guys are awesome. We had an issue with our outside overflow drain and they came out within a couple of hours and fixed it. But when we had some really heavy rain just a week or so later the drain overflowed way worse than before. We called them back and they said they would have somebody out to check in as soon as they were done on their job. But the flooding started getting really bad so we called them back and the guy ( Tom his name was ) dropped everything and was there within a few minutes. It turned out to be a city problem so Tom called them for us and they were out to fix the main problem right away. I highly recommend using easy drains for any plumbing issue. 10/10. 5 stars. The best of the best.

I call Easy Drain to look at a patch of water I had in the basement. Alejandro and his partner came out the next morning. They spent nearly 2 hours hunting down the leak which wasn't easy in this old house.
I would highly recommend them for their prompt and efficient service.

They came out right away to look at issue we were having with water leaking on the side of our house. The guy from Roto-Rooter was trying to get us to do a fishy diagnostic for a bunch of money within minutes of meeting us. It was like night and day. John spent time talking through possible solutions, how they'd approach it and our options and didn't pressure us at all. Tom came out to follow up and also was clearly very knowledgable, straightforward and honest. With his advice, we chose not to take on what would have been a costly boondoggle that probably wouldn't gain us anything. If we ever have future plumbing needs, we know who to go to.
