I would not call Easy Drains if you are in a hurry. We've been dealing with Tom this entire week. 3 times this week, he said he would be at our house at 4pm. He does not call to let you know he will not show up. He calls you the next day and doesn't explain or give an excuse. He now says he will arrive on Monday. We will not hold our breath. I was referenced to use Tom by another plumber who was busy. Use someone else who values time, in my opinion.

These guys were super nice to us. We called them about a plugged bathroom drain and they had someone come out right away. When he got there, it turned out our 4-year old had turned up the drain stopper without us realizing it, and there was no actual drain problem. The guy from Easy Drains was super cool about it and didn't bill us a dime! That's despite taking the time and gas to come out and go back. I'll definitely be calling these guys again next time I have any plumbing issues.

I backed up my kitchen sink (don't put spent barley down the disposal...), scoped Yelp for some good reviews, and contacted ""Easy Drains."" Things anyone wants from someone they hire to do work in their home: professional, courteous, responsive, and effective. I got all of those things from this company. As for pricing, they quoted lower than the other two services I contacted, while ""Roto Rooter"" wouldn't give me a quote without sending someone to the house first. I had a drain issue in a home I just purchased. Upon further inspection, the plumber was also able to identify a costly leak on my main line into the house. They were able to make both repairs on the very next day. It's nit fun to buy a home repair, but the folks at easy drains made it as painless as possible with fair pricing and professional staff. Just had a very good experience with Juan and Easy Drains- came out on Father's Day (and Juan is not only a father but a grandfather) and quickly fixed our clogged kitchen sink at a fair price. Would definitely recommend.
