Based in Columbus, Ohio, Charles Britt is a licensed master plumber. Charles, the youngest of two children born to Ross and Carol Britt, has been interested in plumbing since childhood. After graduating high school, he focused on plumbing training and earned his license.

Charles met Kirstie in 2002, and she would go on to be his partner in both life and business. Working in plumbing, they both embraced a fun and active lifestyle. He honed his skills at a plumbing company, mastering the details of the business. At the same time, Kirstie worked in marketing for a nearby resort.

In 2007, they launched their own plumbing business. After purchasing a new home in Columbus, they began laying the groundwork for their plumbing venture and tied the knot in the summer of 2008. By this time, Charles and Kirstie had formed a tight partnership, with Charles well-prepared in plumbing from working with his brother-in-law, who operated a plumbing company in Columbus.
