Based in Columbus, Ohio, Charles Britt is a licensed master plumber. Charles, the youngest of two children born to Ross and Carol Britt, has been interested in plumbing since childhood. Following high school, he dedicated himself to plumbing education, ultimately becoming a licensed professional.

In 2002, he met Kirstie, who would later become his life and business partner. Working in plumbing, they both embraced a fun and active lifestyle. Charles gained valuable experience working for a plumbing company, learning the intricacies of the trade. Kirstie was engaged in marketing at a local resort during this period.

In 2007, they took the leap to start their own plumbing company. After purchasing a new home in Columbus, they began laying the groundwork for their plumbing venture and tied the knot in the summer of 2008. At this point, Charles and Kirstie were a solid team, with Charles gaining valuable plumbing experience under his brother-in-law, who ran a plumbing business in Columbus.
