Great work EastLake Plumbing-Eddie and Fernando! Eddie started the service of replacing the hot water heater. He explained all the details of the job. He set everything up to replace it but suggested we let the drywall dry out to prevent any mold issues. The office was very understanding of the situation and had no problem completing the job when we were ready for them. Fernando showed up to complete the job once again walked me through the process of completing the job. They put all the safety measures in place to make sure that in case of emergency the water would never drain behind the water heater again. Thank you for doing it right the first time. Thank you

I am so pleased with the excellent professional service I received today. We called and Aldo came within the hour. We paid the price we were quoted, plus a small cost of a part we needed....but it was still lower than other prices we were quoted from other Chula Vista based plumbers. I needed an emergency repair for my kitchen faucet over the 4th of July weekend. I called in the morning and a technician replied within 30 minutes. He arrived within the hour and the repair was done under an hour. Incredibly fast and professional service.

The only downside, which was expected but I still didn't like it, was that they charged more for weekend/holiday service. However, if you're in a bind, this is the company to call.

I am extremely happy with them and highly recommend them.
