Eastlake Plumbing is a great place to start when looking for a great plumber with experience ! Armando is quick to answer and set an appt... Even during off hours, he and his knowledgeable crew are there to address any plumbing problem you might unexpectedly encounter. His prices are comparable to his competitors but his knowledge and care for his customers make me rate him a 10/ 10!

Today was my 3rd experience with Eastlake Plumbing and every time I have had excellent service. I first used them in 2008 and again in 2009 and would not use anyone else. It is a good feeling to have someone you can trust and feel comfortable with in your home. I would highly recommend them!!!!

What a great experience! I was able to get a same-day appointment to have a washer drip pan and dryer valve (?) installed. Alex and Fernando were on time and they were friendly, professional, and efficient.

After completing the requested services, they addressed some questions we had about water pressure and showed us how to shut off the water to the house if needed.

I have to say I am very very happy with Eastlake Plumbing. They define ""above and beyond"" in service. I had a valve that feeds water to the washing machine go bad. They not only fixed the valve but actually helped my wife by moving the bad washer I wanted to replace and put the other one in and hooked it up the washers were heavy. Wow is an understatement in service WOW. I can't thank Eastlake Plumbing enough. They also notified me that my water pressure is high and gave me an estimate on a water pressure regulator. If I could give them 6 stars I would just as Dan H. Don't hesitate to call them if you need anything plumbing related. I'll be using Eastlake Plumbing from now on.

I called Eastlake Plumbing yesterday evening to have our shower faucet repaired and spoke to Armando who was very professional and courteous. The technician, Eddie, promptly arrived within 30 minutes as promised and was also very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Eddie went above and beyond to get our faucet repaired. I can confidently say as a small family business, they are absolutely top-notch in customer service and their prices were fair and reasonable. I will continue to use Eastlake Plumbing Inc., and that's why they have BBB A+ rating, too.

Wow! If I could give these guys 6 stars, I would. Prompt, great service, and they understand how to treat customers. I had a minor repair which Armando (the owner) took care of in 15 min and didn't even charge me for.
I have used their service several times in the past few years and refer any of my friends who live in East Chula Vista/Eastlake area. Don't waste your time searching other plumbing companies. Go to Eastlake Plumbing and be treated right.

Used them twice so far and both times were great! Had the water pressure regulator go out on me and was charged less than the quote. Good service, done right, on time, and for less than quoted. You've earned my loyalty.

The Good: Very responsive to my request for an immediate drain clearance job and performed the job very well. This was the second time I called on them in 3-4 years and I'm very satisfied with the result at both times.

The Questionable: This 2nd time, the tech replaced my whole sink drain pipe assembly without asking or informing me of the additional cost, and charged me double the price of the cleaning. When I disputed the charge, he said my pipe had rusted and was hard to take apart during the cleaning, so he had to replace it. I don't know whether this was true so I called the owner, Ricardo (or something like that) and after some exchanges, he agreed to forego the additional charge and just charged me as had said originally.

The Cost: About the same as others would charge (my 2nd time) or a bit higher (my first time) .

I called Bill Howe Plumbing and they quoted me $180 an hour. I called Eastlake Plumbing and they said $85, so it was an easy decision to use Eastlake Plumbing. Customer service was good and the guy that came out was friendly and knowledgeable.

Knowledgeable was very important, considering I had a very complex job, and the guys I called who advertised on Craigslist refused to take on the job because of the complexity. The job required cutting multiple holes in the drywall to find the problem.

Ultimately it took 4 hours and $80 in supplies which I was fine with considering the amount of work that had to be done. They were very professional and cleaned up very well at the end.
