Completely satisfied with the quick, courteous response as well as the expertise, knowledge and professionalism of the team from Eastlake Plumbing. We were in a panic about a water leak that drenched an exterior wall of our home. Eastlake sent a team out this morning and Chris promptly diagnosed the problem, carefully removed a small section of the interior dry wall to access the leaking pipe, recommended and discussed a solution with us and made the repairs with professionalism and all for a more than fair price. He also advised us what to do next to evaluate the extent of the water damage. Will absolutely call Eastlake Plumbing again in the future.

BESTEST SERVICE EVER RECEIVE! I sent a request for a plumber to come find out where a water leak was coming from since our water bill was almost $1K
He came out and figured it out and was super awesome. My husband really appreciate him coming back out to find out the leak and was super positive and nice! Price was extremely fair and reasonable! I would always use them for our future plumbing needs!

On the positive side, they are fast and generally polite. On the negative side, their work wasn't up to code and resulted in a lot more damage. I had a series of about a dozen repairs on my piping system (which admittedly had flawed piping, and which they helped me identify). I was waiting on having them re-pipe the entire house, but in the meantime the pipes kept failing at what I thought was an overly predictable pattern (it was always within 1 foot of the last repair). At Eastlake's advising I ended up having them lower the pressure and even put in a new water heater out of consideration that inconsistent heat might be part of the reason the pipes were failing so quickly. As the final of these leaks appeared, my handyman happened to be at the house, and pointed out that the repair was done improperly. I brought this to Eastlake plumbing, and they again blamed the pipes themselves. Long story short, I had several other companies then come out and give me quotes on a re-piping, and every single one of them pointed out that the previous repairs by Eastlake were done improperly. One of the exact quotes was ""micky mouse stuff that no inspector would ever pass."" New company fixed the issue, and it held perfectly until the complete re-piping job was complete.

I contacted them early in the week about a leaking water spigot, they were able to accommodate our schedule for Friday. Which was nice our issue wasn't urgent but wanted to get an estimate to replace the spigot. Friday rolls around I get a call ahead which is nice my wife was the one home who was going to meet with the plumber.I asked me wife to call me with what the estimate was before giving the go ahead. I get a call and she lets me know the plumber is there and that the spigot did just need replacing, the only problem is. The plumber changed the spigot before my wife said to do so, he told us how much it would be after the work was already done. He said the ""service call"" was 125$ which I thought was odd because I was told on Yelp it was a free estimate otherwise I probably would have called someone else. Ended up costing 150$ for one spigot. I get you have a business to run and that you may have minimum charges. What I don't like is when the technician completes the work before getting a contract or discussing cost.


Owner Armando reached out two me literally two minutes after posting review above, offered to reimburse me for the miscommunication between the technician and my wife, I appreciate him following up to address my issue. This is why Yelp in my opinion is so vital, a 5 star company truly. Thanks Armando for making it right. I will call you on the next one.

Friendly, fast, and fantastic workmanship! Had emergency service on a valve that supplied refrigerator. Called and they quickly responded the same morning. Although, a busy Sunday, they also quickly fixed a nagging hot water leak. Service and value was great so I had them return that week to do more: upgraded all 13 angle stops, fixed pressure regulator, main ball valve, and exterior spigot in ~4hr. Will ask them to do more at another home...stay tuned!

Called on Sunday night because our kitchen sink was clogged. I received a text from the tech (Armando) less than an hour later saying they could be there Monday morning. I was impressed and quickly said sure. Monday morning (today), got a call that they could come earlier and sure enough the tech called (Chris) asking if it was okay to show up in 10 min. The communication is amazing, Chris was professional, funny, and great at explaining the problem. Our old water heater failed, blew a massive leak and flooded our garage yesterday.

Based on their reviews here on Yelp, I called Eastlake Plumbing.

They responded with a quote within 10 minutes. This morning showed up and installed a brand new top-quality Bradford White 40-gallon gas water heater, overflow tank, and stand.

The installation went perfectly and they hauled away the old one.

I can't recommend them highly enough.
