FANTASTIC!! They were easy to contact. Vicky was wasy to talk to on the phone, she undertsood my situation adn was able to relay it acurately to her technicians. She was able to schedule them within 4 hours of my call. When her technicians were actualy able to come within the hour, she called me right away to let me know. The technician (Armando) was knowledgable and friendly and did a fantastic job. My situation required immediate attention and he was able to fix everything and have it operational again within a few hours of my first call. I can't say enough good things about Eastlake plumbing!!!

We needed a spigot outside our garage but had a friend who said he could do it for us. You know how that goes :-( Eastlake plumbing answered my email, very late into the evening when I realized something was terribly wrong with the work our friend had done. They sent a crew over in the morning to remedy the issue and not only do we now have a spigot outside our garage but we now have a better understanding as to how our tankless water heater works.

Fantastic and unbelievably fast! Martin and Oscar arrived less than 30 minutes after my request for service. They repaired the leak behind my drywall in a less than an hour. They cut two holes in the drywall to pinpoint the leak, but the drywall cuts were clean and replacing the drywall will be much easier as a result. Both of these gentlemen were very upbeat and positive throughout the hour and explained what they were doing. They also provided insight on the tubing that was used in our home and recommended that we consider replacing all the hot water tubing at some point. They left the area clean and removed all the materials that needed to be discarded. Outstanding service by Martin and Oscar. I hope I don't need them again soon, but I now know who my go to plumbers are. Thank you.

My toilet sprung a leak in the back yesterday and I just couldn't figure out how to stop the water from flowing out onto the floor. I didn't want to make matters worse and didn't want any major damage to occur so I contacted Eastlake Plumbing, they assigned me a technician right away, and they were able to come by the house much sooner than I had anticipated. Daniel was great! He was kind and empathetic to my situation over the phone. Upon arrival, he practiced COVID safety measures; wearing a mask, gloves, and even shoe covers when walking around the house. Even when he needed to go back to his van to get some supplies, he would respectfully take on and off the shoe covers so that he does not track dirt in the house. Some people don't think about that. He was able to fix the leak coming from the toilet and I very much appreciated the professionalism in educating me on what was going on. I would definitely recommend Eastlake Plumbing to anyone and thank you again Daniel for being an awesome technician!

I also forgot to mention the work Daniel did was so clean looking, much better than the previous setup that was there. He also left his workspace better than when he had arrived. Thank you again!
