These guys are excellent! I called them on Jan 1st for a water emergency. Unlike all the other plumbers I had tried calling that day, Armando returned my call promptly and agreed to send someone out the same day. First he asked me explain the issue as best I could, and he walked me through all my options over the phone - where the water may be coming from and what they would be able to do in that case - never over promised. Sure enough when the plumber showed up, it took about 10 minutes to figure out where the leak was coming from and how to put a stop to it. They came back the following day and did an excellent job with the pipe repair. They also recommended and excellent damage/restoration company who were equally excellent. I would highly recommend them again in the future.

I texted these guys on Monday after I received a ridiculous quote from another plumber to replace the shower cartridge in my master shower. The water stayed lukewarm in the winter and too hot in the summer. Unlike the other guy This gentleman asked me to take a photo of what I had and was able to identify the brand right away. We made an appt for Thursday. I wasn't home, but my wife was. She said he was in quick went out to get the part and back to finish the job. Total time was less than an hour and was less than 1/3 what the other guy quoted me.

I appreciated the efficiency, professionalism and quick response. I used the shower this morning and had a nice steamy hot shower. Thanks guys!

I called Eastlake Plumbing for an emergency repair. Eddie came in and was able to replace my leaking flow lock and gate valve, which is now a ball valve, to resolve my water pressure issue. His plumbing services were quick and professional. Highly recommended!

Daniel/ Eastlake plumbing just finished servicing our home for a toilet leak from our 2nd floor to the garage. He took care of the problem (wax ring worn down & a gap from the tile with the wax ring) and assured there was no continuing leak or drip. He completed the job in approx 1 hr 30 min & cost us $167.00. This was a relief since with any plumbing problem I tend it to imagine it much higher. I'm sure it helped that we caught the issue before it was an even bigger problem.
I also appreciated that they kept to their window of time and fit us in at an earlier time. Daniel arrived on time as promised.
While we had him on the premises we asked about a tankless water heater vs replacement of the average water heater. We appreciated his opinion and have decided to just wait the cost out until necessary. Hopefully the necessity is not an extreme situation that causes massive water damage. Guess we're taking a gamble.
We were referred to Eastlake Plumbing by word of mouth and we will continue to refer friends and family to this business. Daniel provided excellent courteous and professional service! 5 star Yelp!

I highly recommend Eastlake Plumbing. Aldo came out to my house to replace the corroding valves that connect my washing machine. He was very professional and I appreciated the time he took to carefully explain what needed to be done (even though I was bummed to learn that he needed to cut a hole in my freshly painted wall).

I'm a new home owner and truly know little about plumbing or basic home maintenance. Aldo went above and beyond by taking the time to walk me through some basics about my home. He showed me where to turn the water off from inside and outside my home in the event of an emergency. In addition, he walked me though the basics of my water heater, he showed me where to turn it off as well as how to relight the pilot light if it should go off. He also tested the water pressure on my home and advised me to buy a water pressure gauge so that I could test the pressure myself a few times a year and gave me good tips on what to look for in the event that the pressure goes up.

Good customer service is hard to find nowadays, Aldo went above and beyond what we expected of him. I called him to fix a valve, yet he took the extra time to give me some basic knowledge on being a new home owner. Thank you, Aldo. I will certainly call Eastlake Plumbing for any future needs (hopefully not anytime soon though!).

On Tuesday 12/13/16, I discovered my water heating was leaking. I was scheduled for a house inspection on 12/14 with close of escrow on 12/16. I spoke with Armando around 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday and he said he would try and have someone come out before 6:00 p.m., or first thing Wednesday morning. Workers showed up on time Wednesday morning and were done installing a new water heater in less than 2.5 hours, including 45 minutes to go and pick up the new water heater. Workers were very friendly, and the cost was exactly what was quoted to me over the telephone. Workers explained to me the new updates, since my old water heater was 16 years old; they cleaned up area around heater before they left and hauled away old heater and debris. All work was completed 3 hours before my scheduled inspection.

Eastlake Plumbing is a lifesaver! I recommend them to anyone who listens. They have rescued me at least twice now. When I had my new roof installed, my gas lines are up there and needed to be raised about 5 inches. The roofers were going to try to get around that but when they tested the joints, they found tiny gas leaks. Eastlake came out the next day and stayed ALL DAY to get it done. They even sent out another person to help finish it up so we wouldn't have to be without gas the next morning. No, their rates are not the cheapest but they are not overly expensive either. They are very fair and oh so very professional! I have some more work for them to do and I highly recommend them. I recently needed them to come out and put a new valve on my gas connection for my range. Usually while I am leaving a message, Armando is calling me back! They were at my house within 30 minutes because they knew my connection was leaking gas. Thanks again you guys!
