Our plumbing services cover a wide array of needs, including fixture repairs and replacements, to drain cleaning, repairing and replacing water heaters, utility line maintenance for water, gas, and sewer, as well as pipe repairs. We also provide dye testing and backflow preventer installation and testing. Our expertise extends to new builds and retrofitting plumbing, we provide service and repair for hydronic heating systems. We serve both residential and commercial customers.

The year 1957 marked the inception of East End Plumbing & Mechanical with $4,000 in initial funding. This amount was raised by Arthur V. Mascilli Sr. through a veterans life insurance policy. What he initially viewed as a mistake turned into an incredible opportunity. Over five decades later, East End Plumbing & Mechanical boasts a multi-million dollar annual backlog and a prestigious client roster across Southwestern Pennsylvania.

Arthur's journey in plumbing began in Italy when he was just 15 years old. Not long after, he immigrated to the United States. Once in America, he began his studies at Connelly Technical Institute at the age of 17 to embark on a five-year academic and apprenticeship program in plumbing. He successfully tested for his Journeyman license with the Allegheny County Health Department after his apprenticeship. A week later, he was drafted for military service during the Korean Conflict. He served in both the Construction and Combat Engineering divisions.
