We offer a comprehensive range of plumbing services, from fixing and replacing fixtures, drain unclogging, water heater repair and replacement, repairs on utility lines including water, gas, and sewer, and piping repairs. Dye testing and backflow preventer services are part of our offerings. Our expertise extends to new builds and retrofitting plumbing, we provide service and repair for hydronic heating systems. Our clientele includes both homeowners and businesses.

In 1957, East End Plumbing & Mechanical was founded with $4,000. Arthur V. Mascilli Sr. secured this amount by liquidating a veterans life insurance policy. What seemed like a poor decision evolved into a significant triumph. More than 50 years later, we maintain a multi-million dollar backlog each year and a respected clientele throughout the Southwestern Pennsylvania region.

At 15, Arthur started his plumbing apprenticeship in Italy. Not long after, he immigrated to the United States. Once in America, he began his studies at Connelly Technical Institute at the age of 17 to embark on a five-year academic and apprenticeship program in plumbing. After completing his apprenticeship, he earned his Journeyman license from the Allegheny County Health Department. Shortly thereafter, he received orders for active duty as part of the Korean Conflict. He served in both the Construction and Combat Engineering divisions.
