Our plumbing services cover a wide array of needs, such as repairs and replacements of plumbing fixtures, drain unclogging, water heater services, repairs on utility lines including water, gas, and sewer, including repairs to piping. Our services include dye testing and the installation and testing of backflow preventers. Our expertise extends to new builds and retrofitting plumbing, we also service hydronic heating systems. We cater to residential clients and commercial enterprises.

In 1957, East End Plumbing & Mechanical was founded with $4,000. Arthur V. Mascilli Sr. secured this amount by liquidating a veterans life insurance policy. What he thought was a major misstep became a remarkable success. Today, over 50 years later, we enjoy a multi-million dollar backlog annually and an impressive list of clients throughout Southwestern Pennsylvania.

Arthur began his plumbing apprenticeship in Italy at the age of 15. He immigrated to America shortly after. Once in America, he began his studies at Connelly Technical Institute at the age of 17 to embark on a five-year academic and apprenticeship program in plumbing. After completing his apprenticeship, he earned his Journeyman license from the Allegheny County Health Department. A week later, he was drafted for military service during the Korean Conflict. He was active in both Construction and Combat Engineering.
