I had a stopped up drain in my kitchen sink, and I called our maintenance department where I live, and they sent Eagle Plumbing. He showed me the issue the problem (which was unfortunately in my unit :p), and resolved it quickly. Not only that, but he also fixed another problem for me at the same time which my husband had been trying to resolve for a while.

A lot of plusses:
- a mask was worn the entire time (without my asking)
- booties were worn in my house (without my asking)
- The work was done quickly and properly
- the issue with our bathroom sink was also fixed
- my sink, beneath my sink, and entire area were spotless

I strongly recommend them, very very happy!

I have been using Eagle plumbing for big jobs and small ever since I came to California 7 years ago. They have always done a great job. Their prices have been more than fair. They are a fraction of the price of the plumbers on the East Coast.

But even compared to other California plumbers they are usually substantially less expensive. Their people are unfailingly polite. And they give clearer and more thorough explanations of what they are doing than I am used to.

Most recently they installed a new hot water system. They didn't charge a dime for the initial service call where they explained that the existing system could not be repaired. When I had that judgment confirmed by another highly rated CA plumber who charged for the visit, Eagle's bid for the replacement came in hundreds of dollars less.

They did the work the next day and as usual did an excellent job.

I love them. Don't know why their Yelp rating isn't higher.

A gentleman came by this week & did an immaculate job I just forgot his name! He even fixed an issue with my shower that has been compromised for the 2 years I've been living here! Highly recommend! Thank you

Not sure about all these negative reviews but had a great experience. Had an emergency situation with an overflowing of a toilet. Rodrigo said he would send someone out with in a couple of hours. Tony came and fixed the problem. He was very thorough, and knew what the problem was immediately. Issue resolved. Will continue to work with them if need be. Thank you again Tony!

I deal with Eagle Plumbing for my mom and me. My mom has been a customer for a long time. I have never had any problems. They are always very courteous to me and answer all my questions. Workers are on time, good work and reasonable prices. When I have a plumbing issue, my first call is to Eagle Plumbing.

If I could give this shitty ass company 0 stars I would because they are a horrible company if that's what you even wanna call them! Steve has a shitty attitude and his guy was a no show 3 times with no heads up. Then steve gives attitude when you call him to ask what's going on. He then starts talking bad about our property manager that hired him and puts the blame on her and then has the nerve to say she does everything wrong and then when asked what can she do better he says ""oh your getting to involved"" ha. What a joke and soooo unprofessional! Sounds like he uses the same excuse by reading all these horrible reviews. They will say ""oh we don't have a workorder"" or we had an emergency and we will make it up to you! Or the best one was when he had a guy call us and say hey you still need work? We said yeah. The other day when You were a no show! Then he says oh you guys canceled when that was such a lie!

Sacartisc people over the phone. Specially Steve. His worker, lier, came to our place, took measure from a under-counter bathroom sink, brought a wrong sink and said that told them was a top counter sink. Work took over a month to be solved. My landlord Miller & Hinkle Property Management, called me and said you pay $250,00 on a total of $500,00 bill charge.The sink was bought at Home Depot is $79.00 and they are charging $200,00 for the sink and the rest is labor, super over priced. Why didn't give me the quote before?
Just to complete the post, Miller & Hinkle is a good Property Management company. Don't why need to work with this guys.

Poor workmanship and poor customer service. A little over a month after the plumber was on site I noticed that there was a leak below my kitchen sink (who knows how long water had been leaking into the cabinetry). The compression coupling in the trap was loose and the gasket was bulging out. I called to ask for an appointment and inquire about the warranty on their work. I was told that they couldn't make an appointment for 9 days and they couldn't pull up my invoice to give me an answer on the warranty. I got a call back and learned that the work was three days out of warranty and they would have to charge for the visit! I'm not happy about the way I was spoke to on the phone and surprised they didn't take ownership of poor work.

Eagle came out on Monday to clear a pipe and the pipe backed up again on Friday. We called them and they could not guarantee their work for four days due to going out of business soon. The work order does say no warranty but this was not explained verbally. The plumber was really nice but he showed up 45 minutes later than the service window.

I cant say enough about Eagle Plumbing. I am a property manager and I have been working with Rigo and his crew for a few years now. Rigo is extremely knowledgeable and amazing to work with. He has helped with so many emergency calls and his team is always able to get the job done quickly. I highly recommend Eagle Plumbing!
