If I could give this shitty ass company 0 stars I would because they are a horrible company if that's what you even wanna call them! Steve has a shitty attitude and his guy was a no show 3 times with no heads up. Then steve gives attitude when you call him to ask what's going on. He then starts talking bad about our property manager that hired him and puts the blame on her and then has the nerve to say she does everything wrong and then when asked what can she do better he says ""oh your getting to involved"" ha. What a joke and soooo unprofessional! Sounds like he uses the same excuse by reading all these horrible reviews. They will say ""oh we don't have a workorder"" or we had an emergency and we will make it up to you! Or the best one was when he had a guy call us and say hey you still need work? We said yeah. The other day when You were a no show! Then he says oh you guys canceled when that was such a lie!

Sacartisc people over the phone. Specially Steve. His worker, lier, came to our place, took measure from a under-counter bathroom sink, brought a wrong sink and said that told them was a top counter sink. Work took over a month to be solved. My landlord Miller & Hinkle Property Management, called me and said you pay $250,00 on a total of $500,00 bill charge.The sink was bought at Home Depot is $79.00 and they are charging $200,00 for the sink and the rest is labor, super over priced. Why didn't give me the quote before?
Just to complete the post, Miller & Hinkle is a good Property Management company. Don't why need to work with this guys.

Poor workmanship and poor customer service. A little over a month after the plumber was on site I noticed that there was a leak below my kitchen sink (who knows how long water had been leaking into the cabinetry). The compression coupling in the trap was loose and the gasket was bulging out. I called to ask for an appointment and inquire about the warranty on their work. I was told that they couldn't make an appointment for 9 days and they couldn't pull up my invoice to give me an answer on the warranty. I got a call back and learned that the work was three days out of warranty and they would have to charge for the visit! I'm not happy about the way I was spoke to on the phone and surprised they didn't take ownership of poor work.

Eagle came out on Monday to clear a pipe and the pipe backed up again on Friday. We called them and they could not guarantee their work for four days due to going out of business soon. The work order does say no warranty but this was not explained verbally. The plumber was really nice but he showed up 45 minutes later than the service window.

I cant say enough about Eagle Plumbing. I am a property manager and I have been working with Rigo and his crew for a few years now. Rigo is extremely knowledgeable and amazing to work with. He has helped with so many emergency calls and his team is always able to get the job done quickly. I highly recommend Eagle Plumbing!

Beware that Eagle Plumbing does NOT provide free estimate, and minimum one hour charge of $100 (as of June 2020) to just come out to provide an estimate. So you could receive no service and have to pay $100. They do not offer information on their charges; it is up to you to ask. If you don't know what to ask, then you assume the risk. I do not recommend Eagle Plumbing unless you know exactly what you want, and know exactly what questions to ask BEFORE they come to you.

I used to think Eagle was a good company but you first need to get past the girl who answers the phone. LOTS OF ATTITUDE and usually rude. They have had lots of complaints about her but keep her on. I gave them lots of business for a while but finally stopped. The first thing I notice about a company is the person who answers the phone because it usually says a lot about that company and how it's run. I don't expect special treatment, just common courtesy which she has never learned. There are plenty of other plumbers in San Jose so I'd pass on this one if I was you.

hired eagle plumbing for a minor work, he showed toward the last few minutes of their two hour show up window, the guy was not trained plumber, he damaged the counter using it to cut a metal pipe leaving deep scratch, with visible cuts, and black grease, he denied causing the damage, he also left a leak I had to fix myself. Will never hire Ealge Plumbing ever again, anyone wants to hire them consider watching them every second.

This place has been a nightmare. Scheduled an appt for a two hour window on a Saturday and they showed up over an hour late. We were gone at that point so rescheduled to a few days later. Again, late for the two hour window by about thirty minutes. Because I took a half day off work to be here I stayed and allowed him to do the work. However, he didn't bring the right parts... so then he had to leave and tell me he would be back in an hour to finish the work. This place is a joke. My 1-3 window had turned into a 5:30pm wrap up. Please for all of man kind do not use their services.

Very poor service. The company did not show up within the first service window. Looking back we should have gone with a different company then, but we decided to reschedule. The second time they were over an hour late from the time we set up and again outside of the window. The representative they sent was unprofessional and unprepared and the repair took hours due to a missing part. The company representative after already being late expected us to wait another hour while they obtained the part without offering to reschedule. This company is unprofessional and has no regard or respect for their customer's time. The repair was also mediocre.
