We recently had an emergency at our house and I found E-Z Pluming from Yelp. Fernando sent his team early in the morning, diagnosed all the issues and had them all fixed within half of the day.
- Fernando is very responsive via text messages and over the phone.
- Fernando's team is very efficient and have all issues fixed quickly.

We are very happy to find & use E-Z Plumbing, highly recommended, and we will definitely use them again if the house has any issues again.

UPDATE AGAIN,

This will be my last time updating this review. I wasn't being rude to them, I said I want to cancel the appointment after they called me, Is that being rude?

One more thing is, they deleted the original comment of my review after I post the first UPDATE below. My original review didn't include the three photos, so in their initial comment they said I have never contacted them, and I left fake review on their page and they are going to use legal weapon against me. But unfortunately I didn't take screenshot of their rude original comment. BE AWEAR, you would like to keep every record possible if you will deal with them.

They deleted their initial comment after my UPDATE review with those three photos attached, because they know I have proof of our phone call conversations, messages and email I sent to them. They cannot simply say I'm lying. So they post this new comment here.

I called them, then sent email to them , and sent text message to them to confirm the appointment. If that's not enough, I don't know what else I could do. Particularly when there's city engineer/ inspector involved, they should show a little bit more respect for other's time and efforts. I end up working with another local sewer company, which is great, showed up on time, and bring everything needed for the specific inspection, and the city engineer/ inspector found it easy and pleasant to work with too.

I sincerely shared my personal experience here. I don't want to damage their reputation if they provide reasonable and professional service. Look at the other ""bad"" reviews too. All I want to say is this bad experience did happen to me, and the way they handle it afterwards is not professional, respectful nor honest too.

I can't believe what happened just now. I called them several times and sent them several text messages for the appointment this morning, and they never got back to me. And as soon as I left this review, they called and THREATENED me. And I have to spend more time to explain. Since they denied talking to me ever.
I'm attaching screenshots of the text massage, phone call history and email confirmation here. Like I said earlier, text messages and email was sent by me after I talked to them over the phone. They never mentioned I shall expect a confirmation number BTW.

Original:
I called last Friday to book a appointment. And we both agreed on the appointment verbally over the phone.

Then I sent a confirmation email to them, and sent a text message to follow up about the confirmation email.

However they didn't show up this morning, and didn't answer several of my phone calls or text messages.

I'm a realtor and this inspection is required by the city so city engineer is also needed to be rescheduled. What else do I need to do to bring clients to their business???

Totally ridiculous!!! Never will work with them again.

We have worked with Percy and his team for over a decade and it is so amazing to have a GO-TO plumber who you trust and can count on. We recently remodeled out backyard and E-Z Plumbing installed a new sewer line and water line and worked seamlessly with our contractor and remodel crew.
