My old contractor mess up my sewer pipe. I found Percy on yelp and call to ask for help. Percy came to get me a free estimate on the day that I call. Just a note, I ask for several quotes from different plumbers(licensed and unlicensed). Percy's price beat all of them.
Also the lady from his office, Judith is also very nice. She is efficient and easy to communicate to. When I ask for revision on contracts or estimates, she gets back to me in no time. I really really appreciate Percy's profession, hard work and all of his efforts he made to my project.

After talking with several plumbing companies to put in a new lateral sewer line I found E-Z plumbing. I am very happy to have found them as they ended up being the best quoted price, came out on the same day, assessed the problem, and emailed us back a detailed quote for the work to be completed a few hours later. I agreed to the price, put down a deposit, and they then took care of getting all the permits so they could get started. They were very easy to work with, knowledgeable, friendly, and got the work done when they said they would. I definitely recommend this company.

Great service. I called when hot water tank started leaking at 8pm. They were at my house within an hour and they were willing to replace that evening. I opted for the next morning. They got the job done in a timely and professional manner. I also have hired them in the past for recipient job. They are consistently great.

Hired these guys to do a camera inspection on my pipes under my yard because they are old clay pipes and I wanted to inspect the health of these pipes in the new house we got. The guys came on time and identified a problem in the piping system. Percy was available to answer all questions very patiently and gave me a really decent price. Plan to hire them again to work on the problem they identified in the piping system. Will update review after the work is done.

Percy and the guys from E-Z plumbing came to replace our sewer lateral, and in general, did work we were really happy with. They were prompt to reply and accommodate our schedule, and did very thorough work. The only issue was that in order to mark sewer and water lines before digging, they used permanent spray paint on our sidewalk and driveway. When I expressed to them that that this paint needed to be removed as it had permanently defaced our property, at first they were unwilling, but eventually they agreed to remove it and came that same day to scrub it away using a paint removing solution. The solution did discolor our pavement in the areas where they painted, but it looks better than having spray painted markings all over our sidewalk. My advice would be to request that they use chalk or some other removable markings rather than spray paint if they need to mark in advance of digging, but I appreciated that they came and mostly removed it when I expressed my concern.

We had a delivery of a gas stove as our electric one went out after 18 years. It's my mom's house, she swore we had gas connections, as we have a gas wall heater directly behind the stove on the other side of the wall in our breezeway that hasn't been used in years. The delivery men took one look and said that it didn't have the right hook ups and said to call a plumber to put in the connections needed to hook up the stove. This is the first place I called, on a Saturday, that I saw did gas lines. I left a message, they called back with in the hour. Percy came by and looked at the situation, explained what was wrong and said he could do it right now, so we wouldn't be without a stove. He left to get parts, came back and got straight to work. He was respectful and very nice. Thanks again for everything Percy. You did a great job!!

They did a wonderful job with my sewer lateral and their quote was $1000 less than the competitor. No muss to fuss, just good service. I would highly recommend them for sewer laterals.

These guys installed a new hot water heater back in 2010 and has worked pretty flawlessly until tonight we were getting cold showers. Their sticker on the water heater said they provided 24/7 service so we called and Percy came out within an hour. He was able to get the pilot light going (when we were unsuccessful) and talked about what to watch for as it's unclear whether the storm did some of this damage or whether we may need a new water heater altogether.

He just left and was here for a good 30-45 minutes but didn't charge us because he wasn't sure whether this problem would persist (there was outside condensation but there was also a dripping heard inside, so he told us to watch it for now). If we do need a new water heater he already quoted us a price with parts and labor and it is very reasonable and we will be using this company most definitely. For me, his responsiveness, quality of work over these past years and the personable nature he provided as well as overall customer service and pricing is a minimum five stars in my book.

I thought I was going to have to take the kids to my parents house ten minutes away for a hot shower and now I don't.

Percy, you are top notch and that means a lot when trying to manage a busy household. Thank you so much!

The only reason I give 4 and not 5 is because I haven't been through plumbing work before so not sure if I was charged appropriately by them ($270 for changing a leaking pipe and cleaning the water heater from inside as it was wet due to leakage and the heater wouldn't start) but the work was awesome ! They came within a notice of 30 mins, fixed my heater on a Saturday night and everything they said about the failure was right. I would go back to them in future if needed.
