I wish 10+ stars was an option. Everybody hopes for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, good willed, professional contractor whether it's plumbing or other trade. EZ plumbing and Percy is all that and more.

Our situation: plumbing stoppage (clog) for which our home warranty sent out AJ Bono (horrible). They told us we had a 6000$+ issue and he told us they cleared the clog but it would only last 2 weeks so we needed to do the big replacement ASAP. WELL... we were so scared we called around same day for 2nd opinion. EZ Plumbing came thru, showed us on camera that we actually had NO big issue at all and that the first plumber just didn't clear the clog all the way. EZ plumbing cleared it, educated us on some things, and advised us on the real condition of our main line based on the proof shown on camera/scope.

EZ plumbing just saved us out of a 6000$+ con job! And now they have a customer in us for life. In fact I plan to cancel my home warranty with American home shield due to the faulty service ppl they have been sending. I'd rather have the option to choose who I want directly and my choice will now always be EZ plumbing. Thank you guys for the great service and help out of a very stressful situation.

BTW, we asked them to quote us on that big ticket just in case for some reason we end up needing that in the next year and they quoted reasonable and significantly cheaper than the competition. :)

We needed sewer lateral compliance certification so we reached out to Percy and he came over on the same day and gave us an estimate. Percy and his team were very professional, quick and responsive with all of my questions at ANY time in the day. They completed the work within 2 days! They made the appointment with the city for inspection and we got our certificate on the 2nd day! They matched our lowest quote plus 5% discount, and 30 years warranty! I had a water heater issue where it stopped working. Percy picked up and scheduled some time to come and check out the issue right away and scheduled time to change the heater the very next day. He was quick, prompt and made things really easy for us. Would definitely recommend!

I am so grateful that Percy was able to come out on a Sunday evening after my pfister shower valve had busted all of a sudden. Percy identified the problem right away after simply texting a picture. Great job guys.. called them to jet up the clog at our business and it was quick nothing hidden, better then roto rooter. Last thanksgiving my sewer got clogged and every was saying we are closed some were like 5 hrs waiting but this guy Piercy helped me in less than 50 minutes. Cannot forget that.
I will highly recommend EZ Plumbing.
