They did copper piping for me around end of August, 2012 and waited until now to write this review. I benefited from Yelp review and would like to contribute too. I know that it's extremely useful to read review when finding a contractor.
I got three quotes with high review ratings. I explained what need to do and asked about their copper material type and size. Also, I asked them to explain how they were going to lay out the new pipe, which may not able go the exact route as the old one. I let them to explain how to replace the pipe within the wall. I picked them due to their price with permit.
When they found out that it's not as easy to replace the pipe in the shower wall, they tried hard to skip that part or to leave some work that I need to find another contract to finish. I insisted that they need to finish the work as agreed on. Even though I had some tough conversation with them, I still give them 5 stars since they did a great job, including the part they tried to skip.

What a way to start the New Year. Plumbing problems. I search around Yelp & found EZ Plumbing. I decided to give it a shot considering all the great reviews they have.

First problem was my sink. The pipe was busted outside, so the water was draining all over the side of the house. I called EZ Plumbing. They were very quick at returning my call & had someone out the next day. The 2 technicians arrived on time & checked out my problem. They were very kind & explained what needed to be done and the cost. They fixed the problem & got it done quickly & right! They also cleaned up any mess they made. Just awesome.

A few days later, I had another plumbing issue. This time with the toilets & shower. The toilets & shower upstairs was draining out of the toilet downstairs. I called EZ Plumbing again (as they did a great job the first time). They returned my call within the hour & had someone out the next day. Percy & another technician arrived on time & checked everything out. They knew what the problem was & they got right to it. I stuck around to see what was going on & Percy was so kind to explain what had happen & what he was doing. Him & his tech were very clean (as they wore protective shoes), got the job done fast & right & cleaned up any mess they made.

I would recommend EZ Plumbing to anyone who has any plumbing problems. They return calls very fast, arrive on time as agreed upon, know what they are doing & get it done right.

I would give more than 5 stars if Yelp allowed it. Top Notch!

After a month of searching for plumbers, countless phone calls, and several estimates later, with the help of Yelp and ServiceMagic, I've discovered E-Z Plumbing Company! Little did I know how stressful becoming a new homeowner can be especially when attempting to meet the deadline of EBMUD's sewer lateral compliance program on my own. With one week left before the Time Extension expired, Percy/Debbie/and the crew of professionals was able to work with me and my financial circumstances. Not only did they do a fabulous job but also beat the lowest estimate I received by 5%! Couldn't thank Percy and Debbie enough for the flexibility and close communication through the entire process. So relieved, I am now a happy homeowner with a plumbing company I can trust and work with!

These guys are the best. They call you right back in an emergency, the arrive when they say they will and reasonably charge you what they said they would. I have used EZ several times over the years for big and little jobs and have always had great service. They are curteouse and friendly. I am comfortable having them anywhere in the house with my kids and dogs. I wouldn't use anyone else.

A pipe between the water meter and the house had corroded from a bad repair before we got our house. Roots from a magnolia tree 12 feet away finished it off. It was spraying water in the meter box when I noticed it and gushing by the time I turned off the water. Luis and Victor came out on Friday December 28th and had the concrete cut, the roots cut out, the copper line replaced, and cleanup done in under 2 hours. They were quick, competent, and friendly. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to friends.

In short I had a problem with my bathroom pipes and wanted a reliable plumbing company to address the issue. I found several positive reviews for E-Z Plumbing Company on Yelp and thought I would give them a try. On the agreed upon date they had an emergency and were unable to respond to my residence. I was initially upset with them until I received a call from Mr. Percy Novoa. He apologized for the missed appointment, provided a valid explanation and gave me a ""more than reasonable"" reduction on my initial quote.

Mr. Percy Novoa followed up their 'satisfaction guaranteed' by arriving on time, fixing the problem and again apologizing for the missed appointment. He was professional and courteous throughout the entire process. Mr. Percy Novoa, and E-Z Plumbing proved that they stand by their written word.

It is hard to find a contractor that you can trust and rely on. E-Z Plumbing gets five stars from me because they earned it. Not only are their prices competitive, but their commitment to customer satisfaction is rare in these times. Trust me, E-Z Plumbing is the way to go. Thanks Percy!

Percy is pretty good...if you can get hold of him. A couple weeks ago I tried to get hold of Percy for a few small plumbing jobs and have yet to hear from him. I called his office no less than 4 times and each time was promised he would call me back....and have heard nothing. I've done $3000+ worth of business with Percy over the last few years so I am a repeat customer. You would think he would like to maintain a good relationship with a loyal customer. This place needs to figure out how to make appointments and get call backs. I give up. I'm moving on to another plumber.
