Percy, owner of E-Z Plumbing, is thorough, meticulous and extremely knowledgeable of his trade. He gave suggestions on how to eliminate future problems with some easy fixes. I needed my water heater repaired and he gave me a quote on which we agreed. At the end of the job he found he needed to replace another part, costing him an extra hour of labor, but he did not charge me for it. Both he and Omar, his assistant on the job, were super-kind, courteous and in good humor, even though it was late in the evening. They work long hours and make every effort to return calls promptly, text back, and come out quickly if at all possible. Percy is a real professional and I highly recommend him!

We had a problem on a Sunday no less & couldn't use any plumbing in the house. The main sewer line had become blocked due to root intrusion. We considered it a minor emergency & called many plumbers. E-Z Plumbing (Percy Novoa) was the only one that said he could help us that same day. He was busy but sent text messages advising of his status & was here in the afternoon. He snaked & scoped the main sewer line & got us back in business on a Sunday. He was back early the next morning to replace a section of the line & finish the job. Most highly recommended!! I dnt knw how they r getting 5 star reviews. They r by far the most unprofessional people i have come across. So percy came to our house looked at the work and gave us a estimation. Evrything was ok till then. Then we called to schedule him, but it was such a bad and time consuming experience. They wud never pick though wud give abcall back but wud ask everything n say wud confirm... Then u wont hear any confirmation n whn u wud call to ask they wud b cluless n u r back to square 1..so after n number of tries we finally got an appointment for sat 8-10am n as expected no one turned up or picked the calls.. We wasted our weekend chasing them...CANT BANK UPON THEM...

Poor response. I called them for four times and scheduled time but never show up.I did several follow up call and text reminder but no response.Yelp reviews gave false impression about this business.It looks like most of reviews are old and things changed

Percy was great!!! I called him pretty late at night as our bathroom sink was leaking and he answered immediately and fixed it the same night. He took time to explain everything. We also asked him lots of other questions and he was very patient as well. He made sure we are satisfied and have no more questions before he left. Thank you Percy!!!

Our downstairs neighbor found a leak in their unit coming from our unit...darnnit! We tried to troubleshoot the leak on our own to no avail. We called this company yesterday evening and received a return phone call immediately. They were out to our home this morning, assessed the problem and fixed the leak in just about 90 minutes (after making a run to the local hardware store). So far, so good! I would recommend this company to other home owners.

EZ Plumbing company is very professional, I called in yesterday,no one answered but Monica called me back and was able to scheduled same day appointment for me. I also called a few plumbing services and they wanted to charge $100-$200 to figured out what is the plumbing issue BUT with EZ free estimate and PERCY is a very awesome man, he was able to fixed our plumbing issue for less than an hour and price was less than the other plumber just to come out and look.

Percy was great! Quick and knowledgeable. Mention yelp and he will even give a discount. Had a mainline sewer backup. Fixed in a jiffy and even showed me with his camera where the problem was for free. Would recommend him!
