yet another great experience with EZ-plumbing.

called them out to replace the water main. they had given me a quote back when doing my sewer main a year ago. well when Peircey showed up he went ahead a dropped the priced 200 bucks more for me.

same great experience. guys showed up and got to work. finished the job in less than a day. had to come back the next day only to put the dirt back, because we had to wait on the city inspector.

As a real estate practitioner we come across many contractors and service professionals but rarely you'll find professionals that understand our business. After asking several plumbing companies to see if they would do some plumbing work and get paid thru escrow most of them turn it down but EZ Plumbing's stepped up, got permits, did the work, we closed escrow everyone got paid in 7 days, all parties were satisfied. GREAT JOB! I would highly recommend EZ Plumbing services.

We used them for trenchless sewer repair. We were not pleased when we found out we had to replace our sewer lateral, but E-Z Plumbing really did make everything easier. We got several quotes and theirs was the lowest and they had good reviews. The day we contacted them to let them know we were going with their quote it was about 4:30pm on a Friday. They had someone waiting at my house before I got home around 6 to temporarily unblock the sewer line so that we could at least use the toilet over the weekend. As for the main part of the job, they also did that promptly and with very little intrusion into our daily routine. I would highly recommend them.

E-Z Plumbing claims they match and beat competitor's prices by 5% (listed clearly on their estimate!). They were almost twice as high as the competing bid I got - they quoted me $7k for a job that I had been quoted $4400 for. They are not what they appear. I spent a lot of time, phone calls, and energy faxing back the long (!) contract they sent me and other paperwork which they never got because their fax machine was ""broken"". I then went to the trouble of re-scanning, uploading, and emailing everything to them. They do not answer the phone, difficult to reach, and I had to play phone tag a lot to reach them. They do not work with you at all. It's a one-way street with communication and they made excuses for everything. They changed the price on me at the end after having wasted all of my time, energy, and calls. Definitely would not recommend!!

I had thees guys to replaced sewer lateral on two separate houses that I am managing in Easy Bay and they have come through like champion! Besides of being fair priced, they arrived on time for the appointments, handled all the paper work on permits and certificate, worked hard to complete the project one time (despite of the fact that one of the projects was a bit troublesome). I would recommend them to anyone and will have them to do my next job as well.

We had three things for the plumber to finish. Replacing one toilet, fixing another, and fixing a sink. He was able to finish all three tasks in the one-hour minimum we paid for. He also brought pieces that were necessary to finish the jobs, so I didn't have to worry about having or getting them. He was friendly and helpful. It was a great experience!

Percy just left my house, and I HAVE to give an outstanding review...
I make Whiskey and flushed 30+ lb's of corn down my toilet(no good). Everything started backing up, including my toilets upstairs.
Called several companies, got the 2-3 day wait for an estimate, or the company charges for an estimate, or they just throw some outrageous price at you..
I called E-Z Plumbing and Percy answered, said he would be at my house in 1 hour! He did what he had to do, did it fast and did it right!! Everything flows perfectly again!!!
The price was below what I figured it would cost, im VERY happy about everything and would not hesitate to call him again...
