Called ez plumbing yesterday and I was able to get an appointment this morning between 9-10am..no one showed up til 10:30 and no courtesy call..I was a lil disappointed. When Ignacio told me he couldn't clear the clog with the snake($125), i was more disappointed. He said he'll need to come back with a pressure washer ($250) will be back by 2-3pm. Grr..

Why the 5 stars?

It's all becuz of Percy. He came this afternoon and was able to clear the clog with the snake. He had to clean it with the pressure washer becuz the pipe is old n filled with grease(prolly cuz I cleaned our BBQ grill). He spent literally 2 hrs here making sure everything was working n put back in place before he left. I was super happy with his workmanship n the customer service he provided. Total bill was 195 including the yelp + civil servant discounts. Not too bad. I hope we won't have to call them again but if I ever need any plumbing service, I'm calling ez plumbing n asking for Percy!

We had an emergency plumbing problem on a Friday night - everything backed up! Saturday morning we called EZ Plumbing and they came right out - they snaked the cleanout and ran video that showed a number of cracks in our old clay pipes. Ignacio gave us a good quote and they were back first thing Sunday morning to replace the clay with trenchless pipes. There were 5-6 guys all working quickly and cleanly. The job was done quickly, on time (as estimated). We were very happy with their work and professionalism.

Percy, the owner, came by to take a look at our leaking water heater. Good rapport and he promised to give us written estimate, which turned out to be the highest among few plumbers we talked to. But because of good rapport we had, I simply asked him the reason. Finally they came back and willing to beat competitor's estimate, which I appreciate it much. They came the next buz day as promised and did the great job. Percy and crew are polite, courteous, and very helpful. They came back the next day to make sure water heater passed inspection. I'll keep their contact for future plumber related project(s). And highly recommend these folks to everyone. They are simply great people to work with. Thanks to Yelp and Percy for outstanding service!

I found E-Z Plumbing and called them because of all the great reviews. I spoke with the receptionist when I called and she gave me timeframes one of their guys could come out and take a look at my house -- I told her I get off at 4 so she scheduled between 4 to 5 pm. I called to follow up and confirm and I was told it would be around 5 to 6 (misunderstanding) - because Percy (who I believe is a Plumbing Business Angel) - had someone in my driveway in about 25 minutes.

The reason for the call? The water heater had went out - completely - no hot water - no water pressure -- just started leaking and then it was that - Ygnacio and Enrique came and looked at it quoted me $950 and requested half down so they could get the water heater. Luckily - I had cash on me. Not half only $300 and I had to run to the bank to get the rest...fortunate it was down the street.

By the time they arrived and by the time they were completely finished installing the water heater -- took about an hour and 15 minutes!! QUALITY WORK! My fiance and I were EXTREMELY impressed. We now have an Energy Star water heater which we can get PG&E lowered and a discount and even better...HOT WATER! Thank you E-Z Plumbing for your fast and efficient service.

This is my first yelp review. I don't usually post reviews, but I'm making an exception here, these guys worked hard and did a great job. Confident of their work, they gave me a full 10 year warranty

I had to replace the sewer lateral. After calling a number of plumbers, I found E-Z plumbing. I wanted to work with them because they do this all the time, and they gave me a great quote.

Ignacio and Percy know their shit... I mean, they are real pros. The team completed the full job in barely 2 days. It was about 40' of trenchless. 2 deep holes to dig and fill. They were able to avoid opening the asphalt which would have cost more, so that was great.

A tip though: If you do a sewer lateral, I'd recommend you first check with your city if they have a grant program and get familiar with their procedure. They often require at least one bid from a short list of plumbers, after which you can call E-Z plumbing for another (and probably better...) bid, spend about the same, but go all the way to the city main, get city money which will cover the cost of opening the asphalt, but then you do the best job possible. I was too late for the city grant. The city would have also reimbursed work with a plumber that's not on their list.

Just had an earthquake gas shut off valve installed. Quick, professional and no problems. This is the first time dealing with EZ and it was as other yelpers stated. Smooth and no hassle. If you pay by credit card there is a 15.00 charge so don't let that stop you. Their quotes are way below other plumbers. I checked extensively. Judith is so nice to speak to and Jaime and his partner were easy to speak to . Great employees and great company. No gouging here. Hire with confidence.

I had a gas leak in my house. PG&E shut off the gas. Found E-Z Plumbing on the net and Percy responded right away to my call. He came out, reviewed the options with me and had a quote to me that night (sending it at 3:30AM no less).

He was very responsive, provided what I think was a reasonable cost for re-piping the gas line. His team showed up when they said they would, did minimal impact to the walls throughout the house. They kept everything very clean, tarped and covered areas they were working in. My experience was great. They took care of the permits and inspections and had my service back on as soon as could be possible.

So I have a drain pipe under my dog run, not for poop, but just to hose everything down to keep sanitary. Anyways, I was flushing it out when I noticed it was over flowing. I tried to snake it myself on Monday night, but nothing. I started looking for a plumber on Yelp and found this place. They said they were 24 hours and gave free estimates so why not? I called Percy, about 10:30pm or so. He answered and told me $95 for snaking, or $150 for the pressure hose based on the situation I gave him. I asked him to come out about 5:30pm the next day. I get home at 5:15 the next day and Percy is already there with his equipment out. After about 10 minutes or so, using the pressue hose, a whole bunch of nastiness came out. Dog hair mostly, but leaves and dead grass too. He even gave me $25 off for mention Yelp, and I didn't even know about the offer. Super cool dude. Found the fix for any plumbing issues with this company.

They deserve more then 5stars. Our kitchen drain been giving us a real hard time, clogged all the time. Finally after checking out yelp I called E-Z plumbing. Boy was it easy to find a guy immidiately.

We were called back by Mr Percy, awesome guy and friendliest guy around. He showed up and got to work. He joked around and was done on no time. He even used a camera to show us tht he did clear the clog all the way. Since we called him after 5pm we were thinkn the cost would b huge but it was very very reasonable. We even got $50 off for mentioning Yelp.
I asked Percy about a leak in my bathroom, he found the leak n fixed it in few minutes.

I will recommend them to everyone!!
