I was very satisfied with the help I received from Jonathan. I have a pretty new unit that just wouldn't turn on for no clear reason. Jonathan spent a lot of time reviewing the AC equipment in my attic, the thermostat, and the outside components. I had a burnt out wire and damaged contactor that had led to the AC malfunctioning. My unit was under the manufacturer's warranty so the cost for the repair was minimal. I know with all the time spent the problem was properly corrected. Also, the issue was repaired in less than 24 hours from when I placed my service call! Highly recommend.

Jeri took my call on Memorial Day. Offered a service call within an hour and a half. She was exceedingly nice on the phone. Brock replaced my capacitor, was polite as heck, resolved quickly and pricing was more than fair. I have a medical condition and being overheated is miserable for me, so I really appreciated the service when others were closed. Was not impressed with Rainwater HVAC previously, and wouldn't use them again...but E. Dennis is worthy of your business. Saved my skin today!

Follow Up: Mr. Dennis contacted us immediately after first post. Could not apologize enough for the first experience and for not contacting us sooner. Informed us of all the changes that would be made internally to keep that from happening again. Mr. Dennis took over the project personally and made good on finishing the project. We had to pay a little more but a lot more work needed to be done for correct connection. They also worked closely with Austell Gas to get a bigger meter installed. This is really a stand-up group of people. Would definitely have them maintain our HVAC equipment in the future.

Installed new A/C and furnace in May 2013. Recommend by 3 neighbors in my subdivision. Only a couple of reviews on Angie's List and none on Yelp so I relied on my neighbors. Price was reasonable, service was good as was the follow up to make sure everything was working as it should. I recommend getting a quote from here before making any high dollar decisions.

Never use this company never. My family owns three homes they handled service for all for several years. They installed Lenox units. at some point in the last year or so they tell us that they went through a software and company philosophy change if you are a really good customer you must pay for a full year of service in advance. When they come out to do the summer service you must go ahead and pay for the fall service six or eight months later that will be done. Kind of like buying milk today But not needing it until December if you opt to use it. . they were really jerks about it. And I will never recommend them anybody I know or care about use them.

Worst at plumbing!! Don't waste money on them and even got talked into hvac and canceling. Plumbing isn't a reliable option and guy wants to say if I have to put a shovel on the ground I'll have to charge you and if you want to save money call whoever works in sprinklers. I called you and fix it. I was willing to pay extra for them and was unwilling and trying to talk me out of it. What a joke, it was 1:20 and I guess he was hangry and didn't want to make money

They were called last month to repair a water leak outside near our street meter. Initially, the plumber mis-identified the type pipe to repair. My builder needed to get involved to help him identify it properly. Once known, he let me know they didn't have the needed part, but would source it asap in order to repair the leak. The company called 3 days later to let me know they were still searching and would let me know that it would be repaired as soon as they found it. I didn't hear from them again. Ten days later with water still leaking, I texted the plumber direct to ask the status and he seemed confused and didn't reply thereafter. I found a different plumber and it was repaired within 2 days. I've since called the company 5 times asking to speak with management. A customer service agent replied once, but none of the managers has returned my call to date. Hard to believe management can be that unresponsive. Mistakes happen, but failure to rectify poor performance is really bad for business.

Exceptional service! Our 13 year old AC unit finally died. Levi Trafari came out and worked with us on getting a great price to replace our AC unit. Levi was patient in answering all of our questions and didn't mind staying late to do so. He is extremely knowledgeable and provided several options for us. The installation technicians, Hunter Padgett and his coworker, showed up as scheduled and replaced our old unit with the new one efficiently and with minimal disruption. They were pleasant and got us cooled off in no time. They also provide a military discount. We have had bad experiences with AC companies in the past, but thankfully our experience with E. Dennis was drama free! I truly recommend this company if you need AC work completed. Very pleased customer!

I have been using E Dennis for four years to maintain and service my heating and ac units. Last November I was told that I needed a new system on the main floor. I told them to give me a quote. I called them in December to ask about the quote and they said they were working on it. In January they called and gave me a number, $6,000. During the time I was waiting I found that I had a relative in the business located in south Atlanta, I'm located in Marietta. His number was $3,000 so naturally I had to use his number. I told E Dennis that while I could not afford to pass up the savings I still wanted them to do the service work on my units. I called today for my maintenance service and was called back by a service man and told that because I did not purchase the new unit from them that they did not want to do the service work as they do not make any money on maintenance work. I guess business is good and they have forgotten how things were back in 2007 - 2008.

This is the most awesome business in this area! I love these guys. They go above and beyond to ensure that your heating and air conditioning needs are met. They are nice and I always get that family feel from them. Courteous and considerate and friendly. You can't ask for a better experience. They want to please you and they do exactly that. Justin is amazing and the ladies in the office are so professional. Brandon came by to check on our unit after he had a chemical burn to his face and eye and I can't believe he showed up before going to the doctor. Talk about commitment and service. Every time I speak with them they are willing to go the extra mile to make sure our needs are met and the work is done. Thanks for everything you do and making this neighborhood a great place to do business. We love you guys and gals!
