Don't hire them for any electrical work. Totally incompetent in that area. I hired them because I had no light in one part of the house, and when I tried turning things on my breaker would trip. Their technician came and kept telling me my breaker wiring was not according to the code and he had to change it. I have owned the house for more than 30 years and no electrician ever told me my breaker wiring was against the code. I had had many electricians in the house over the years. Against my better judgement I told him to fix the alleged problem. I was hoping after that he could fix the real problem with the lights. He played around with some switches and charged me for $800, and told me he really did not know why I had no light. He said he had to come back another day to finish the job, and had to charge me more to figure out what might be wrong. Waste of $800. I tried talking to a manager. I called 4 times and no one returned my call. Stay away from their electrical department

Very professional and prompt service. I called them as soon as they opened and they were able to get me an appointment on the same day. No extra fee for same day appointments either. Did i mention my Technician completed the diagnostic and fixed my air conditioning unit in less than an hour. They are great.

Exceptional service! Our 13 year old AC unit finally died. Levi Trafari came out and worked with us on getting a great price to replace our AC unit. Levi was patient in answering all of our questions and didn't mind staying late to do so. He is extremely knowledgeable and provided several options for us. The installation technicians, Hunter Padgett and his coworker, showed up as scheduled and replaced our old unit with the new one efficiently and with minimal disruption. They were pleasant and got us cooled off in no time. They also provide a military discount. We have had bad experiences with AC companies in the past, but thankfully our experience with E. Dennis was drama free! I truly recommend this company if you need AC work completed. Very pleased customer!

First appointment scheduled scheduled between 8-12pm. No show and then a cancellation around 1:30. Asked to reschedule the next day... at 3:10 i get a message from Ken that they need a confirmation to come. Very unprofessional as he left me a message saying the following: Transcription """"Good morning this is Ken with the Dennis AC plumbing electrical trying to reach Mr. William answer hey I'm just giving you a call for an update ETA for your appointment today it looks like you are next in line am we are looking at an arrival time though between 1230 and 230 for your appointment if you have any questions or concerns please give us a call at 678-403-1071 thank you have a good day...""""

Sam Monford did a maintenance service on my HVAC unit. He was very professional and did an excellent service. Very knowledgeable and provided exceptional customer service care. Thank you Sam.

Had a Freon leak- Luckily, a tech was able to get out to our home same day but we were charged $139 for an """"After Hours"""" fee because he was coming after 5PM. Checked the line-set coming from the unit, said it was leaking and offered up a $100 dye test through the system to see where it was leaking.. Couldn't really afford that extra seeing as though it was already well over $500 to have the tech add freon at over $100 per pound. I realize the cost of living has gone up but DAMN!! I asked the tech why 410a costs so much, he replies with """"Well, I can stop now and you can just pay me what I put in"""".. SIR! Not an answer. I realize it was 6PM and I am sure dinner was waiting but seriously?? It took 30 minutes for him to LOOK, Add Freon, and take my money... Freon leaked out within a day. Had another tech come out. Pulled out a handheld device, took 5 minutes, and found the leak. Fixed the leak and charged the system back up.. less that what I paid this company. Would not recommend unless you are in a pinch... or just desperate!

My A/c was not cooling so I called this company, Paid service fees and was told my unit needed to be replaced. The tech claimed there was a leak in the system and according to him, there was a serious leak """" his tool was going crazy"""". The quote for a new system was over $3,000 for the least expensive option. Thank goodness, i said no and told him I wanted a second opinion before spending that type of money. Another company came out and found no leak in my system. The repair was made at a fraction of the cost and my home has been cool since. I called the company to inform the company of a possible bad tech, never received a called back so I assume it was not the tech, but the culture at the company. I would not recommend this company and if you do get an estimate get a second opinion before saying yes.

Never use this company never. My family owns three homes they handled service for all for several years. They installed Lenox units. at some point in the last year or so they tell us that they went through a software and company philosophy change if you are a really good customer you must pay for a full year of service in advance. When they come out to do the summer service you must go ahead and pay for the fall service six or eight months later that will be done. Kind of like buying milk today But not needing it until December if you opt to use it. . they were really jerks about it. And I will never recommend them anybody I know or care about use them.

E. Dennis has been one of the few HVAC companies I haven't had a problem with. They have always been prompt and courteous whenever I've called them. The technicians are very professional and have even fixed problems I was unaware of.

Jeri took my call on Memorial Day. Offered a service call within an hour and a half. She was exceedingly nice on the phone. Brock replaced my capacitor, was polite as heck, resolved quickly and pricing was more than fair. I have a medical condition and being overheated is miserable for me, so I really appreciated the service when others were closed. Was not impressed with Rainwater HVAC previously, and wouldn't use them again...but E. Dennis is worthy of your business. Saved my skin today!
