E.D. Rowand & Son is a totally insured plumbing and heating company that excels in all types of piping and heating repairs, including basement renovations and urgent services such as HVAC installations and repairs. We provide services for both residential and commercial properties. Established in 1930, we strive to uphold a legacy of exceptional service and quality. Our work are second to none and, most importantly, cost-effective.

Ernest D. Rowand founded the business during a period when many businesses were closing due to the Great Depression. He committed himself to instill hard work in all his employees, creating a loyal company with values that endure today.

Two decades later, Alfred Christensen became part of E.D. Rowand & Son Plumbing and Heating. He began to understand the skills of the trade. After twenty years of guidance under Mr. Rowand, the torch was passed to Christensen, making him the next proud owner.

Christensen utilized his knowledge and skills to prepare his successor, Henry Benitez. Benitez acquired the essentials of plumbing, home improvement, and customer service, which developed his strong work ethic and customer relations skills. When Christensen sensed that Benitez was ready, he passed the business to him, making Benitez the latest proud owner!

Now, over 80 years since E.D. Rowand & Son Mechanical opened, the company is operated by family. Henry has included his wife Donna and daughter Christine to the team. Together with the rest of the E.D. Rowand family, they work to uphold the legacy of providing exceptional customer service and exceptional workmanship. Their efforts are second to none and, most importantly, reasonably priced.
