E.D. Rowand & Son is a fully licensed plumbing and heating company that specializes in various piping and heating repairs, including bathroom renovations and emergency services such as HVAC installations and repairs. We cater to both private and industrial properties. Established in 1930, we work to uphold a legacy of outstanding service and craftsmanship. Our services are second to none and, most importantly, affordable.

Ernest D. Rowand launched the business during a period when many companies were going out of business due to the Great Depression. He dedicated his efforts to instill dedication in all his employees, creating a trustworthy company with values that endure today.

Two decades later, Alfred Christensen joined E.D. Rowand & Son Plumbing and Heating. He began to learn the tools of the trade. After 20 years of mentorship under Mr. Rowand, the torch was passed to Christensen, making him the next proud owner.

Christensen applied his knowledge and skills to prepare his heir, Henry Benitez. Benitez learned the basics of plumbing, home improvement, and customer service, which molded his strong work ethic and customer relations skills. When Christensen sensed that Benitez was ready, he transferred the business to him, making Benitez the third proud owner!

Now, over 80 years since E.D. Rowand & Son Mechanical started, the company is run by family. Henry has welcomed his wife Donna and daughter Christine to the team. Together with the rest of the E.D. Rowand family, they work to uphold the legacy of delivering outstanding customer service and high-quality workmanship. Their services are unmatched and, most importantly, cost-effective.
