Jason, who once served as the Managing Editor of Drinking Water & Backflow Prevention magazine, has extensive experience. Since 2000, Mr. Everts has held the role of Assistant Instructor at the Backflow Prevention Institute (BPI) and now acts as an exam proctor.

Mr. Everts was certified by the State of Colorado (CO) before the state program changed, and he now holds certifications from the American Society of Sanitary Engineering (ASSE). He now holds both ASSE tester and exam proctor certifications.

Jason, a Founder and the President of E-Backflow, saw a gap in the market for affordable options against the high rates of plumbing companies and testing firms in the Denver Metro area. In 1999, Mr. and Mrs. Everts established CCS Inc. (Cross-Connection Services). Now, under the name E-Backflow, they continue to lead the charge in reducing backflow testing costs.
