Jason, who once served as the Managing Editor of Drinking Water & Backflow Prevention magazine, has extensive experience. Mr. Everts has been an Assistant Instructor at the Backflow Prevention Institute (BPI) since 2000 and currently serves as an exam proctor.

Mr. Everts was certified by the State of Colorado (CO) before the state program changed, and he now holds certifications from the American Society of Sanitary Engineering (ASSE). He now holds both ASSE tester and exam proctor certifications.

As a Founder and the President of E-Backflow, Jason identified a demand for cost-effective solutions to the steep prices set by plumbing companies and testing firms in the Denver Metro area. In 1999, Mr. and Mrs. Everts founded CCS Inc. (Cross-Connection Services). Under the banner of E-Backflow, they are committed to driving down the costs of backflow testing.
