Dymek's Freedom Plumbing gets 5 stars in my book for their end to end customer service, professionalism and their above and beyond knowledge of all plumbing issues. From the time someone takes your call from the office to assess your concerns until they arrive to your home, you know that you and your home are in exceptional hands. I had a slab leak and Ron and Chris were available to help me assess the situation and to consult with me on the best course of action. They were thorough and cared about my family and what was happening in my home and helped me to determine more long range planning to mitigate any future leaks in the future.

Ron Dymek is the owner of this company and he has brought on board the best plumbers and definitely leads by example. They care about their customers and ensure they have solved the problem through meticulous examination of your home to ensure they have targeted and corrected the source of the issues. They are courteous and available to serve and take care of your home needs.

We hadn't even owned our house for 6 months and a pipe burst. Our insurance company recommended them and Chris came out to take a look. They repiped our entire house in a couple of days and they did such a great job. Chris and Chris made sure everything was running smoothly and we are extremely satisfied with the workmanship

Last week we were referred to Dymek's by our insurance company (AAA) and Servpro. Originally another plumbing company was supposed to come out, but they would not come out in the late afternoon/early evening.

We could not possibly thank AAA and Servpro enough for putting us in touch with Dymek's instead. Chris Pehrson and Robert showed up at about 6:00 in the evening with reassuring words and great expertise.

We can't say enough positive things about Chris. He and Robert were a great, efficient, and dependable team, who not only took care of the leak that caused the damage, but also found another leak before it had a chance to cause us big problems and damage in the future.

Because that second leak complicated our insurance coverage, Chris explained the fix options clearly (pros/cons,etc.). He also was extremely honest about costs involved with each option, as well. The costs were definitely more than reasonable and fair! I can't believe that I can say that about a plumbing bill.

We could not say enough positive things about Chris and Robert, and our experience with Dymek's Freedom Plumbing. We've already recommended them to friends in search of reliable and reassuring plumbing services.

My remediation company recommended this plumber after finding extensive water damage. I knew the tub was leaking and suspected the over flow valve. A plumber came out initially told me the over flow could be repaired then called me and told me it couldn't be repaired. I called 5 other plumbers to come out. 4 told me it was the over flow valve and only one diagnosed the true source of the leak which was the pipe from the drain to the main line. The leak was large and dumping gallons of water on 2 ceilings and 2 walls. Unfortunately this plumber misdiagnosed the problem. While he was prompt and polite he missed the mark. While I liked him he should have caught the source of the leak while at my house. Unfortunately I do not recommend this plumber.
After I posted this the owner reached out to me and refunded my money and apologized. Just wanted to update the review.

I cannot say enough about DFP. They have repaired two slab leaks in our home, and completed other minor services over the past six years. Most recently they cleaned out a clogged drain pipe, at which appointment, Chris Dymek brought to our attention the dryer vent pipe needed repair and our water heater was long over due for replacement. We had DFP back for another unrelated service, and while they were here, Chris and Dillon went out of their way to make the needed repairs to which we had not yet attended. We have found DFP to be hardworking and trustworthy, and we are grateful for the quality of services they have provided our family.

We had to deal with 2 terrible pluming companies before we were introduced to Dymek's Freedom Plumbing company. But Chris Pehrson from Dymek's Freedom Pluming fixed the issue right away! He was very nice and professional. He even cleaned up the mess that other plumbers would never do! No other plumber has done that before. Ron also did our request right away, e-mailed us and let us know. Most of the pluming companies that I know have terrible customer service. My mom has worked with this company more than once so she thought they were reliable. Not so much. Although my mom has an accent, she's no idiot. She had spoken to the manager about what she needed done on the house, they never gave her an invoice with what she requested to be done even though she asked for the breakdown in price. They basically did NOT do the one specific job she called them for and charged her an arm and a leg. And I was not impressed with the work they did. We ended up calling another company to finish what we needed done and let me just tell you - the integrity and professionalism is lacking with this company. Save yourself the trouble and get another quote from another company.
