We had a water leak between our walls and called our insurance company. They sent out Chris from Dymek Freedom Plumbing and he was a true professional and prompt. He had all the necessary gear (almost seemed like a doctor with the various leak detection equipment). He took a lot of time to isolate the problem and was able to stop further damage. He is sincere and knew the concerns as a homeowner and took very good care of us. I have seen some areas where we would need some updating and gladly look forward to calling Chris back from Dymek Freedom Plumbing anytime.

I have used Dymek's Freedom Plumbing on three occasions and have been very pleased with their response times and service on each occasion. Riley and Eddie were at my house over 2 days (afternoon one day and then the next morning) to fix several issues including a cold-water slab leak. I was hoping it was my dishwasher leaking. It was not. They found the source and discussed re-routing options with me. They found a way to route the new pipe behind my cabinets with minimal damage to my wall. Just 2 small patches behind my refrigerator. In addition, they replaced a toilet and its innards, adjusted another toilet's flushing, replaced some outside hose bibs that leaked like crazy every time I turned them on, replaced an old pressure value and updated my main water ball valve that I feared would break off in my hand. They also installed an access panel in my closet for the pipes that service my master shower. They did the shopping and even called me from the store to discuss toilet options before heading to my house on the second day. They did more than I even originally requested and were totally willing to let me add on to their TODO list. Do not hesitate to reach out to this company for service. I do not hesitate to pass on their contact information to anyone in need. They'll investigate what the issue(s) is/are and let you know what the cost will be. The plumbers I have had from Dymek's have been very friendly, communicative and like dogs!

I couldn't be more impressed or satisfied with this company. I've used them a few times and in each case, they are extremely competent, very polite, and very efficient. They always go the extra mile and leave the job even cleaner than it was before. For example, in the last visit involving a dishwasher repair, in addition to fixing the problem, they scrubbed the entire unit inside and out until it was like new.

I would like to share my recent positive experiences using Dymek's Freedom Plumbing. Several weeks ago I needed a professional plumber to install a Phyn Plus smart water monitoring system in my home and I decided to reach out to Dymek's Plumbing. First, the business owner, Ron, always responded quickly and was extremely helpful in answering my questions. Also, he never made me feel like I was a bother to him with my emails, as some service providers do. Another thing to add is, I decided to hire Dymek's Plumbing without getting any additional quotes because Ron really made me feel comfortable from our very first round of communications and gave me the sense that he is honest and that he and his team know what they are doing when it comes to plumbing issues.

Then I met with Fred, the technician who was tasked with installing the Phyn Plus system. I must say he did a stellar job. I can tell he really cared about the quality of his work, and he put a lot of thought in coming up with a really great setup. It shows not only in how great everything looks and performs, it also reflects in the amount of time he actually spent on the install -- I think he spent nearly double the amount of hours working on it than he initially estimated. And since he was charging a flat price disclosed up front rather than by the hour, I very much appreciated his taking the extra time to do a fabulous job.

So the Phyn Plus system immediately went to work, and it lived up to its claims by detecting a very small leak somewhere in my home after several days of use -- Phyn has lived up to its claims! So feeling uneasy about the whole situation, I wanted to get it taken care of before it became a much bigger problem. Naturally, I got quotes from a handful of plumbers in the area but ultimately decided to go back to Dymek.

Ron was able to have someone over the very next day. The technician this time was Tais. He spent about half an hour walking around my home and came to the conclusion that the leak exists beneath my concrete walkway. But instead of pressuring me to have them start digging, he let me know that these types of leaks are very common, and it may not be the best option since breaking into concrete in order to expose the very small leak would be a very costly endeavor. He also stated that he does not believe the leak would turn into a larger problem in the near term. Based on Tais' assessment and recommendation, I have decided to leave things as is. Not only did he put my mind at ease, he was completely honest and prioritized my best interest over making money! And to boot, he didn't even charge me a dime for his drive over or the time he spent looking around my home (I hope my disclosing this tidbit does not get him in any trouble for not forcing a sale!).

In conclusion, the company and everyone there that I have had the pleasure of dealing with are, without a doubt, honest, reliable, experienced, courteous and professional, fast, etc. I feel like they have saved me a ton of money, so the least I can do is give them a five-star review. And at the same time, I hope I can help others in making the right choice when hiring a plumber.

We had a leak a couple weekends ago and Chris came to our home late on a Sunday. He was very reassuring and professional, fixed the leak on the spot, and I do not feel even slightly ripped off or overcharged. He patiently explained what had happened, showed me the hole in the pipe, and educated me about future options. I truly would call again without the slightest hesitation if needed.

I've used them for leak detection, partial re-piping, new water heater, fixture installation. I've worked with the owners and staff and everyone is very nice and knows what they are doing.
