had technician out for clogged drain. the house call was 80.00 dollars the estimate to snake my shower was 369.00 . that is insane . I would not recommend them for nothing. AJ Perri charges 125.00. not happy at all.

I had installed Hot water with them for $12,000 got approved with green project and they got the check for $12,000 within one month. 6 months later they call and tell we owe additional $200, I am like what and the unit is not working and they will not come and fix and it is under warranty. The office staff is unprofessional. I gave them business for $25,000 and will not pay $200. The sales team will sell to get the business but they management will be not aligned.

The sales team tell you one thing, the office staff second that the technicians who come and install completely different story.

Without hot water 3 days and they will not come and fix. Horrible service. Gina the lady at office has not clue what is going on. With all this going on Steve the sales guy will text me to get a quote for new business AC unit installation. Katlyn and Gina at office have no idea on quotes/order/pricing which their sales team does. No management

I had been using Dwyer services for years and am so disappointed on how I have been treated. This company is extremely money hungry! They send techs out to service my boiler and I paid thousands of $ to have repaired and all they did was push me to buy a new boiler that i could not afford. Quoted me a price of over 9k and since I could not afford dropped me from servicing my boiler anymore. BEWARE OF DWYER THEY ARE A RIP OFF !

These guys had a good reputation but something has changed. We had problems from one end of the job to the other. There were issues with the quote (it was incomplete and would have required more payment to finish the job). The owner had to come out to smooth things over and we found him credible so we went forward. Nothing changed though. The office tried pushed the project so fast that it actually seemed to mess themselves up. They needed to send contractors out for 'second looks' who expressed bafflement at why they were there. The install was the only smooth day. Now it's been over a month and we haven't heard about permit follow-up. We have a question about something that might be an issue with the unit and as usual, the office is all over the place. First no reply. Then after second request a ""we'll come out and check it out"" followed an hour later by ""the head installer says it's the vents and he'll call you tomorrow between 9 and 11"". Somehow he knows this without coming out. And it's 11 and no call. It's like dealing with a company run by cats - there all over the pace to the point where they are their own worst enemy. I would not recommend them. They might be good technicians but the entire group is so disorganized that it isn't worth the headache.

I called Dwyer to repair a toilet that was continuously filling. There was a leaky gasket and I didn't have time to change it. When the technician arrived he first tried to sell me a new toilet. I was a bit surprised as mine was 5 years old. He then tried to sell me a service plan. Once I declined all of the offers he told me the repair would be 499.00. I declined the service as I knew the part was $20.00 and the repair would take about 30mins. I'm not sure how a 499.00 charge for a 20 part and 30 minutes of labor falls under the fair prices that is advertised on their website

I ended up paying the 79 visit and did the repair myself. 20 part from Fergusons and it took me 40 mins

I want to give them 5 stars because their service is awesome, their people are amazing but I cannot call the office anymore and listen to that GOD AWFUL recording over and over of someones mother. I have had them replace 2 HVAC units, do many repairs and they have been so kind and accommodating. PLEASE REMOVE THE LOOP ON YOUR PHONES.

It's actually 4.5 stars. Mike and Dom did the work in my home by repairing the gas leaks I had. Leaks were located using an upper end sniffer device and the job scheduled. In addition to the great work done, Dwyer Services was the lowest price for my job out of 4 quotes I had gotten.

These guys work quick but make sure the job gets done right. I am also interested in the maintenance plans they offer and will seriously consider enrolling once my plan with Gold Medal expires. BTW, the highest quote I had gotten was with Gold Medal.

Should you need electrical, plumbing, HVAC work; look into these guys.
