It's rare that a service business in the Desert offers a five star experience. DVS Plumbing (Daniel) deserves a 6 or higher for his professionalism, friendly attitude and general good guy demeanor.
From the first phone contact to his final exit every aspect of the encounter was top notch. He presented options with clarity and transparency and rather than short cut to a possible easier (for him) fix; took the time to do the job fully. It involved him having to get an extra part, yet he didn't charge for the time he took to make it right.
I cannot give a strong enough recommendation.

When you have a priority plumbing issue, what do you want? A Responsive call back! Daniel answered the phone when I called, scheduled me for his earliest appointment, showed up two hours early. Daniel's high quality work is surpassed only by his attention to detail! When our toilet didn't flush well, DVS came out to check it out. Turned out to be a root ball issue which Daniel cleared out in less than 30 minutes. He also adjusted the flush handle, and cleaned up the seal without being asked about it! True professional and a really nice guy. Highly recommend!

I had an unsatisfactory result from a different merchant and at wits end called DVS. They came over the same day, within just a couple of hours, did an estimate then fixed the immediate problem. I still have more work to do, but they got me functional again, and clogs were eliminated. Daniel explained everything, he was responsive, listened to my problems and concerns, gave me clear description of what he could do that first day, and then later what still might be needed. I give Daniel and his team 5 stars for performance- getting the job done, reasonable pricing, safety and cleanliness ( they cleaned up any mess and made sure nearby furniture or personal items were protected from any damage while they worked, professionalism and consideration (all wore masks per the current covid19 recommendations). DVS is Top notch and won't hesitate to call them again for future plumbing needs.

Our normal plumbing company was not available for an emergency weekend call. They partner with dvs and asked dvs to come out and help us. Dvs came out, fixed the issue and didn't charge us for it. Amazing service, honest as day is long and a pleasure to deal with!!

Took a few hours to respond by phone, but gave us the first appointment the next morning. Ryan was excellent: professional, personable, and fixed the problem with the Roman tub leaking easily. This is now our plumber of choice. Highly recommended!

I had a plugged toilet and backed up shower and didn't know what plumber to call. After researching and looking at Yelp, I called DVS. Daniel picked up right away, great response, good communicator and excellent plumber. He fixed my problem and I also had him look at my water heater, I had no hot water. He had to mess with the pilot for some time, but got it working! (no charge) He took the extra time, with a great attitude and personality. His rates were better than reasonable, he was here for over 2 hrs. I would definitely recommend Daniel and his Company DVS.

We needed our Master Bedroom drain cleaned on a Saturday and had a problem finding anyone able to help us until I called DVS and spoke with Daniel. He fit us in that morning and quickly resolved the problem ( which because of my lack of plumbing skills had spread to the two sink drains as well). I highly recommend DVS. Excellent and friendly service at fair and reasonable prices.
