The pilot wouldn't stay lit on my water heater at my Desert Hot Springs rental. I talked to a local plumber and he said without going there that it probably was the pilot assembly which had to be special ordered. I ordered it, and a few days later he went to my house and installed it, but STILL could not get the heater started. When I spoke to him on the phone, he seemed at a loss as to what the problem might be. So I called Daniel from DVS and left a message in the late afternoon, expecting a callback the next day as it was already fairly late. His prompt callback surprised me, and he informed me that, since my house was on his way home in Morongo Valley, he would stop by that evening. A few hours later, around 7:30pm, he call me to tell me there was no problem with the heater, that it was just the the dial on the gas valve wasn't turned all the way to on! He started it right up and didn't charge me. Daniel is a totally solid dude to take care of that for me that way!

Not only that, unbeknownst to me, Daniel had been to my house in the past and had cleaned out a clogged main drain. He did a fine job then and invoice was very reasonable. Daniel is the man in the Coachella Valley!!

Spoke to Daniel, the owner, about what services I was looking for, not only did the job get done, but it was done right.

One of his guys ""Jason"" arrived, fixed all the plumbing issues, was extremely thorough, cleaned up after his work, professional and even extremely courtesy. There even coming back next week to install our new water filtration system.

Amazing guys, awesome customer service, excellent plumbing company. Highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. I would rate them more then 5 stars if I could.

Just had Daniel out...We had a an exorbitant water bill that was 20X what our full time neighbors were paying. Daniel identified the problem and fixed it quickly...Also came out same day. Great service...highly recommend!

New to Palm Springs, we were in need of water softening system; found DVS Plumbing on Yelp. We connected with the owner Daniel, who was prompt, answered the phone on the first call and could not have been more helpful. Within a few weeks we closed on the new house and his team (Ryan) was there to perform the install....I cannot say enough about the care and meticulous work performed...I was amazed...follow up just another huge plus as they took the time to explain the entire system and installed enhancements at no additional charge. Within a week we had another issue arise, Daniel answered the phone on a Sunday afternoon and his team again was here by 7am the very next day. Prices are very reasonable.....HIGHLY RECOMMEND for water softening systems and general plumbing....

These guys are great! Timely, efficient and honest. Had a leak underground where the water comes out from the main city supply to our house. Called explained the problem, told them not an emergency yet, but if the pipe burst.....will be! A team of three were out the next morning and had the problem taken care of.

I will add, this was one of those 118*F days we have here in the desert, yet they got the job done.
