Kitchen sink was clogged and I did my best to open the drain line without success. I looked on yelp for a plumber. Called one who said he was too busy. Then another one who could not come for a few days.
Finally called the Dutchman. He was so very polite and humble. He came and quickly get the drain open and gave a 6 month guarantee. Price was fair. The next time we have a plumbing issue, I will call the Dutchman.

My parents raved about this gentleman!! My parents were in need of a plumber since both toilets and sinks were draining slow. I called, the gentleman that answered was kind and professional. Was available within the hour! I was not available due to being at work and was concerned about a slight language barrier. My parents called ame and told me that everything was taken care of, the service was great and the gentleman was a total professional!! Called Dutchman based on the name and 5 star reviews although I did not read them until I got off the phone with Eric the owner, who responded to my call within minutes. I explained the issue of dripping at our well and that I had already had our Pump Co. out today and they said anti-siphon valve needs to be replaced. I took a pic and sent it to Eric and quickly he determined what I needed and recommended who would have the part in stock or he could order and have it in a few days. He also talked me through trouble shooting and said to call him if it starts to drip again. How fantastic is that? He could have come out looked and charged me a service call, but instead he patiently spent time with me on the line. I have already sent his number to my friends in the McSwain area. He lives close by, honest and very polite. Highly recommend!

We just moved into our new house out in the country, and every time we ran our washer it would both pour water back out of the receptacle in the wall and fill up our sink. Eric came out the next day and was very polite and professional. After he cleared the line he even stayed for a few simulated wash cycles just to make sure we had no more issues before he left. Our home is rather old, and we were experiencing a slow draining and plugged up kitchen sink for some time. Eric came out on a weekend, completed a very professional investigation and narrowed down the problem. He returned later to finish the job and give us advice and assistance moving forward with the general plumbing problem in our house (tree roots damaging pipes). Eric was diligent, kind, professional and knowledgeable. Although no one wants to need a plumber on speed dial, he is now our plumber. Besides going above and beyond for his customers, he's really just a great guy. We wanted him to hang out and have lunch with us, but he couldn't because he is too busy! Called the business. I had a blockage in my sewer causing the bathtub to backfill the gentleman came in assessed the problem gave me a free quote cleaned the main sewer line from the cleanout to the city main and cleared a partial blockage that i had in the bathroom. He was very professional and gave me some very good information on maintaining the line. Cost was very reasonable and he was in and out promptly. I recommend this company highly. Did not give me any bs or try to upsell. He got to the root of the problem and resolved my issues.

My kitchen flooded because of a faulty dishwasher and poorly installed plumbing. Eric went out the same day, and fixed everything perfectly. He kept me posted about what he was doing and did a great job. I would recommend him without hesitation.

It is important to have a plumber that you can trust when you need someone at short notice. Eric went above and beyond to do everything quickly and correctly. I don't think that I could have found anyone better to do the work. If I ever need plumbing work again, I know who to call.
