Wow, call my homeowners insurance for a leaky shower. Today 4th July, thinking that they probably would not respond until next week. Sage, called me to see what was the exact problem and he could be here within the hour. Sage was very polite and explain what was going on. He had to go to Home Depot to get a part came back and fixed it in no time.. if I ever have any more plumbing problems I most definitely will give them a call or if I know someone that's having plumbing issues.

If I could I would have done zero stars!!! I thought my pilot was out on my water heater. I called them becuz they seem to have great reviews. He came out, was here no more than 10mins, told me my pilot was in fact on. DID NOT DO ANY SERVICING & I was charged $135 for the GAS (aka service fee) to come out to my house. Then I was told if I wanted that money back I would need to use them again & I would have a credit. I'm sorry but if no service was done, why am I being charged a service fee. I will never recommend them. Beware they are a scam! Horrible customer service!

Wow, called them for a backed up kitchen sink at around 4:30 pm and they said they would be right out in 30 to 45 mins. Eric showed up in 15 mins and got straight to work. He was very polite and clear on what was needed to fix the problem. He cleared out the drain and cleaned up and stayed around to make sure there were no leaks. I would recommend them for your plumbing needs. Very reasonable prices and the customer service was excellent. Also a 3 month warranty on the drain, can't go wrong with that.

Called them for a toilet and tub backup. Eric came out fast and worked hard to find the source. Honest, reliable and great price! Would definitely call again for any future plumbing needs.

It started on a Sunday morning with the master shower not draining, soon after it escalated to the toilet nearly overflowing and not flushing properly. Around 10am my husband called Dutchman Plumbing while I called another plumber. Dutchman answered the call and got the service. The lady had great hospitality skills and set up the appointment promptly. From the first call to when Eric arrived it was last then two hours. That's remarkable considering it is a holiday weekend. Eric is courtesy, knowledgeable and professional. He listened to our concerns and went straight to work. We enjoyed learning from him and him communicating what issues he found and the solutions. In small talk we spoke about Veterans Day and learned that he is the business owner who served for our country. Our preference is to support local businesses and Veterans. This business is both of those! We have found a new reliable plumber to provide peace of mind for the future.

Thank you for being fast, honest and fixing exact problem. Affordable. Others were late. They actually arrived before the person I originally called from Roter rooter, when he was late. Shortly after, they arrived and I was like, ""sorry, didn't know if you were gonna make it after all so I someone else. And they still beat you."" ?

Very pleased with the level of service. It says something about someone's skill and knowledge of their trade when they can diagnose over the phone and come out and be spot on with what's going on. Eric was super helpful, and very respectful. We called for a plumbing issue we were having, and I spoke to Eric. I told him what was going on, he knew what the issue was and when he arrived and took care of it very quickly. I'd highly recommend their service to anyone and would absolutely call in the future with any other problems. Thank you!
