Thank you for being fast, honest and fixing exact problem. Affordable. Others were late. They actually arrived before the person I originally called from Roter rooter, when he was late. Shortly after, they arrived and I was like, ""sorry, didn't know if you were gonna make it after all so I someone else. And they still beat you."" ?

Very pleased with the level of service. It says something about someone's skill and knowledge of their trade when they can diagnose over the phone and come out and be spot on with what's going on. Eric was super helpful, and very respectful. We called for a plumbing issue we were having, and I spoke to Eric. I told him what was going on, he knew what the issue was and when he arrived and took care of it very quickly. Great service, called my home warranty company and the guy came out and said he couldn't do anything today to assist and home warranty would not cover. As the shower was flooded and sewage was coming out of the back drain so it was in need of immediate assistance. Called Dutchman before 5 and he came out after 5 but didn't charge for after hours fixed both issues at a fair price and didn't charge for after hours, great pricing great work!!! I recommend this company 100%

Terrible--they did no diagnosis, overcharged me for work that should not have been done, and refused to take responsibility for mistakes they made including severing my electric line. They never even checked to see which pipe led from my tank to the house and continually argued with me. I paid them thousands of dollars for unnecessary and shoddy work that did not solve my plumbing problem. The problem was later resolved by another company for 1/10 the estimated price given me by Dutchman. My experience with this company was the worst I've ever had in almost four decades of home ownership. I would never, ever, use them or recommend them to anyone.

I needed a plumbing company out quick with help on leaking toilet that I couldn't do on my own, they responded within 30 minutes of call and were here to do needed repairs within the hour. There are so many plumbers to choose from but I chose Dutchman Plumbing mainly because they answer every single review! This tells me that that they're proud of their craft and that they value their customers! I also always hire vets when possible.

I had water not draining down the main line, my sink and my washing machine were emptying out into my driveway! Eric took it one step at a time and eliminated the things that were not causing the problem and identified the things that were.

He explained every step and every problem and let me see through the camera to see the issues. He was worth every single penny and if I ever need a plumber again this is who I'm going to call. I recommend you do the same.

So I think them sincerely for their service to my home and for Eric's service to our country.
