Be careful. Dupree declared bankruptcy on their new home division and did not finish 100's of homes. I lost over 10k on just one home that they would not honor their contract. BE VERY CAREFUL

As a follow-up to the """"job"""" from last summer. The stopper was not installed properly. Of course almost immediately past the 30 day guarantee period, the stopper started to droop , becoming lopsided. Now, I have to stand at the sink and hold the stopper in the middle to make sure the water drains. I thought about calling them when it first started but given the fact that they didn't care enough to install such a minor fix correctly the first time, I didn't want to waste my energy or get aggravated. This review is more of a caveat to future, potential customers. DO NOT call them for service.

This is my second experience with Dupree Plumbing in Marietta. They are Very responsive, from the first phone call to the end of the project. The crew they sent did an excellent job repiping my home & left a very clean job site.

We had problems with our outdoor shower. Our Dupree service technician showed up on time. He was friendly, professional and was able to replace the valve efficiently. Everything checked out after installation and our problem was solved! Great service! I highly recommend Dupree Plumbing!

I had a new build that I closed on in August of 19. Dupree installed my tankless water heater. About 1.5 years later the hot water heater stopped working and because it was still under warranty they were able to """"fix"""" it. The hot water heater stopped working again 2 months ago so I called them to service, the gentleman that serviced the machine the previous time was professional and courteous. I learned that they no longer serviced the area. I called three plumbing services out to help fix the hot water heater and was told by all three that the hot water heater was installed incorrectly which led to no hot water and heavy vibration to the equipment. The last plumber called the manufacturer to validate the incorrect installation of the unit. This instillation error caused me to have to purchase and install a new hot water heater unit.

I just had called this morning due to a kitchen faucet being leaky. I spoke with Susan and transferred me to warranty when I told her it was not warranty. The warranty pulled up my information and was wondering why she had transferred me. I was confused as well and even stated to warranty I need to talk to service and had to transfer me back. Just a very long conversation over a sink. I did not think it would be this hard to schedule a service call. Even after that service was not very helpful. In the past they have been very helpful.

Went to Angie's list for reliable plumber to get a plumbing estimates for a basement bath (so that tells you that not everyone on Angie's list is of high regard.) Came out on Monday to look at job. He said he would have it to us by either Monday night or Tuesday, it is Wednesday after business hours and still no estimate in hand. Guess they are too busy for new customers?

Dupree came out to do some warranty work on our new home a couple of times. We've been dealing with a lot of contractors lately for various warranty related work and almost every other company we've dealt with just doesn't show up (after you take off work to wait for them) or when they do show up, they come in from the get go with a defensive attitude when it's warranty work. I have to say Dupree has been the easiest of all the contractors to work with and they are so pleasant and professional. When I called the first time, they got someone out here the first day...unheard of! We've been working with both Austin and Jason in the warranty department and they are both so pleasant and professional. They solved our problem and even educated me on some of the features on our new water heater. Thank you guys! It's good to know that putting the customer first and providing an exceptional customer experience is still a focus for some companies!! So rare these days but so valued when it exists!

Very happy with replacing 4 old leaky toilets and utilizing their camera's to ensure we didn't have any other stoppages they could snake out. Reasonable prices on new Kohler toilets and even fixed a garbage disposal that was 7 years old and leaking for us while they were at our house. Robert B . was our technician along with another guy. They were on time and respectful of our our home. Highly recommend.
